Buyer beware We used them for a big shop we built 60x100 to be exact. They supplied all the roofing and side walls, because it was such a big order we had it delivered. When it came my husband got the order he didn't want to make the delivery guy sit around while he count all the pieces. Then we decided we would need to wait for awhile to build because of financial reasons, so a year later we were putting it up and realized we were a pallet short on siding . My husband called them to see if they could see if they could track the pallet. They looked in their system and it was saying it was in the bay still, so they said oh let us go check on that, a few days went by and my husband called them back and they said "sorry it wasn't there ". Our complaint is obviously they didn't bring it, and their system reflected that, and we have zero access to their system so we obviously weren't trying to rip them off in anyway. Why not try to in the least work with us on a discount since both of us played a part . you guys didn't bring it and we waited a long time to count it. read more

Any issues or questions that came up were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Terrible service ! The employees at the front desk are so bad at customer service , especially the guy at the will call , the lady was good but the guy just didn't want to help with any questions , even laughs at questions regarding different styles of sheet metal , when I confront him about being disrespectful he continue the laughs and I asked to talk to the general manager and one guy came up to me saying he was the owner , saying he was Keith the owner of the business and he said that if I didn't like the way his employees where treating me that I should leave the place , he ask me to leave and didn't care about the way his guy was horrible at customer service . read more
