I'm so IN LOVE with my new girls! I'm currently at my six month postop and they look amazing if not better than I imagined! I had been dealing with a stye on my left eyelid for years. In May 2025 it ruptured and got infected, swelling up enough to where I was blind in my left eye. They called me one morning and said "we can get you in and out in a hour. Can you come in 30 minutes". After a few minutes hesitation I went and they weren't kidding! I was out so quickly. The price was reasonable especially as it would've been 3 months for me to see a normal doctor. Definitely happy to pay for the expedited care! About a year later the stye had returned and the Doc was skilled and quick enough to get the stye completely out of my eyelid in less than 15 minutes. Predicted pain aside, this was the smoothest surgery I've ever had! Dr Orwell is incredibly personable and very supportive and his staff is incredibly patient and friendly. Working with the public in fashion gives me the advantage of seeing and meeting women who take very good care of themselves and have had some plastic surgery. I began to question several about if they would share the name of the doctor who made them look so youthful and natural. Over and over again, Dr.George Orloff was named. Long story short, I had some work done to make me feel more peaceful about aging gracefully. He even mentioned that the muscles in my eyelids were a bit weak and he was able to adjust that also. I first consulted with Dr Orloff several years ago, and was impressed by his attentiveness and recommendation not to perform surgery. So when I wanted the dark circles and puffy bags under my eyes removed, I did not hesitate to consult with him a second time. I relayed to him my overall reticence about facial surgery, and again I was impressed by his candor and consideration for my opinion. The surgery went smoothly, and the post surgery aftercare was very impressive. I had post op complications with my eyes, and both he and his staff, in particular, Gema demonstrated their concern by access to their personal phones after office hours, as well as immediate visitation during office hours. I spoke with Gema many times, and if she wasn't immediately available, I always received follow up calls within 20 minutes to one hour. After long conversations with representative I was informed that "free" consultation is with coordinator, not a doctor. "I'm so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at another doctors office. I put a review for this business several months ago. I am not sure why I don't see it anymore. I had a reduction with Dr Orloff and he was so aggressive with the amount removed. What I had asked for and what I received was different. His work is good, just be sure that how much is going to be removed is clear because after it's gone, you can't do anything about it. when I expressed my disappointment with how much was removed, he told me to lose weight. Dr Orloft exceeded my expectations. I went in asking for the world. I think I wanted more than what any plastic surgeon could even do for me Dr Orloft was able to do all that I was hoping for and more. He has a very realistic view of what can be done with surgery. He was able to paint that picture did me and then again exceeded his own plan. Over the past 3 years I have lost a lot of weight. I was 268 lbs. I got down to 142 lbs. This weight list combined with having 3 kids and aging left me with a lot of skin. There was just a lot going on in the abdomen and breast area. The skin and the undesirable body that I was left with made me almost wish I didn't lose the weight. Dr Orloft and his staff is exceptional. The way they treat you like family , yet their professionalism is superb! My experience with Dr Orloft and his staff was so amazing that it gave me a great love for this field. I so badly want to help others achieve what I did. They made me love how they made me feel so much that I left my job that I loved and search for a job in the plastic surgery field. I left an amazing cardiology to go after a rewarding experience in plastic surgery. I didn't realize that just because another dr in the Los Angeles area may seem good and may seem to have some good referrals. It's just not the same. Although I loved the patients, it just wasn't fulfilling. I realized that it's not plastic surgery in general that I loved so much. It was the perfect work dr Orloft does and the carting treatment of his staff that I truly loved. I unfortunately was then in a job where the dr was pressuring patients to do things they weren't ready for. I also noticed that other doctors just don't take the safety precautions that Dr Orloft and his staff take. The office I was working for wasn't a loving Drs officd but instead a tricky car sales feeling. Since I wasn't sneaky, tricky and able to lie to people this position didn't workout. I hope and pray to find a job where I can work with a dr even half as ethical and precise as Dr Orloft. He removed the skin and did such and amazing breast lift that I often times have to do a double take in the mirror because I'm not even sure it's me. A sales person who trains themself how and what to say to trick you into thinking their doctor is the best will make you believe that they have a truly safe and clean office. However be smart and choose Dr Orloft where they actually really are clean , and compassionate! Safety , and patient care the most important things to Dr Orloft. I waited a long time to give this review. I had upper and lower blepharoplasty and back flank lipo. I like the upper eyelids, but the bottom still has retractions on each eye. They droop. Yes, they are not puffy anymore, but that doesn't mean I wanted to trade one insecurity for another. The back still looks the same. I have tried and tried to message, email, text, FB, and no one ever responded. I am so disappointed. Dr. Orloff is very nice and made me feel comfortable, I really wanted to get a tummy tuck if needed, a neck lift, and have him do a revision with previous procedures. Unfortunately, I am going with another surgeon. Maybe this review will tell his staff to check messages and respond. I am 5.1 1/2. 120 lbs. My upper abdomen sticks out because I have a lazy intestine. I have a B-shaped belly, but there are no stretch marks or loose skin whatsoever. I gave this surgery center 3 stars mainly based off me having to pay $100 for consult, contact with the provider/staff and the outrageous quote I received for a full Abdominalplasty (Tummy tuck). The office is nice and serene, right across the street from Walt Disney which my husband mentioned they are probably over priced (he was right). Visit with Dr.Oloff was pleasant, he seems more down to earth and humorous on their Instagram page. But overall okay, I did see pictures of his work there were weird scars on 80% of the patients under their belly button which was not appealing. Staff was nice but most of them were not there due to the fires happening so I had to wait for my quote. Which is understandable. Now for the ridiculous quote, $14,500 for my Tummy tuck, he was charging me $4000 just for the repair of my hernia. Rockstar beauty was a candidate and they had a special for $8700 for full tummy tuck which included $1000 for hernia repair. Still way more affordable, I didn't choose Rockstar because of the commute to Beverly Hills. I've also went to Boris Surgery center in Culver City they said it would be $7000 if I put money down right then and there if not it would cost me $8000 for everything. I'm not fully comfortable with going to Dr Boris Surgery based on reviews and DrBoris is not Board certified in Plastic surgery but an ENT specialist. My search still continues but there is NO WAY I'm paying almost $15,000 for a tummy tuck. read more

I went in for one thing (not my eyes), they said that I'd get OK results on my original request, but I'd great results if I did my eyes. I decided to do both. The original thing I went in for - the results were unimpressive - but they did warn that would happen. My eyes however: 1. THEY PROMISED NO SCAR. I HAVE A SCAR. 2. THEY HAD TO DO THEM AGAIN (and I had to go through recovery again) BECAUSE THE FIRST TIME LOOKED LIKE NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE! 3. AGAIN, FOR THE 2ND TIME THEY PROMISED NO SCAR. Emailed for consultation. Received a date and time back that I confirmed worked. Was asked DOB responded back with it. Showed up to appointment ( worked OT yesterday to be able to free up today) show up and " You Are not ins system" showed email, showed correspondence with Kim . They tell me I can meet a non Medical person if I wait around and they can tell me price? Price of what? I received no medical information on what I could do for my situation? Really?
