I've been coming here for over a year now and I've never had an issue with the machines. Now today, 2/15/25, I had an issue washing my dog stuff in the washing machine (4 loader). It froze/stopped at 4 mins. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I really like that there's workers on site to assist with anything and I really appreciate the help from Adela. I am a big fan of Burbank Laundry and believe they provide the best laundry services in the Burbank area, both their self-service laundromat and Fluff and Fold (the later of which I use most often.) The location is always clean, organized, and ready to help me get my things clean when I arrive. All of their staff are delightful to work with, especially Adela who I talk to most often because she works so hard for all of us. For Fluff and Fold, my items are always done perfectly and folded consistently, which is important to speed up putting everything away when I get it home. I've been coming here a few times and sure, it's expensive, but it's clean and the employees are nice. It's also convenient because it's all done with a card-payment system so you don't have to worry about cash or quarters. The reason for the 1 star is because without fail there's been a weird older man in a hat, face mask, gloves, and glasses that will dry his clothes next to all of my dryers and clean the counters on the way to stand right next to me. The wall of dryers will be free to use, there's maybe one other person washing in the entire place (besides the employees), and every time this man just comes up next to me and uses the ones around my clothes. Super uncomfortable, I don't feel safe, and comes off as predatory from how close he gets when there's other dryers open literally all over the wall. Would I come back? Sure, I just have to pack my taser next time and I'll feel better while this guy crowds my personal space. read more

My wife and I used to live in Burbank and although our apartment complex had laundry facilities, we insisted on going to Burbank Laundry. We were hooked after our first visit .. and it isn't just because of the oxidation machines. One day, we started talking to Diane and we're glad we did! My wife and I are picky about customer service and Diane knows exactly what great customer service is. Every time we go, she always has a smile on her face and is available for any assistance along with cordial conversation. AND, Diane always maintains a clean ship. We regularly see her cleaning the floors, wiping the machines, etc. We only try to go whenever she's there for more reasons than one. Been going here for years, they've always been so helpful today was the first day they told me to go F off. Story: I put my clothes in 2 machines, one works totally fine, the 2nd one continually doesn't try my card. I do it over and over and over, nothing. I then frustratingly move my clothes to another machine. Works first try. BUT it auto washes on warm rather then the cold cycle that I'd like it to do. So I go over to the lady working and I alert her that one of the machines isn't working and that the machine auto'd to warm and to please help me change it to cold her answer was "that machine is working fine, I washed in it this morning, it must be your card. And as far as the auto warm, I don't know what happened but you'll have to stop it and spend another $7 to wash your clothes and I'm not gonna give you a refund." What the heck, dude... 1. It clearly wasn't my card cause the other machines took it no problem and 2. If there's a glitch with your machinery, that's my fault??? Oh go fuck yourself. I'm gonna be looking for another laundromat STAT. After years of coming here it sucks to find out they don't care to help... read more

I don't review many businesses, but I felt compelled to write a review for Burbank Laundry. I am not from Burbank, but come to this location to wash my clothes. First off, the laundromat is always spotless. I come in the evenings to wash, and usually at this time laundromat are not the cleanest, but this spot is. Secondly, Diane, the worker, provides the best customer service. She always greets me when I come in by my name, she's helpful when needed, and always smiling. You can tell how great she is with other customers as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this place; they even have fluff and fold which is a plus. read more

Been a while since the last time I've been to this location. My usual spot close to home was packed and I needed to do last minute laundry before the week. Pro's and con's below: Pro's: 2 stars for cleanliness. the place is well kept. There's an attendant that maintains the facility. They also offer a fluff and fold service. The machines are all in "working" order. There's reserved parking spots in the parking lot for the laundry so you don't have to be lugging your dirty clothes from the other side of the parking lot. Con's: poor ventilation. They keep the doors closed and air low. It's like a sauna in there on a hot day. They use laundry cards for the machines. Unless you keep excellent math while you're doing your laundry you'll find yourself making several trips to reload your card. So hard to find good old fashioned coin laundry places these days. I used the front double load washer. Seemed to have sufficient water and bubbles up just fine. However, some of the machines still had soap on the door that ended up getting on my clean clothes. Some smaller articles of clothing like socks kept getting stuck in the crevice of the front load door. Nasty. Ended up having to take a bunch of clothes to the sink to hand rinse before putting in the dryers. Then you get to the sink and turn the knob the water comes out like a geyser, no controlled water pressure there. Ended up soaking myself and the counter, which I later wiped up because I was born with manners. Then as I start loading the dryers I noticed one of the doors kept flying open. So I used some force to try and keep it shut where the magnet normally picks up. Then I get the attendant (pictured in the red apron) coming at me full force raising her voice asking who's having trouble with the door. (Mind you this was at 4 pm on a Sunday. So those of you that are fortunate enough to not have your own w/d at home know how crowded the public laundry mats can be) So I fess up and say it was me because the door was not keeping shut. She then scolds me and tells me that there's no need to "slam" the door as the machine will automatically "suction it closed. As if I'm supposed to automatically know that because all dryers everywhere have this function? As if there are signs by the dryers that state this unknown fact? I don't know if the lady was just having a bad day or being racist but I didn't appreciate being talked to like a 5 year old. Safe to say this will be my last trip to this location. read more

They have fluff and fold service which I see many take use of, but I'm not sure what the cost. My clothes wash and dry without any machine issues. I'm a regular customer in these place. But one late Friday @4-5pm afternoon I did my laundries.
