Additionally, he indicated that he was not aware that their website says they are open until 5:30 PM since he stated they apparently close at 5 PM. Furthermore, do not expect to leave any phone messages since their phone system does not allow for messages to be left upon their closure, as only a fax signal ensues rather than phone message capability.

So I went here after a major accident based on a previous recommendation from the dealer (a truck…read moreblew through a four way stop hit my driver rear wheel/quarter panel. It would've totaled the car if it hadn't been so new). They did decent work on my bumper after a minor hit. Well I was just recently hit in the same area and the tire dented in very easily. I took it to another body shop that the tower knew (my father in law knew the tower and trusted him). Without knowing anyone in this new shop, the owner called to tell me that the previous work was very mediocre and just put together off. Stuff was welded in slightly off locations, and so technically the very back of the car isn't straight. Though everything that was off was internal, so you'd never know. The new body shop is going to make it better, but obviously can't make it perfect. It greatly disappointed me that they did this. If you have a minor damage, this place is fine. But I'll never trust them with major work again.
