Prices are acerage. There is an attendant on site who is very nice. They also have massage chairs for $1.00 for every 5 minutes. They have snack and drink machines. Plenty of parking. read more

Don't go by the times listed I was there at 10:40 the lady came up to me and said letting u know You have to get this done by midnight, no sign on door just hours stating open till 2 am. I ask why if the sign says other wise she says she doesn't wanna stay if there isn't enough people. Makes no sense then change the time to 12 midnight and let us know I had already unloaded my clothes, so I had to load everything back. First time going here. My usual laundromat in NoHo was out of service due to water issue. Hopping on Yelp, I made what ai had hoped to be a great decision....and it was!! The washers are very efficient...the clothes almost come out dry lol. They have express dry dryers as well. The establishment was very clean and airy. I loved that you could watch the planes land at the Burbank airport as well. Added bonus. Another bonus is the Vallarta grocery store. You can even go in and get a quick lunch from the many choices on the buffet. Though this laundry spot is a farther drive for me, I will return. read more

TOP QUALITY LAUNDROMAT. This is a fairly new place with a new owner from a year ago or so. So watch out for old negative reviews. My experience has been amazing here. FIRST OF ALL, the machines are top of the line and clean. That's the number reason you should come here. The drop off service is something I've never used. I come here when I have time and I do it myself. I have washed all my clothes at the same time for years and never had a problem. The card system is amazing since you get extra money depending on how much you load. If you load 100 bucks you get 15 bucks extra. I know 100 is a lot but 15 free bucks of credit is amazing. How many businesses give you 15 bucks free for every 100? Yea, not many! The owner Simon was super nice and helpful. I'm coming here from now on for sure! read more

I'm here now. 8:30 on Wednesday... I come often. I have a dog daycare business and spend hundreds of dollars here. Sometimes $100 bucks in one day. Everyone is pretty nice that works there except for 1 lady whom is never really nice to me. If the door isn't closed on the washer and it starts and you close the door quickly after it starts you lose your money and these washers are not cheap. So once before a couple months ago that same lady restarted the washer after it happened and shook her finger at me like I robbed a bank and reprimanded me. Well tonight it happened again and this woman tried to tell me I didn't pay which I did bc I had $31 on the laundry card and d she runs my card and i it's at $23 but not only did she insist I didn't. She would not restart the washer either so within two minutes I lost eight bucks.. Maybe that's the rules, but it's gross and she was nasty to me but like I said, she's really nice to me anyway. Just want to beware because if that starts and they take your money.!! And even though you spend so much money there they don't care! I'm furious about it because she didn't have to be such a rigid woman... by all means it's a laundromat for God sake. read more

Also they have a " Fluff & Fold" services for $2.50 per LBS- Just drop off your clothes and let them wash & Dry / Fold your clothes, currently they have a very good promotion which give you $5 OFF for 20lbs and more and $10 OFF for 40lbs and more loads. The store is open till 2:00Am with last wash of 12:30 meaning you need to be there before 12;30Am to wash your clothes. Expensive machines compared to surrounding area launder mats, they are supposed to be cleaner hence the higher price. Machines don't dry well regularly washing machines have charged more than they should have on multiple occasions everytime I have to find an employee to try and fix it. The final straw was a bank over charge that was never corrected. I can't trust such a shady business. read more

Is not a bad laundry place . Is right near vallarta supermarket and planet fitness. So you can go work out or grocery shopping while doing your laundry. The place is quite busy most of the time but I never had an issue finding a machine to do my laundry in. read more

Thanks for your response. I've since been back and my review still stands the same. In general the place is clean and the help is fairly friendly. Though, I understand the concept behind charging for the use of the bathroom to keep the "riff raff" at bay. Perhaps you could find another solution. How about using tokens? That way you're not penalizing customers for the riff raff management. Patrons are already giving you their business. Charging them to use the restrooms seems frivolous and greedy. I know it's only 25 cents buts it's more the principal. Take care of your clients and they will keep coming back. Fyi... i've found very few laundry mats in the area that charge for bathroom use. I especially like the one located on corner of Hollywood way and Victory blvd. Free WiFi and bathroom use. read more

I just love this laundromat! I've been to a few in the area, but none of them amount to the cleanliness of this one. In the past, at other locations, I would literally have to take my clothes to a different location due to the mildew smelling water. Disgusting! This location is in a plaza with a grocery store, which has 0.50 cent water bottles, and a Planet Fitness. So, there is a ton of parking available but maybe 20 spaces in front of the actual location. Like most laundromats, there are certain days that are busier than others like the weekends and some nights during the week. I like to wash at night during the week just to avoid hitting kids that are running around with my basket by accident and it's less nosey. It's like you are walking into an underwater experience thanks to the deep blue sea and fish paintings on the wall. I also like this location because they have a ton of washer and dryers. The washers range from the normal washer machines for $1.50, then the larger washing machines that take two loads at $2.75, then the 3 load machines for $3.75, and the 4 load machines for $4.50, and lastly the 6 load machine which I believe is around $6.50. For the dryers, you get about 11 minutes per quarter. They have two sets of change machines which works perfectly. I used to have to stop at the bank to get quarters. They have vending machines with snacks, washing supplies and a drink machine. After a couple of visits, I've noticed that there are always a few broken washer and dryers, but it's never the same machines once I return the following week. The only con about this place is that you have to pay 25 cents to use the restroom. I try to either go before I go in to wash or I will try to run and catch the door before it closes when someone comes out lol There is always an attendant on site if you need change for larger bills. I like this place, can't nitpick too much with public laundromats. read more

Always clean, staff is courteous.  Prices are reasonable.  Planet Fitness and Vallarta next door, along with other stores and amenities, so you can put your laundry in and go do your workout or shopping while it washes. Vending machines with very reasonably priced beverages or laundry supplies in case you forgot yours.  Highly recommend.  A couple old school arcade games too, just as the cherry on top. read more

There's no air conditioning, no wifi, the place isn't clean, and to top it off after spending money on all of these **overpriced** machines you need to pay to use their bathroom What a joke this place is. Only reason I came here is because it's near my gym but straight up i figured I could put my clothes in washer then head to the gym for 25 minutes then come back put them in the dryer and go back for another 25. It was my first time coming here last night, and will most likely be the last. I had one of the worst experiences with an employee. To say it was "customer service" would be a complete lie. The lady who was working there yesterday demanded I leave right at 11pm and shove my clothes in bags because she needed to leave. I'm sorry, but when have you heard of businesses demanding customers to leave right at that time. You go to a restaurant that shows closing time of 10pm and they don't tell you to shove your food because they're closing. She told me I needed to follow the posting signs of last wash at 9:30 pm. I came in at 8:30( even recommended her to check her cameras) if she thought I came in at a later time. In addition to that, some guy who was accompanying her threatened me and told me "YOU'RE IN THE WRONG HOOD". Tell me if I'm wrong, but that is a THREAT to me. I don't even know if he even works there. He was even opening a gumball machine and taking bubble gum without even paying for it. I don't believe this lady should have the right to do this- to even work there. I don't go to businesses trying to make friends, but as a customer service employee myself, I think she should have a better attitude and watch the way she treats people. read more

The employee lady who worked here on 9/15 at night is a complete rude person , the vending machine didn't worked and I asked her if we can do something about it ? She said didn't "you see it wasn't working ?
