Olivia at Glanis Plastic Surgery is just amazing!! She is a true perfectionist with a very soft and gentle hands. Olivia has done such a superb job on my face and I am extremely happy with my results. I had an asymmetrical eyebrow arch after Botox injection by another plastic surgeon at Beverly Hills. The doctor did the injections himself and my right and left sides of face were like north and south. He did the touch up couple of weeks after his initial injection. The results were better, but still one side looked like a half moon and the other side like an upside down " V". When I met Olivia 2 weeks ago, she marked my face and did her injections based on her assessment. Not a guess work. Then she offered me a free follow up appointment in two weeks to make sure I am happy with my results. The results of her first work on my eyebrows were fantastic. Major improvement! Yet, I needed to get maybe one additional drop of Botox To get them perfect. This is exactly what she did on the second visit. She re evaluated my whole facial expression and ended up injecting one more unit of Botox to get them identical or as close as possible. This was at no charge!! I started my Journey with Dr. Galanis roughly three months ago. (Anchor Breast lift and sizable implant) Being a mother of two that breastfed both of my children, I completely lost all of my fullness/size. From the moment I started this process it has been a true blessing. Starting with Tess, Dr. Galanis' assistant. Tess was helpful, understanding, motivational, and comforting. She was more of a friend through the entire process. She still 3 months post surgery will text and ask how I'm doing. Now, Dr. Galanis I don't even know where to really start. He was sooo professional and kind. He explained in such lengths the process, the size difference, and the size that was right for me. This review is coming 2 weeks post op from my breast augmentation! I actually found Dr. Galanis while scrolling through Instagram. I saw his work online and knew immediately that I had to see him for a consult. I have never had a breast augmentation consult, so I had zero idea what to expect. The patient coordinator Tess was extremely professional, and she was able to book an appointment in the following week. The day of my appointment I was extremely nervous walking into the office, but Tess greeted me warmly and I felt so much better. I then met with Dr. Galanis, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew it was my first consult ever, so he made sure to go over the surgery, and answer all of my beginner questions. I think what won me over was the fact that he stated that even if I went with a different plastic surgeon, he would always be available to answer questions and concerns. You know when you meet people, and you like them right off the bat? That's exactly how this consult was. I was 100% confident when leaving my appointment that it was the right decision to go with Dr. G! I knew I didn't want to meet with anyone else. I'm a softy, and I could not be more thankful at how truly caring everyone was. Day of surgery post op: I would say pain was a 3? No real discomfort. Just needed to get used to the extra weight! That night the anesthesiologist called to check on me at night, which was extremely kind. I took zero prescription pain pills, and to be honest I didn't need them. As of today I am 2 week post op and everything has been a breeze. I've had two follow up appointments with Dr. G and he's been awesome through my post op care!! Even my mom commented that by the post op appointment schedule alone, it shows that he truly cares about his patients! Although pain and healing is subjective per person, I had ZERO issues. By day two my pain was a 1 and I was fine. I was a little uncomfortable, but was not in any pain! My review is coming to you about 2 and a half weeks post op, so I should likely wait, but I simply can't wait to rave all about Dr Galanis, his attention to detail for MY goals, his staff, and his work he did on my recent breast lift and augmentation with an implant. Let's start with his staff, Tess is one in a million. She is kind, so knowledgeable about what I was going through as a patient before and after surgery, responsive, helpful, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish (seeing as I'm only 2 and a half weeks post op, she is still very much so all these things and MORE.) This was my first surgery I have ever been put under for, so I was slightly nervous and Tess made me feel so at ease leading up to surgery. She has been with me every step of the way since! From the nursing staff who took me into surgery, my anesthesiologist, my recovery nurse and all the other people there the day of my surgery, they were incredible. At my two week follow up appointment, my surgical tape was removed and this is where I was really able to see his skill set shine. My shape and size were exactly what I wanted but I had a lift done, so the worry of scars was a big one going into this. I am only two and a half weeks out and my incisions are barely noticeable. There are more incisions in a lift than a normal augmentation and so having a skilled physician perform this surgery is crucial! So far, so amazing. I am 2 weeks out from a mini tummy tuck, upper abdomen lipo, contouring and skin tightening. I went because I never snapped totally back from a pregnancy 3 years ago. Now, I was already small (5'2 and 110 lbs) but I was so self conscious about my mid section that it was affecting my self confidence in a huge way. To start, his offices are beautiful, and his staff is SO, SO friendly and professional. I have not interacted with one person there (front desk, nurse practitioner, surgery coordinator) who isn't helpful, courteous and very kind. They were OVERLY cautious in my case when my pulse ox went a little funky and Dr Galanis actually CAME BACK to check on me after leaving to go home for the night. He also called me later that night. I've had one follow up with Olivia, the NP and she could not have been more helpful. Most importantly though, my results!!! I am only 2 weeks out, and if how I look is any indication, I cannot wait to see where I am in 6 months. I don't drive over the hill for ANYTHING! Except for Dr. Galanis I'll keep this short and sweet. After 3 consultations in LA...I almost flew back to Dallas, TX to my original surgeon to have my Breasts re-done and to have a little lipo. Until I met Dr. G. (Don't steal my nickname.) Anyways, the level of professionalism mixed with personal service was enough to make an absolute final decision to move forward with him. His before & after pictures speak for themselves. He's reasonably priced and and ridiculously nice...and GREAT at his craft. He has an eye for symmetry and the ability to connect and properly explain the process. His staff was above & beyond on al levels. So to sum it up, I have amazing new breast's, a smaller waist, and some new incredible people in my circle. On a more scientific & informational note... I originally had 339 cc's Silicone Gummis under the muscle (inframmatory incision) with a starting bra size of 34A. I ended up with a large 34B/ small 32C which was AWESOME for about 10 years! There was actually nothing wrong with them but I just wanted to be a cup size fuller and I wanted a little sculpting in my waist &outer thighs after becoming a mom. I work out a lot so I knew I didn't have much fat to extract but for me it was all about balance. Dr. G ended up finalizing g my new breast with the chosen size of 475 cc's. And I believe he extracted 500 ml of fat? Don't quote me on that one.... Anyways, my leggings & jeans fit better & my boobs are perfect for what I wanted for myself. I'm now a 34C/32D. I actually gained weight after the procedure which is the opposite of what I assumed. But my waist is smaller and I love my shape more. Dr. G is the most friendly, personable, patient and competent doctor I've come across. It is so rare to find someone with his level of training, experience, and credentials to still be so humble, attentive, and uphold excellent bedside manners. I tend to be impatient, and when I want certain procedures done or revised within a rushed timeframe, he will not compromise on what he considers a safe and appropriate timeline. Injections by Olivia - I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I've seen Olivia 3 times in person now for all of the services we discussed at my very first consultation. Her positive energy is warm and I naturally felt very comfortable with her. I had 4 consultations with other practitioners for the same service before meeting Olivia, and none made me feel safe and comfortable like Olivia. I went through with my services and the results exceeded my expectations incredibly! I referred Olivia to a friend who had similar hesitations in the past and she texted me immediately after her consultation, "you're right - she [Olivia] did really listen to me and made me feel super comfortable!" Olivia is amazing! She knows exactly how to verbalize what I want when it comes to fillers for my face. 1st time I had zero bruises! 2nd time I just got little red dots around my laugh lines(still no bruises). Dr. Galanis is a very charismatic person, the first time i walked into his office i was welcome by Vanessa she is very nice and attentive, she answers all the questions you have regarding financially payments . And when meet with dr. Galanis he welcomes you with a big smile takes his time to explain you all different options you have ,regarding breast augmentation, thats what i went in for . Although most of my time spent with Dr "Charlie" Galanis has been bound to an operating table knocked out and being cut open I would say the end result is AMAZING!!! His work is outstanding and when you are awake and in his presence it's definitely easy on the eyes!! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Vanessa, you feel comfortable - even if you're nervous or unsure. Tess is the SWEETEST and funny! Dr. Galanis is the best plastic surgeon out there and I would highly recommend him!! I am a 48 year old mother of 3 and having babies took a toll on my body, especially my confidence.
