After several months of following the checkup schedule as directed, we noticed that her teeth were not moving as expected. What's frustrating is that the orthodontist never informed us of this issue during any of the appointments. Given the high cost of Invisalign--paid upfront--we expected better communication and transparency. To make matters worse, the original paperwork stated that if Invisalign didn't work, there could be an additional charge on top of what we already paid. However, the amount was not disclosed and ended up being an additional $800. This was very misleading and felt like an unexpected financial burden. I wouldn't recommend their services to others. If you're considering orthodontic treatment, I'd advise looking elsewhere for a provider who is more upfront and communicative about potential costs and treatment effectiveness. Buyer beware!

Both lovely ladies at the front desk are excellent! They always greet me with a smile at check in, and explain the breakdown of my payments to me at check out. They have even gone out of their way to help me find a temporary and affordable dental insurance plan while I was in between jobs. They are great with getting me scheduled for appointments, and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner. When I came in on my birthday I was given a card signed by everyone in the office (how sweet!). Doctor K. Has been amazing. She is kind and compassionate and explains everything about my treatment to me very well. She answers any questions or concerns and is honest and thorough. I have had 2 root canals done by her, a bridge, crowns and fillings, all which have been successful. I still have lots more work to do but I am glad to have a dental office and dentist who I feel comfortable with and trust to take care of me.
