I inquired online about a certain vehicle. I immediately got a response from Laura, I explained my situation to her, and she set up an appointment for me later that day. I drove an hour to the dealer from my residence. Amanda greeted me as I entered the dealership. She was quick to get the ball rolling. She asked me a few questions to confirm my needs, took some info. From me, and she was off to get the vehicle I choose to take it for a test drive. While on the test drive Amanda was a wealth of knowledge, and explained the features of the vehicle to me. When we got back to the dealership, my trade in had been appraised and Patrick was working on a credit approval. This did not take long, Amanda was communicating to me the entire way, explaining to me what was going on. We agreed on a price for the new vehicle and my trade. Not a long process at all, never any pressure or drama. After a short wait, I was in to see Manny in finance to sign all the paperwork, Manny was great and took the time to explain everything to me without rushing. I entered the dealership at 3:00 and was out at 5:00. I could have taken the car that night but choose to come back the next day to take delivery. Also Amanda took me to the parts department to get some accessories I wanted on the vehicle, which they had in stock and installed for me. When I came in the next day to take delivery, Amanda took a lot of time explain all the features on the vehicle to me. I was very impressed by how well I was treated by everyone here, and how smooth the entire process went. Never felt pressured and treated with respect. Amanda is amazing, she is a wealth of knowledge, organized, and very easy to work with. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family use this dealership when buying a Subaru. Thank you Amanda, Manny, Patrick, Parts, and Service, for making this the best car buying experience I've had.

He truly wanted me to find the perfect car for me, even if it wasnt something available on his lot. Not something you come across these days. I'll still be keeping an eye on their lot for cars available that fit my preferences moving forward and strongly reccomend them to anyone looking for a great, local dealer to Tolland county!

They give me a loaner car til the following Tuesday, Tuesday comes no car still and the loaner car breaks down and they make it my problem and say they can't do anything about it and then cut the deal and drop off my traded in car and take back the loaner and tell me fuck you basically. Now they returned my car with key scratches and dents all along the drivers side and I have pictures of them unloading 8+ tires from my vehicle and parts as they were using it as storage and transport for parts during the days they had it! Very unprofessional and kept talking crap about my car and my family! Most unprofessional and for sure scam artists!! The loaner car they gave me Was being sold without a warranty too! It broke down 4 days after I was driving it!! They are setting up people to be suckered!

I travel extensively for work, US & International, so making time to purchase a car the old fashion way (multiple trips to dealership/test drive at dealership/etc) and specifically for a car that was being introduced in 2026 was not an option for us, and the team at Lynch Toyota - From JR (Client Advisor); Clayton (Online Support), and Jonathan (Finance) made it happen from start to finish and even Adrian at the dealership front desk made today's car pick up process a breeze. We have been a long time Subaru family nationwide, so deciding to purchase the new "2026 Toyota RAV4 PHEV Woodland" was a big family discussion topic with lots and lots of questions that always started with Why? For us, long SUV PHEVs total range with high electric range and solid reliability in harsh winter/snow climates were key in narrowing down the possible car options and the 2026 RAV4 PHEV Woodland was far and above all the rest that we looked at. After deciding on the car, then we looked at the nearby dealership reviews and reached out with simple questions to a couple of them with the highest customer ratings, and it was at this point that the quick follow up by the Lynch Toyota team helped to make up our mind early on. We started our search process in November 2025, and knew the car was coming, but that it would not likely be here until May or June 2026, but with the help of the Lynch Team - we configured the car specs and they kept us informed along the way on the progress of deliveries - they found the exact configuration we wanted; reached out, and we put our deposit on the car. They also shared the various financing options and financial partner options, and gave us the latitude to make our own decisions each step of the way. The last challenge we faced was that I was again heading on the road overseas, and while the car was in the US - it did not make it to the dealership before my departure - it actually made it the day after I had to leave, but they made sure to hold the car for the 4 weeks I was away, and while it was also the only Woodland in stock - they did not abuse the car with multiple test-drives for potential customers and we very much appreciated that. Today at pick-up, we did not have a lot of time and they had all the paperwork ready to go by the time we got there, but Jonathan (finance) was on time for our appointment and took the time to explain each of the documents i was signing and all the warranties, and JR (Client Advisor) went thru each of the many new great features that this model is introducing - many of which I was not aware off/even after doing all our research - so very much apprecitated, and Adrian (Dealership Front Desk) even gave us a tour of where we would be coming back for oil changes and any service we may need. Bottomline, fron online to pick up - this was an excellent, knowledgeable and accomodating team that you will not go wrong with in purchasing your new car - specially, if your time is limited.

I brought my Highlander in yesterday with an over-heating issue. They determined a new water pump was needed, as well as new shocks and struts. They also checked my extended warranty (without my having to ask) and determined everything was covered. I can't thank them enough!!!
