That is when I noticed there was paint residue on my new back tires and the lip of my rear alloy rim was bent. I know it was damaged by someone at Olenders because I had just checked my tire pressure the day before, and my rim was fine. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Olenders. You could bring your vehicle in to have one thing fixed, and end up leaving with something else damaged. Now I have to pay extra to have my alloy rim fixed or replaced.

I am extremely grateful for my Ford Explorer for keeping me safe and being able to walk away without injury. In need of a whole new back end of my Explorer, I chose Johnson's Auto Body in Tolland to repair my car because of a positive referral. I cannot express HOW INCREDIBLE they were!!! Renee, who works the office, was AN ABSOLUTE ANGEL and walked me through the entire process.
