Came for dinner and honestly the second you open the door you're hit with a very pungent cleaning supply smell. We got the springs roll and a bowl of pho each. The spring rolls came with a sweet peanut sauce but I would say not much meat in the rolls as I really could only taste the mint. The pho broth was sweet and pretty flavorful. Unfortunately they messed up my order I ordered a small but was given the regular. Would have still preferred small cause the noodles were pretty filling. The noodles were thick and pretty good! I got meatballs and tripe in my order but it was definitely lacking some tripe. The service was also okay, we were never checked up on or given refills on water. Overall, I enjoy the noodle texture but definitely a miss this time round.

Came by to try it again after almost a year. As soon as we walked in and were seated the restaurant smelled like we were bathroom that was just cleaned with strong products. Ordered the combination pho and a shaking beef. The pho broth was more on the beefy side which we liked but for the price of a regular sized bowl, we expected it to be filled a bit more. Not much noodles. They also do thick noodles here, wished we had the thin ones (not sure if they have that option). The shaking beef tasted great, came with fried egg and a soup. Could have went without the soup. Overall not bad but prefer the pho and shaking beef at another restaurant nearby. Likely won't return.

I have not been back here in a few years and it is just as delicious as I remember. They make their pho noodles from scratch and the noodles taste completely different than the chain places. Their broth also has so much more flavor. And their avocado smoothie is honestly the best I have ever had. The service is quick and everybody is pleasant.

We popped in here for a quick lunch and it was a satisfactory experience. We got great service and good food. It was pleasant to take a break with them. We started with the pork and shrimp spring rolls which were tasty. Having the basil leaves' stem stick out amused us. The peanut sauce was delicious. One person got the fried rice and enjoyed it. Apparently it came with chicken soup but he was full when he finished the rice and didn't try it. My daughter and I both had pho ga and it was a tasty broth. I think there was a bit of star anise in it but it didn't take over. The noodles were wider than the standard "vermicelli" noodles. The plate of goodies included the usual lime, Thai basil, bean sprouts, and a lot more. You'll have fun making it your own pho. I sat facing the tv set which showed the chefs preparing food which was a lot of fun. The restaurant was well lit and the chairs were comfortable. It looked like there were two dining areas and there was a large party in the other side.

Y'all. I finally have an answer for when people ask me for the best pho in Atlanta. Hands down, my vote is for Pho Dai Nam. Ok, listen. I've been here a handful of times and almost every single time I've ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt. I usually don't order this at other pho restaurants but this place does it so well I can't refuse. We are talking about the perfect ratio of soup / meat / noodles. Speaking of meat, they are very generous with their meat servings even for a small order. The noodles are thick and delicious, not the el cheapo kind you find at most pho places. This place also doesn't skimp on vegetables and they also include a side of their house specialty hot sauce with your bowl. The house hot sauce really brings everything together. In my visits, I've tried the following: - Gỏi Cuốn (2): Fresh Spring Rolls with Pork & Shrimp - Bánh Bèo Chén: Savory streamed rice cake w/ shrimp - Phở Đặc Biệt: House special combination - Bún Măng Vịt: Duck & Bamboo Shoot Vermicelli Noddle Soup - Nui Xào Bò/Tôm: Rice Macaroni Stir-fried with Beef or Shrimp Everything is delicious! I honestly can't say I've ever had a bad dish here. I also love the cleanliness of the restaurant. Like most Asian restaurants, service is quick - I oftentimes can come during lunch and not be pressed for time. Pho Dai Nam remains one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants since I discovered it a couple of years ago. If you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for?!

We came on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and it was AMAZING! We ordered two chicken pho (regular size), and an oxtail one. Also, a pork banh mi. Everyone loved their food. I personally tried the chicken pho (took the chicken out cause I'm newly vegetarian), and it was delicious! The waiter even came over and showed us how to amplify the meat-eating experience by mixing the provided seasonings with some sauces (loved that). I highly recommend this place for your Vietnamese fix. (Also, there is a parking lot in the plaza that it's located in.)

Came here on a Friday afternoon for lunch and it wasn't as packed. I came with six people and we ordered the banh xeo, banh knot, and bun bo hue. Everything but the bun bo hue was good, nothing amazing but it wasn't bad at all. For the bun bo hue, i will say that it was pretty sub par and lacked a lot of flavor. BBH is supposed to be spicy, meaty, and lemongrassy, but it didn't really have that much depth to it. My friends said this was really good for bbh so maybe they had an off day considering we ordered six bowls of it, but they do have a large menu so next time i'm in the area i would give it a chance again.

Insanely good food! Had a business meeting in Norcross and was excited to hit up some good chow on this side of town. This place had great reviews and didn't disappoint. Unfortunately, as a vegetarian I could not try the Pho but they had a few veg dishes on the menu. Went with the tofu and noodles. Lots of fresh veggies and a great side sauce. Had some crispness on the side (fried onions) that were amazing. The whole dish blended well. Super polite staff and cashier (owner?). Highly recommend.

We were going to stop by VN tofu for some snacks but they were closed so we decided to have dinner instead. Pho Dai Nam is in the same shopping center as VN Tofu and Hong Kong. Upon arrival we were seated right away. We ordered a bowl of pho each and a Vietnamese coffee. The broth is so good! The noodles are thick just they way I like them. I wasn't very hungry so I got a small pho with filet mignon. Next time I'll have to try other things off the menu. I saw that they had a new location in Duluth so I'll definitely be trying that location also.

The service is friendly and fast. The pho broth was delicious. Think they make their own noodles because they were B-omb. I'm from out of town and we decided to give this place a try and I'm glad we did. Can't find pho like this from where I'm at unless family cooks it at home. Will definitely visit this place again when we're in town. Might just drive down for their pho, who knows.

This is by far my boyfriend most favorite Vietnamese restaurant. He loves oxtail pho so much he keeps asking to come back. And if I ask him, "Baby, where should we go for pho?" His eyes glow and I already knew. Like what do you put in your pho for this Korean man to be so in love with it. When I look into bowl, it just pho noodle, oxtail, veggies, and beef broth. Simply delicious. I always try new dishes here but my favorite is probably rice not noodle. I am Vietnamese so I am very critical with Vietnamese food outside home. But I think my boyfriend is right; this is a good place better than other Vietnamese restaurant and close to the supermarket.

I will get that again for sure. The crepe was excellent and came with more herbs than I could use or identify. Could have used another lettuce leaf though. Megan had her usual, the grilled pork bun (not a roll bun, it is noodles and lettuce in a bowl). Her grilled pork was great. Bun usually comes with fried spring rolls, and hers did! When it comes to…read moreVietnamese food in metro Atlanta, I think this restaurant is among the better options and my Asian/Vietnamese foodie friends generally agree. Where this place lacks - at least in our experience today - is in service and ambiance (even by casual Vietnamese restaurant standards). Hu Tieu My Tho opened in October 2019 and is located in the popular Hong Kong Supermarket shopping center on Jimmy Carter Blvd, near I-85 exit 99. Locals know this as the hub for the Vietnamese community in Atlanta. On weekends and holidays, it can get crowded. The restaurant name comes from the Vietnamese dish "hu tieu," which is a clear rice noodle dish, and "My Tho," which is the specific southern city in Vietnam where this style of cuisine was perfected. This is not a pho restaurant. Instead, this place specializes in both hu tieu and "mi" (egg noodles) as well as other dishes like Vietnamese steak and eggs. It's fairly unique, which is a big part of the draw and appeal. Here's what three of us had: A1. Goi Cuon (2 for $5.50) x2 - spring rolls with shrimp and pork A3. Cha Gio (2 for $5.25) - fried egg rolls D15. Ca Phe Sua Da ($5.99) - Vietnamese coffee H3. Hu Tieu Bo Kho ($14.99) - Beef Stew Rice Noodle Soup - round and flank beef, carrots M5. Mi Hoanh Thanh ($14.50) - Wonton with Egg Noodle Soup - char siu, wontons Everything was fresh and tasty. When it comes to the hu tieu, the restaurant gives you the option of soft or firm noodle texture. In addition, you can get dishes "dry" (no soup) or with soup. If it's your first time, you should try the traditional way with soup. I really like the variety of hu tieu and mi offered here; for example, my friend likes the Phnom Penh-style noodle soup, which is Cambodian. Overall, I found the food to be solid all around. After we were initially seated and served, the staff never checked on us again. I think this was partly because they were busy. I noticed at least two other tables having the same problem we did -- having to flag down a server. As for ambiance, seating was tight. I actually refrained from ordering an extra dish because of the lack of table space. And, while not uncommon for Vietnamese restaurants, multiple tables weren't immediately cleaned. Also, the men's restroom was dirty. I'd like to return and try one of the steak and egg dishes; for example S1. Chao Xiu Mai ($15.99), S2. Banh Mi Chao Dac Biet ($18.99), or S3. Chao Bo Steak / Bo Xao ($16.75).

It had lots of flavor and it wasn't salty. I asked for some sauces and they gave it to me with my order. It was so good and filling. I will definitely be back to try more soups and other dishes. This place is located in the plaza of the Hong Kong supermarket. Parking was pretty simple but it was full. Inside was quiet and there were very nice Christmas decorations. It's a very casual place.

Off rip, this is across the street from the DICKs/PetSmart plaza just off Peachtree Pkwy in Peachtree Corners. It's a tiny little plaza so don't miss the road off Peachtree Pkwy or else you will miss it entirely and double back. If you come to LA Fitness, you've gone too far! Let's start with the interior It is spacious! The whole restaurant uses the corner suite of the building entirely and curved the whole place to create this decently expansive interior that looks to seat roughly 100 heads. The decor is very homely... almost like a Vietnamese Hobby Lobby threw up in the place... that's not a dig! It's a very welcoming environment. Between the deer head and the Saigon-esque decor, it's a welcoming joint! The service is basic. You get sat. You look at the menu. You order. They bring out the fixins'. You eat. You pay. You leave. I got one refill during my 45 eating time.. The food! Had to order the pho because... it's the most basic standard thing to gauge any all around Viet joint. The pho is the standard that tells you if the place is good. I will say, this place has a far richer, deeper broth. Plus it's fattier as I've noticed a slight sheen to my lips after slurping this broth down. The broth had less cinnamon and more corriander/cardamom forward flavor than other places. It's not a bad thing, just far different than the other places that has a more pronounced cinnamon forward flavor to the broth. This one has more depth and has a far richer taste to it. I do appreciate that they err on the side of serving tendon and tripe in their P10. And the XL is definitely an XL. The noodles did come out stuck together but the broth did take care of. I was a little disappointed that they had to opt with lemons instead of the traditional limes and they did not have basil at my visit. Maybe next time they will when I visit because I will have to make a visit again just to try the pho to make sure it's not a one off but that they stay consistent. Overall this place is comparable to some of the popular ones in and around the Norcross/Duluth area. The prices are definitely comparable with this joint's XL being at $17.95, it's definitely comparable to other places, but the identities of the restaurants are different and this one has an interior that stands out above the rest. Definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed the food and the service. The decor is a bit fancier that most Asian places I have been to, but doesn't come at a fancy price.

I ordered the Pho Dae Biet #5, which comes with eye round steak, well-done flank, marble brisket, soft tendon, and tripe. We got the large bowl, and it was very filling, so much so that we couldn't finish it and had to take the rest to go. The broth was comforting and flavorful, and all the meats were cooked well. They also served hot tea, which was perfect to sip on while we waited for our food. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the service was smooth. Overall, this is a great spot for pho with satisfying portions, and good service.

There's no real ambiance to speak of--but when the food is this good, it truly doesn't matter. The value here is incredible. The portions are generous, the quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Most importantly, the pho is as authentic as I've had anywhere. The depth of flavor in the broth, the freshness of the ingredients, and the balance of aromatics all hit exactly the right notes. My Vietnamese friends who eat here regularly have confirmed the same: this is the real deal. If you're looking for a place where the food speaks for itself--and speaks loudly--Pho Dai Loi 2 is it. This is the place. 5/5 no room for debate
