They offer chicken salad, both as a sandwich or in a small container. But there is so much more than that. They offer grab & go meals that I believe change daily; some examples that we saw on the board that day - bacon fried cabbage with sausage, creamy chicken Alfredo tortellini soup, poblano southwest pimiento cheese, Chicken and Dumplings, Homemade Chicken Spaghetti, and several other options. There are also keto options available. Tried both the original and the Harvest Chicken Salad. The Harvest mix was excellent, will get it again. But the original was meh for me, I just didn't enjoy it. So my hint is, ask if you can sample it before you buy one of the chicken salads so you can find the ones that are best for you. This is NOT the type of bakery where you can set down, and have a cup of coffee with your favorite treat. They don't serve warm beverages here anyway. Craved Creations is pick up only. You can order special cakes and other sweets, of course. Since this is a small bakery, stock is limited. You'll never know what desserts are available until you walk in or call them. There's cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, cinnamon rolls, cookie sandwiches and macarons. Everything is homemade, fresh from the kitchen. They don't sell whole cakes or cake slices. You can sample cake flavors, but only for parties and events. I've seen some photos of their customized cakes and designer cookies. The staff do excellent work! I read somewhere that the bakery is set to close soon and wanted to share a few thoughts regarding how important this bakery is, not only to my original childhood neighborhood, but the city itself. What I love: how the building looks on the outside and inside; the owner is very kind, friendly and eager to converse with visitors; and the idea that you can purchase an album by The Jungle Brothers, David Axelrod, Andre 3000, De La Soul or D'Angelo along with sweet treats from the bakery is just so cool. As a cratedigger who loves buying records, this is just so impressive to me. The great artwork hanging on the walls is another plus. A family member bought a delicious strawberry cake for my birthday a few years back, and that was my first introduction to Crumbville. The owner's decision to offer vegan and gluten free desserts was a smart decision, but she also offers regular baked goods. During my first visit recently, I purchased a strawberry cupcake, which had a lime-flavored cookie base. It was sublime and reminded me so much of the birthday cake from years ago. Service was great here. Overall, I just love this place. It makes me smile, and I will be very sad to see it go.
