This is the best cleaners wash it Taylor hands-down in Burbank and let me start with Lily I don't know if she owns it or is the manager but she's always the bright beautiful smiling person that always greets me and she is very kind I have never met the Taylor or the seamstress but she does excellent work I have a husband that is 6"5 always hard to fine trousers for him they don't need some type of alterations and they go above and beyond the prices are fantastic very reasonable I have even had last-minute jobs that they have done for me they get to know their customers so they treat you like family and not just business this place is great and they've actually been in BURBANK forever but you know how you tend to go close to where you live now it does not matter where ever I am in Burbank I will only go to disclaimers I've tried others so I know for sure hands-down this one is absolutely the best and you get to get some good donuts right there just as an added bonus only negative is there not a lot of parking but how long do you need to be parked at a cleaners anyway you just picking up and dropping off. I had a great first experience with this company. I brought a suit, a pair of pants, my wife's jacket (which needed some TLC) and a tie with a stain on it. They said it could be done in a few days, I came in on the appointed day, everything was done, stains were gone and the price was right. I particularly brought a dress for my engagement party and it was beaded all over, she was able to take off and replace the beads after altering the shoulders and length and it looked amazing! If you have expensive or delicate clothing keep away from these people at all costs. trusting them with a $600 hoodie was a big mistake. Ignore the same day service sticker on the window, my three items took two weeks to have cleaned. Ruining a hoodie in the process, after explicitly requesting there be a note to be careful with the ornamentation. The best alterations ever and the best prices! I've been going to this place for years!

Very bad experences here. I should have stopped going here months ago but it's within walking distance so I kept going back, and regretting most of my experiences. Strike 1: I took one of my wife's new shirt to get cleaned, picked it up with holes on the seams. When I brought it to their attention they said that my wife must have done it. It was more frustrating dealing with their defensive attitude than the fact they ruined the shirt. Oh and they charged me to fix it... twice because they did not find all the holes during the first repair. I should have stopped here. Strike 2: I took a pair of pants to get altered. When I came to pick them up they were not ready. I came back on a later date and they asked why I picked them up so late. I had to remind them that they did not have them ready when they said they would. This was particularly annoying. Strike 2: My wife and I each took a pair of pants to get hemmed. We asked them to hem them and press them. We paid to get them to get pressed and they were not even though we were charged for it. I had been taking my dry cleaning to Burbank Washette for 5 years, and was a good customer. Recently I took my new Black leather jacket in to have it steamed only, something I had done many times with all my outfits. This time they burned the back of my jacket, causing the jacket to bunch up and wrinkle. They refused to admit fault and were not willing to negotiate for compensation or for future services. I found it hard to believe that I have given them hundreds of dollars over the years, but they were unwilling to do anything for me when they ruined my jacket. read more

I do NOT recommend this place! We often use this dry cleaners for our family and they really showed their service level today. My mother took in my fathers favorite designer jacket and when she picked it up she opened it and looked at it right away and noticed TWO holes. She immediately confronted the worker with "what happened here?" And the worker responded with "ask your son." So my mother tells her that she doesn't have a son and says it's her husbands. The worker then tells her that it's from smoking. My father has never smoked anything in his life and the holes were not consistent with burns from a cigarette. Either way, it was not given to them in this condition! The woman denied any fault and my mother left extremely upset. The other piece she picked up along with this jacket was not cleaned either. Extremely rude service, unclean environment, and a high possibility your clothes are coming back dirty or damaged. Not worth it. There's a dry cleaner in every corner. These last couple of years have been so hard for small business owners and I'm sure no one was taking their clothes to a dry cleaner while on lock down. So to treat a customer so poorly is unacceptable. My mother didn't ask for them to reimburse the sweater, she didn't even think of it. They could've handled it better even if they didn't want to admit their mistake in damaging the sweater. Shame. read more

I wouldn't recommend bringing clothes you care about here for any reason. My dress came back to me in terrible condition with no proper explanation as to what happened. All of the lining and stitching on my dress became loose and flimsy, causing rips and tears that weren't there before. Rather than finding a solution, the employees and the owner decided to yell at me and blame me for the condition of my clothing, then told me my best solution would be to return my dress to the store in which I bought it. Although accidents may happen, I should at least not expect to get yelled at. This was a very unprofessional and low class experience that I hope nobody has to deal with. read more

Been using this laundry service for a little over a year on bi-weekly basis or so. Usually pay up front since it's easier for me. They use an age old paper and pen method and aren't very good in English or business management. So she rang me up for my socks and 7 shirts at $18.55. I gave her $20 got the pink slip and didn't wait for my change. I came to pick up my order and drop off more clothes and another lady with a thick accent said I hadn't paid. She made a phone call to I don't know who and they came to the conclusion I hadn't payed. So I payed the $20 again didn't ask for my change took my previous order and took my current stuff I was about to drop off and said I won't be back. It didn't bother them too much because they are probably used to customers walking out on them. read more

When I tried fighting the extra charge, they sent in THEIR COPY of the "receipt" and that's how I found out that they are ripping people off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! She even gave me someone else's suit. I took it home thinking it was my husband's and when we found out they gave it to us in error, I took it back - like a decent human being would! Ripped Off! My wife and I decided to bring our king size duvet in to be laundered. When she went back to pick it up, when we were told it would be ready..it wasn't. Two days later she went back to retrieve it only to be given SOMEONE else's old STAINED duvet, with an unfamiliar pattern on it. She immediately notified the staff and they acknowledged that they "made a mistake" and "must have" gave our property to another customer. they then assured us that they would contact the "other" customer and take care of the switch up. They also said that they would call ASAP to let us know when the other customer was contacted and brought in the duvet that belonged to my wife and I. Well...NO phone call, NO duvet and when she went back in she was told that "we" must be mistaken and that we were given the duvet we brought in. Hmmm, I think I would know the bedding I sleep in nightly, we are very familiar with it , NOT the stained , different patterned poor quality duvet that we were given and told " this is yours". Totally absurd!! Like being given someone else's oversized under garments (stained) and told they fit!! I suppose the worst part of all of this is to be flat out lied to and treated very rudely. As a long time Burbank resident , it is so disappointing to see the transgression of service and dishonorable dismissal of truth. Customer service falls to the wayside. read more

The two women that work here are very kind and even one of them laughs all the time, which makes you cannot help but laugh with her. Their service is quite quick if you really need them to be. I asked for a dress shirt and pants to be washed and pressed same day and they did not put up a fight. This was quite refreshing considering most places scowl bother you with the fact that they are just too busy. Lastly, the prices are exceptionally cheap when I compare it to the places around Burbank. The only complaint I do have is that sometimes they do ask you to come later than the time you were suppose to pick it up, but they are usually very apologetic so it is hard to stay mad. read more
