His creativity, knowledge of business, designs, and music taste, definitely keep an eye out for what he has in store. I would definitely come here more often if I had lived nearby but more so I place this review to overall state that I would recommend The Fresh Cycle to anyone needing to get your clothes washed / dried. Also there is a coffee slash 'mother of all tasty menus that will have you indecisive of item choices right off the bat but maybe overspend' shop next door so you get best of both worlds! To my pleasant surprise, the seamstress there was able to repair it, using identical yarn, and the repair was pretty tough to even find afterward! How do they do that?! I am so impressed! And the cost? Just $8! Not only that, but it was dropped off on a Friday and ready for pickup the following Monday. I can't even say how long I write that sweater with that hole in it! If I had only known. Come to find out, Burbank Dry Cleaners is the same place that repaired my son's favorite suede jacket. Needless to say, they're getting bookmarked for all my clothing repairs!

This is the worst experience I had at a dry cleaners. I understand situations happen - what's more important is how the business takes care of matters afterwards. I called the next day at 8 am to share my concern and as I'm speaking to the employee, they do not want to compensate for the damage to get the buttons replaced but instead, asked me to drop off so they can replace them at their store. If it was a non-designer item, I don't have a problem getting the buttons replaced. However, a designer item is expensive and should uphold the same quality. That is why it's called a designer item. My complaint is clear, my jacket is damaged from the entire front, wrist area, and shoulder area. It's not just one button, all of them are damaged. The owner, Zach refuses to accept any of my video/pictures and would rather have me drop it off at the store so they can examine or come to my home to see "how they can fix it." Got a hold of the owner, Zach and he begins speaking to me in another language which I thought was quite rude and was very unprofessional. No apology offered, no compensation offered and was coming off in an aggressive manner which I did not appreciate. I will never be visiting this business again.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.

I brought in my bridal veil, gloves, and wedding dresses for cleaning and preservation, and everything came back looking brand new. Susie was incredibly friendly and sweet, and communication was excellent throughout the process. She even texted me when everything was ready and store hours, which I really appreciated. The turnaround time was about a week, which felt very reasonable. You can tell they really specialize in bridal items and treat them with a lot of care and attention to detail. Everything was beautifully cleaned and packaged, and I felt completely comfortable trusting them with such important pieces. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality bridal cleaning and preservation. I plan to return in the future for alterations.
