Her and her mother gas lit me into staying by saying it's only 2 braids. Well that took an hour. Unfortunately, I was leaving out of town the next day so didn't have too many options and she promised she was going to do a great job - which (as seen in the photos) was a lie. Just to demonstrate how unprofessional Mercy and this Salon is - Service highlights: - I was never greeted had to introduce myself after 10 minutes - she got the wrong color of hair - hair I paid her for. - waited an hour after initial scheduled meeting time - spoke on the phone the whole time - her family showed up to the appointment - started rushing the braiding and was pulling at my scalp (apparently she was running late to something for her daughter) -although she is in the salon but only works at a booth Hair highlights - every strand is uneven - it's parted and cut in a way that makes the hair flop to my face - I have sores on my scalp due to the pulling - cannot put hair in a bun or get the air out of my face because every strand is different. The salon itself was very unhelpful and this was a terrible way to start a vacation.

When I arrived I did let her know that I had a tender scalp(tender headed), but I'm guessing she did not take that into account and I do know I have a lot of hair, but there was no gentleness involved. As a hairstylist I also feel that you need the necessary tools when people say that they have a tender scalp. I felt like my hair was being ripped out during the detangling process and blow drying process which led to me having to cut off more hair than I needed originally. My head was very sore at the end of service and during the service I felt like I wanted to cry. Either way I made sure to tip her because I know how it is to be a stylist and put in a lot of work. Customer service was not great either, no conversation and she seemed very standoffish and also rushed for time. Either way I am thankful but I will not be returning.

Egna is a talented stylist who will make sure you get what you want. She would tell me what she was doing to my hair for each step, so I was fully informed during the whole process. My hair was initially black, but she was able to bleach it without drying out or damaging my hair. The products she uses are very high quality, leaving you with soft and refreshing hair. Overall, my entire experience was positive, and I highly recommend people come here for haircuts and hair coloring :)

It lasted a few months and then randomly started matting until it turned into dreadlocks. It was unrepairable. I was always extremely careful and gentle with this wig, but once the matting began, it could not be stopped. I purchased three bundles and a closure from them, the hair "looked very nice" I paid $130 per bundle and I think like $150 for the closure totaling $540 plus tax. I went to my stylist and installed the hair. Day one the hair was good, Day two the hair was seeming to look really dull but still okay. Day three I was beginning to get light tangles, Day four came around and I noticed I had "matting" not just a little tangles but straight "dreadlocks matting." At this loin I was very confuse onto why the hair was acting up like this. I made sure to sleep with my hair covered at night as well as only to co-wash with cond. I am very affluent in caring for virgin hair of all sorts, so at this point I had to just remove the hair. Once the hair was removed I was able to better assess it. Right away I knew it was bad hair (I know that the store can get a bad shipment from overseas and if thats the case then make good of the sale).I took pics and even contacted the store about what happened. I told the manger that I believed that I had purchased bad hair and could they make good of the sale (I didn't want any money back just a fair trade). The manger (Very rude by the way) told me that she couldn't do anything "AT ALL" for me because she has "NEVER had issues with that hair before. So I stated to her just because you have never had an issue doesn't meant an issue can't occur.
