We've been using Bundle's diaper service for about a month now after receiving their service as a baby gift. We currently get 80 diapers a week, but they have the option of receiving half that, or more if needed. They dropped off a bag of diapers about 2 weeks before I was due, and then we called after the baby came to start the regular service. Each week I leave a bag of baby-poop covered diapers on my front porch, and like a miracle it's replaced with fresh clean diapers. They have a broad delivery area - I'm in Englewood, so don't let their Boulder location throw you off. They also have a store with natural baby items, including covers, all in ones, clothes, slings, detergents, and so on. They'll add them to your bill and send them with your weekly drop off, or you can go in to their Boulder store directly. For $60 to $80 a month, Bundle makes cloth-diapering easy. When our gift service runs out, I'm definitely considering keeping them on. read more

We started with the Bundle's diaper service with the birth of our daughter. We love being able to cloth diaper our baby. While we could launder our own diapers, they have the facilities to get them even cleaner. And the ease of having soiled diapers magically replaced with fresh ones each week is well worth what we'd be paying for disposables anyway. The staff are very nice and quite flexible. Vacation holds are easily arranged, as are staggered services as your baby potty trains. Their shop features highly vetted, eco-minded and/or handmade goods, so they're a bit spendy. But their merchandize is high quality, and you get your money's worth. Kid #2 is due this summer, and we'll be renewing our account with the Bundle! read more

Their service includes both diapers and wipes, which is nice because we really hadn't considered wipes prior to doing research. Even though they are located in Boulder, they service Denver twice a week (you'll get one of the two available days). What a great company!!! Before my kiddo was born, I was all about using cloth diapers. I'm not much of a hippie, but I liked the idea of being eco-friendly. I went to one of their free "how-to" classes (first Saturday of every month, I think?) to learn how to put a cloth diaper on a baby (which is a little trickier than it sounds. as there are many ways to go about it), and the woman there was so friendly and helpful. I ended up signing up for the service, knowing my due date was just weeks away. Fast forward a few weeks into my daughter's life, and we're loving the cloth diapers - until she starts getting diaper rash. Since I had a sizeable stash of disposable diapers from my shower, I decided to use those until it cleared up. Once clear, I went back to the cloth diapers. Unfortunately, the rash flared up again immediately (I repeated this process several times), so I ultimately realized that my kid's tushy just doesn't agree with cloth diapers, so we cancelled the service. Bundle was so flexible and great about skipping deliveries/pick-ups as needed, though, and it was very easy to make these changes as needed (they were even able to skip a delivery while the driver was already on the road, to avoid an unneeded stop, which was great). If you're looking to cloth diaper in the Denver area, definitely look into Bundle. They do service options, rental options (where you wash yourself), and even hybrid cloth/disposable deliveries. Their staff is SUPER knowledgeable and friendly and go out of their way to help you with caring for your new (whether or not it's your first) "bundle of joy". Bundle is the best, I am currently set up with the fuzzibunz service and really enjoy the convenience of Bundle, you just throw your used diapers in the provided pail liner and set them out every week, no mess and no fuss. Right after my baby was born we started with pre folds with bundle that were great as well, they helped me navigate through the world of cloth diapering to figure out what would be best for me and my family! I love Bundle! They not only do a great job (I get there organic cloth diaper delivery service), but they also are super knowledgeable and kind. When my 1 month old started getting diaper rash the store manager, Amanda, gave me several good ideas and even a hug (OMG, new mom hormones are crazy). Amanda was asked to speak at the New Mom's Group at Boulder Community Hospital last month, so she really is an expert. They are also quite flexible (going out of town for a week, they will suspend your service or if you are getting diaper delivery and want to buy a product they can include it in your delivery saving you a trip to the store). I used Bundle's diaper service with our first baby (she is 3 now). They were great. No rinsing or anything. You just put out the bag of poopy diapers and bring in the fresh ones. They make things so much easier. After a while, we switched to washing our own diapers. They were also very helpful with information on this adventure, as well as supplies at their great store. The whole diaper service experience has been better than I ever thought possible. My husband and I decided we'd give it a go with cloth diapering with our first little one on the way. We started out with the beginners pocket diaper and quickly realized that the pre-fold cloth diaper with cover was just as easy! Of all the things you are adjusting to and worrying about as a new mom it is so amazing to let bundle take care of the diapers. They talked me through everything with infinite patience when I called and had lots of questions (most of them very basic). Then When my baby came 5weeks early Nikki took care of everything and put together a package of covers, snappies and prefolds for me and bumped my delivery date to get me set up. Every time I need a new size I just send her an email and she updates my order within hours. Once there was an error (partly my fault)and she was prepared to drive to my house personally to make sure I had what I needed. Some people ask why don't you wash your own but you have no concept of how many you go through and how quickly they need different sizes. It's lovely not to worry about it and to feel like you are doing the best for your baby and the environment (they wash they diapers much more efficiently than you would be able to) and it's so convenient. I started off liking this company quite a bit until things went sour. At one point they delivered the wrong size diaper. I was happy enough to return them myself for the right size, but then two weeks later, they delivered too few diapers. When I called, they were completely unapologetic, but said that they would drop off the extra diapers in the next few days. I had no reason to believe that they would be picking up my dirties on that day, since it wasn't my regular pickup day, so I didn't have the bag ready to go. I received a rude voice mail from the owner after that, berating me for not closing up the diaper bag for the delivery person. This was the final straw for me. I switched from Bundle to EcoBaby, and when I called to cancel, the owner didn't even inquire as to why I was leaving. There are better, cheaper options out there! read more

I have been using Bundle's cloth diaper home service for almost 3 months since my daughter was born. I was set on cloth diapering from the beginning, but my husband was hesitant because he didn't want to deal with the laundry "situation." Bundle's service is the perfect compromise. They are fantastic. Dirty diapers just get tossed in our pail in the liner they provide. We leave our bag of dirty diapers on the front porch once a week, and Bundle takes them away for cleaning, leaving us with a fresh batch. The cloth prefolds are soft and easy to use with whatever waterproof cover you choose. My baby has never had a diaper rash using cloth. The wipes are great too (useful for taking on-the-go to wipe away spit-up as well). Bundle's staff is super-helpful too. It was a breeze to get set up for service, and they have been very nice on the phone when I've called to modify my service, change diaper size, etc. Highly recommend! read more

I really wanted to like this shop, get some advice and support local business. I ended up leaving without spending a dime. The customer support was terrible. I walked in the store Thursday with my 4 month old in her car seat. The woman working was waiting on another customer, which is fine. Not once in 20 minutes did the woman acknowledge me. She could have at least said she would be with me after she was done with the other customer. Then, when the sale was over, the other customer was still putzing around the store, and she continued to speak to them and ignore me! Maybe I didn't look like I was going to spend a lot of money? I ended up leaving and buying an entire supply of cloth diapers from Nikki's Diapers online, around $400 worth. Plus Nikki's gave me a discount and free shipping, and you can try the diapers out for 15 days and return them if you don't like them. I love that this service exists! We have been using the prefold diaper service, delivered to our house in Longmont, for about 2 months now with our newborn. I love using cloth diapers, it's much better on the little one's bum and with the cleaning service it's super easy. We had to increase the number of diapers and wipes that we get because we were running out, and I hate using disposables. We're up to 100 diapers and 30 wipes per week.
