I was very impressed with the kids here. They were kind, well mannered, and went above and beyond. We were happy to tip all of them. My daughter picked a tree that was a bit more than what we were expecting to spend, but it's Covid and Christmas trees bring her lots of happiness every year. We also got a tree that we'd never had before so the up charge was standard, and the tree was just gorgeous. Pricing is standard and not price gouging either. They had a great assortment of nobles. They also have different sized tree stands. I really thought this was a great experience and everyone here practices according the proper Covid standards. Workers maintained distance and masks were all worn and are required. There's also ample parking right there at Providencia Elementary School at the field.

We purchased from the location off of Balboa, and Devonshire in the Ralph's parking lot. A nice touch this year were the Merry Christmas price tags, which included information for care of your Christmas tree to keep it green for as long as possible. Staff are friendly and helpful (they carry the tree to your vehicle for you), and they have a beautiful collection of Douglas and Noble Firs (great for me due to a Pine allergy!) As an example, today Gage helped us pick out a nice Norman tree, mounted it on our stand which we brought and then secured (tied) it to the roof of my vehicle with the biggest smile of sincerity. We found the perfect one for our home and couldn't be happier. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Huge shoutout to Charlie, who went above and beyond helping us get the tree secured on top of our car. Super patient, cheerful, and genuinely nice. Highly recommend coming in the morning if you can. The guys here were super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I picked out the perfect tree thanks to the nice gentlemen helping, and paid an extra $45 to deliver it within 5 miles. Same day too! And when it was delivered I asked if the guy could help me with the placement in the stand too, which he did! Best money well spent! Also, I went ahead down the street to price compare with another tree lot and this place seem less expensive. Also, I feel like the guys here really care about these trees. Each one that has been unraveled was in a stand that had water in it, keeping the tree healthy longer. The other places didn't do that; they had their stumps on the ground or rebars nailed into them for makeshift stands. I think the water stands is definitely ideal, but what do I know? But what I do know is our family has an incredible, gorgeous 8' Christmas tree now and I was able to get it to our home without my husband's help. Win win!
