Darvin and his helper replaced my entire sprinkler control valve system, faulty sprinkler heads, and did some excavation to fix some leaky pipes. About 3 hours total - not a straightforward job since it also involved wiring and some backyard plumbing. I have an older house so they actually had to shutoff water to the house for a few hours. Not sure why the sprinkler system does not have a separate isolation valve. Maybe it does but its not obvious. Definitely recommend Ostwald Sprinkler Repair for quick turnarounds and responsive service, even on Sundays when most other sprinkler repair companies are closed.

He's great with communication, and his estimate was right on point. I had some drainage work done at my house which trashed my entire irrigation system, so I needed to have it replaced, both in the front and back yard. The McKay crew did a bang up job of it. They came in on time and on budget. They had the whole system laid out and running within about two days. Then Sherman spent some time with me to make sure I knew how to operate the controllers. A friend of mine in San Ramon used Preston and was pleased. Gary showed up at the promised time and did a very professional evaluation. He has a friendly attitude and great ideas. His experience shows. He recommended a variety of drought tolerant plants and creative hardscape ideas. Gary did his measurements and came back a week later with a beautiful presentation that included a sketch and a proposal that clearly detailed all of the work to be done. In the end we decided to go with someone else who had more competitive price.
