This location is fabulous. The staff isn't overbearing and the service they provide is spot on. My husband, mother and I enjoyed doing some light shopping here while visiting the Las Vegas Strip. I absolutely recommend coming here if you like to be followed around and discriminated against, if you're a minority you may have even a bigger chance of being followed around like you're about to steal something! Yesterday while visiting Beautiful Las Vegas we decided to do some shopping after visiting a few other stores I asked a mall employee if there happened to be a Burberry store they very friendly informed me that yes it was brand new beautiful and on the first floor! We made our way down and indeed as I walked in it was a beautiful new store smelled amazing! We asked for help to get to men's belts the lady at the door walked us over and when I didn't find the one I was looking for she very politely asked which style I was looking for informed me they had just got them and she would get it from the back for me, I said thank you and continued looking while she went and got what I was looking for she came back I tried it on and said ok I'll take it while she rung me up and packaged me up another associate sipping coffee and dripping cup condensation on the floor approached us and began talking to my infant daughter at first it seemed like she was being friendly but it soon got weird with moments of quietness in between that's when it became apparent she wasn't being nice or talking to my baby she was watching us... she stayed with us the whole time walked us from the back of the store all the way to the front even after we had payed and as tho she was escorting us when we walked out, I really hope this is a mis understanding but I don't believe so, so if ur planing on going to this store make sure ur dressed to impress or be prepared to be followed around... read more

So happy to visit Burberry during my trip! I'm from Hawaii, so the Burberry stores here don't carry shoes unfortunately, so coming here and seeing the shoes was great! Ms. K was so sweet to me and my mom/grandma while we were in there. I felt like she was family when I was talking to her. She's perfect for styling and making people feel welcomed, I'm so happy I got to meet her. I bought a pair of shoes and oh my, they are so comfortable, quality and very fancy haha. This Burberry location consistently carries the most sales items. I am always lucky to score deals. My favorite Burberry mini clutch was purchased at this location. I also bought two striking Burberry gold chain fanny packs last Spring. One pistachio colored, the other. Also scored a pink Burberry peacoat during a spring sale. In addition to finding my dream shearling coat, bearing the same price-tag of one spotted Christmas 2003. I also a Burberry rain jacket on sale. And a Burberry trench coat. I've always enjoyed browsing through the Burberry store. I was shocked when I was in the Canal Shoppes to find that my beloved plaid bikini source was replaced with a random store! Thankfully, they had just moved down the mall to the Palazzo Shoppes. Yippee!!! Unfortunately I liked the old storefront/location better. Everything was out in the open and beautiful. This Burberry is located in Cesar's Palace. I always stop here to check out the latest and greatest items whenever I visit Cesar's. Located near the entrance to the casino next to Spago. They have a spacious store with lots to look at. I was looking for gift ideas and a new purse. Customer service lacked big time. The employees were all focused in trying on items for themselves and holding personal conversations to even acknowledge any customers who came in. Based on my most recent experience, it wouldn't be very likely that I would recommend The Fourm Shops at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Burberry to anymore of my friends or family. In fact, the reason for my most recent visit to Burberry was to bring a friend shopping for his Birthday outfit. I was assisted by an associate (who's name I'll keep anonymous) who at the time was great however, that changed as soon as I paid close to $700 for my order. I was told that only 1 out of the 2 pairs of shoes that I was purchasing was available in store and the other was to be ordered and shipped to the store promptly. At this time she informed me that there were 3 pairs of the size I needed available in the inventory but nothing physically available at the store. I trusted that she would take care of this because she took down my personal cell phone number and told me she would be in contact with me ASAP. That didn't happen. I made the purchase on Tuesday May 21st @ approximately 8:30 P.M. On the following Tuesday, May 28th I was still neglected with communication from her. I called into the store myself to inquire about the status of my shoes and even asked to speak with the sales associate but of course she wasn't available at this time. I finally received a text message from her stating that she hasn't forgotten about my order and that the shoes would arrive in the next couple of days. Well as of today, Friday May 31st, I am still without my shoes and my friend is extremely unhappy about not having the shoes that were promised for his birthday. I contacted the store again and asked to speak with a manger and again was told they were unavailable which is completely mind boggling that a high-end fashion designer store is being operated without any type of management available for customers? I was told by a gentleman who answered the phone that the manager's name was Sunday and he could try and help. He placed me on hold for a few minutes while checking the paperwork and status of my order, only to come back to the phone to tell me he doesn't know where my shoes are and to allow an additional 30 minutes for research. Fast forward to after the phone call back, my shoes were magically going to be delivered the day I called and complained. It's a shame that you have to act a got damn fool to make things happen.... Here's the thing.. When you spend the kind of money that is required to wear a designer brand like Burberry, these types of situations are unacceptable. I understand things happen however, I am thoroughly embarrassed that I spoke great things about Burberry to my friend and to have his first experience turn out the way it has causes unnecessary controversy. You could bring all the champagne in the world while a person is shopping but if you can't deliver on simple things such as follow up and communicating with clients in a timely manner after the fact, then everything prior is obsolete. I would've appreciated complete transparency during this transaction however that didn't happen. At this point I am ready to refund the entire order and never shop here again because there has been absolutely no sense of urgency for this matter and I can't spend my hard earned money at an establishment that only views me as another dollar sign walking through the door opposed to actually building a valuable relationship. I work as a business relationship manager and I hate that I have to now even consider not having a place of recommendation for my clients to shop when they come to Las Vegas. read more

I called to see If a particular shoe was in stock , the associate offered to hold it for me , he even offered me directions from my part of town that would allow me to bypass traffic and make it to the store in time . Upon arrival , the shoes were not the size I needed but the associates all pitched in to help me find a shoe ! Lol they succeeded and I love my purchase . I'm not much of a Vegas girl. I hate gambling. I find it boring and monotonous. What I do like is shopping in Vegas. Why? You ask??? Because you have every shop you'd ever want located within one or 2 hotels. On this trip to Faux City, I was looking for a tote bag. Strangely enough for an Asian gal that works in fashion, I'm not much of a bag girl. I mean, yes... I do have a few handbags that scream "I'm Korean!!!" but they're all hand me downs from Mama K. But, knowing I had a business trip coming up, I started to save my pennies to treat myself to a ridiculously overpriced and a straight invitation to hell, handbag. I love clothes. That's just me. I love fabrics and fine tailoring brushing up against my skin. A bag just doesn't do that for me. Anyway, so here we are. Boss Lady and me. Boss Lady is a grab 'em by the balls, New York woman. This lady has no problem dropping 30 grand at any given moment for the right outfit, bag or shoes. Put us two together and you've got a oneway ticket to hell. After a day of meeting after meeting, we grabbed a cocktail and off we went to The Forum Shops. I browsed through every shop, picking up handbag after handbag. Some I liked, some I didn't but all of them gave me the same questionable doubts. "How the hell am I going to drop 2 to 3 grand on this lil piece of leather?!" No matter how big the bag was or how detailed, I just couldn't get myself to commit. One of the first shops we walked into was Burberry and I immediately noticed a lambskin motorcycle jacket. I fell in love. The angels started singing and the sounds of all the crazy Vegas commotion started to faint off into the distance. I tried it on... I asked, "how much?". 2 thousand was the answer. I took it off... The jacket was actually a size too big but Brett, the sales associate immediately called around to find me my size. I told him, if he found it, to call me and let me know so that I can come back and try it on. We went on our merry way, still searching for the bag. 2 hours later, I still didn't find the magical bag. I think I stopped searching after I put on that jacket. Brett called me back and they luckily found my size. I put it back on and the angels started singing again. It was mine. What I love about shopping in Vegas is they all treat you exactly the same. They can't judge you. Too many shoppers dressed casually or looking like bums but are walking around with wads of hundred dollar bills. You've got grandmas wearing plastic visors dropping 10 grand on a coat, to 20 year old girls with tacky gold earrings grabbing every Fendi handbag they can get their hands on. No salesperson can tell if you're a billionaire or bum, so they treat you equally. They'll bend over backwards to get you what you want. This is not the case in most cities. In other cities, they judge you on your appearance. Kinda like what happens to Oprah when she's in Switzerland. Anyway... I love my 2 thousand dollar jacket with my Mama K hand me down bag. I still think there's a bed waiting for me in hell tho maybe for other reasons... Maybe not..... read more

Quality is everything so when I decided to buy a wallet as a birthday gift for my brother, Burberry was definitely on my short list of stores to visit. This is a small boutique location within the Forum Shops at Caesar's. The customer service was excellent. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted and given assistance. The salesperson, Shari (I think that was her name although I am really bad with names), was delightful. She asked me what I was looking for and gave me a couple of options. Okay, I have to admit that I looked at handbags for myself first before I embarked on looking for a gift for the birthday boy. Hey, I'm a girl. I love handbags especially Burberry handbags. Although I did not find a handbag for myself, I immediately went to goal #2 which was to purchase a birthday gift for my brother. I inquired about men's wallets and she brought me to another part of the store where she opened a drawer full of different types of men's wallets. We perused through the options and settled on a gorgeous wallet. What I love about Burberry is the quality of their materials. Although there are significantly less expensive wallets, the reason I opted for Burberry was because I wanted something that would last. My brother's Coach wallet was showing signs of wear and tear after a couple of years. I figured that paying $395 for a wallet was worth it if it held up. Apparently he is my neighbor so we got chatting about our area and about Vegas in general. But that's for another review. I came in here to drool over the purses after I went to a meeting at Caesar's. I couldn't afford anything but the boxer shorts for my husband but unlike most places, not only did I not get ignored, but the sales people did not treat me like a piece of homeless trash walking off the street, which is how I get treated normally at places like this. They actually brought me bottled water and were all over me as if I was going to buy something, which made me feel kind of special. I am obsessed about vintage designed Burberry coats. I'm spending way too much money on them these days. Before Burberry was a fashion brand, they used to make trench coats and uniforms for the British soldiers back in World War 1. That's why the coats today still look like military coats with the D-rings for grenades and the extra pockets for ammunition. I have just completely fallen in love with the design, and probably spent over $6000 in the last year buying different styles of their classic war coat. Sure, I'm wasting a lot of money, but the attention I get from sophisticated women all the time is worth it. I love how chicks will always stop me on the streets and complement my coat. What I liked the most about this location is that they don't put too much pressure on you to buy something. Sometimes you want to just look around and see what's new and not get punched in the face by a worker who is coming on way to strong. This location is also rather large compared to the Venetian location and the Beverly Hills location that I used to frequent a lot when I lived in California. This location is also notable because it has a larger than usual men's department. Most Burberry stores literally have only like 10% of the store dedicated to men's clothing. This location has about 25% of the store dedicated to us. I guess the only things I don't like about Burberry these days is that their men's vintage coats don't have any indication on them that they are indeed a Burberry item. The women's items have the Check Nova logo all over them, while the men's items barely have any Checks. Also, my most recent trench coat is actually ripping less than 2 months after I bought it. You spent $1100 on a coat, you would like it to last more than 2 months. read more

Whenever we go to Las Vegas my GF likes to hit up Burberry. She loves their stuff and usually spends too much money there. LOL. However, she buys me gifts so I can't complain too much. We went in this time, not looking for anything in particular. We had just been to the outlet and she had bought a jacket, shirt and keychain there. We went in and started to look around. Lui, was the sales associate who came to assist us. She was quite friendly and knowledgeable. My GF looked at some little bags but nothing really caught her eye. Our other friend, was tired from following us around shopping all day, so he camped out on the sofa. We went into the men's section and immediately noticed some nice hoodies. I love hoodies and have several Burberry's. I found a baby blue oversized hoodie and my GF asked if I could try it on. Lui grabbed one from the back and off I went to the change room. I tried it on and it was nice. GF decided I had to have it. We had also noticed a couple of shirts that were nice. I don't generally wear white shirts since they get food on them easily but my GF decided she wanted it instead. We also got a cool black shirt with white stitching for me. My GF spoils me sometimes. :) The funniest part was our friends reaction to the "free" water. Lui asked if we wanted water and brought three bottles out for us. GF came out after a bit and asked Bob if he wanted one. He was ready to decline as he thought it was expensive. He wasn't aware the water was a free service. He is not accustomed to high end shopping (though neither was I until recently) so my GF explained it to him. We will be back in April to check out the newest styles. Having purchased a plethora of Burberry products over the years I would call them my designer brand of choice. Don't get me wrong I don't pop my collar or try to flaunt anything. I'm talking wallets, ID holders, money clips, etc. Basically what I stuff in my pocket or wear on my wrist and keep the sun out of my eyes is probably all I splurge on. Like any high end store in LV Burberry does not disappoint. They have a huge selection for men and women. It's conveniently located inside of Caesars. The staff was helpful and what you've come to expect from a luxury retail shop. With the amount of choices I was surprised they didn't stock the specific ID holder I saw on the website and wanted. I settled for my second choice which by no means bad I was just slightly disappointed. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Vegas. read more

Not only was I made to feel like I didn't deserve the employees' attention, but prices were continuously thrown in my face. I was never even told the name of the associate who was pretending to assist me. As somebody who personally knows several Burberry employees and owns quite a bit of clothing, aside from the fact that I work in luxury retail, I know how I deserve to be treated. I'm certain that Burberry would encourage their brand's integrity and mission statement(s) to be perpetuated by their employees. my first Burberry purchase was on 5\29/2014 I mistakenly purchased a ll maydown MCO Bla46 which was on sale for $595 formerly $750. It was cute with two tassels in front with a snap button closure. I was told by the sales person that I needed to take the purse on the floor because they were no others. After getting home I immediately took the tags off of a purse. After filling the purse with various items I noticed that the latch was hard to secure. After leaving Las Vegas I went to San Francisco and left a purse in Las Vegas at a family member's house on my return to Las Vegas on June 24th 2014. I decided that I would return the purse due to the problems with the closure. When I attempted to return the purse to the store for my full refund I was told that's because the purse with on sale I only had 14 days for a refund additionally I was told that the purse was not in resalable condition due to the fact that the price tag had been removed. After talking to managers and Customer service it was determined that the store was in fact justified in their decision to refuse a refund or store credit for the purse. I feel that if i had I known that the purse and had a 14 day return policy I might have not purchases a sale item. I would have never taken the tag off immediately until I was sure that the bag was fully functional. I feel it you can get better service at Walmart you have 30 day return policy and all you really need is a receipt I'm sure Louis Vuitton does not have such a shallow policy. Every time I look at my beautiful coat I think of Mr.B. and his lovely group of helpers. I lost my belt to my fabulous jacket and called the company. They told me I had to go to a retailer and they would help me find a belt, I actually have to admit when I called the company they were not super nice, don't get me wrong they were not mean at all just not overly nice. I live in New England so the Boston store is the closest but I do not travel to Boston that often. So I took my jacket with me on my trip to Vegas hoping I could get some help. I was very intimidated going into the store because I had gotten my jacket from EBay and it was a runway sample never making it to the sales floor. I thought I would encounter snobby sales associates that would most Likely brush me off. That is not at all what happened they whisked me around like Cinderella and Mr. B seemed naturally enthusiastic helping me find the most perfect belt.
