I've been a patient of the Care Center for several years, up until Monday, April 27th appointment…read more After receiving a phone call, recording and text confirming my appointment, I arrived on-time for my scheduled 6 month cleaning and exam. I had to take time away from work to keep this appointment. When I arrived, I was handed an ipad and asked to update several pages of personal information that has not changed and still on file. While entering multiple pages, I could hear the receptionist calling clients to reschedule because the dental staff still had not showed up for work ( I guess they had a rough weekend). After about 15 minutes, still combing through the multiple pages of information and hearing the phone calls, I realized that I was being stalled because the folks still hadn't showed up for work yet. I closed out of the ipad, handed the receptionist the device and left the office to return to work. I received a call from the receptionist stating that if I didn't return to the office that I would be charged a $50.00 no-show fee. I explained to her that my time is as valuable as their staff's. If they didn't show up for work, at least they could be honest with the customer. Additionally, If there is information that needed to be updated, they should have mentioned it in the multiple notifications received to confirm the appointment. A week later I emailed the Center detailing my negative experience and have not received a reply. I just received a $50.00 "No-Show" bill and I will pay it to avoid any derogatory information on my credit report. They probably need the $50.00 more than I do. I'm not going to manage your staffing issues for you but you folks have a problem, lets be honest with your customers and recognize that they're time is as important as yours.

Horrible experience! My assigned staff were like dental students. I hurt worse now that they…read moregrounded a tooth for a crown and the temporary cap just fell off just 6 hours from leaving and paying a way overpriced bill. I should have not hired them to do dental repairs. 6 days ago I went there for the first time to get evaluated for a chipped tooth and I gave them all my personal information including insurance info . I was told by a employee that she called the number on the insurance card and she was told that I have just medical and the insurance agent said no dental. I called the insurance company myself and they told me that no one had called in over two months to inquire about anything for me and that I had been lied to and asked me if he could call the Dentist office himself to get it straight and I agreeded. He called me back in a few minutes and told me that I was all straight and that Dental Office had all info needed and that he would pay 70% of bill. Dental office called me back and I went in for assessment that day. Long story short I basically walked out when they showed me that mu copay was over $500 after insurance paid their 70%. For a simple porcelain crown. No root canal, no laughing gas. Just grind tooth to a nub, put a temporary cap on and in two weeks go back and they epoxy porcelain on. I could go on but no need because I must go back at least two more times to complete my paid for deal. Re-glue the temporary cap back on then go back to pull it off and put porcelain on. I had another tooth that we discussed to start repairs on the same day as crown prep.. but they keep forgetting it and was pushing me out the door basically and I finally put it in words that they understood. And they printed out a copy of what my bill would be if they pulled one tooth and put one of those screw-in permanent teeth. My payment responsibilities was over $4225 !!! Never again will I walk in the place one we finish our current deal. I want to post pictures of the crown that just fell out but site won't let me
