Beware: Extremely Deceptive Experience at Balenciaga Forum Shops Las Vegas Today I visited the Balenciaga store at the Forum Shops in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas. After browsing for a few minutes, I decided to purchase their discovery pack of colognes. Before completing the purchase, the salesperson (Lino Garcia) insisted that we create an online account, saying it would help with returns, exchanges, or any issues with the order. However, immediately after the transaction, he told us that returns or exchanges were only valid for shoes. It felt misleading and dishonest to pressure us into creating an account under false pretenses. Since we had no intention of returning the item, we didn't argue. A few minutes after we left, the same salesperson (Lino Garcia) called us to say he forgot to include a few samples that were supposed to come with our purchase. Since we were still nearby, we went back. That's when the situation became even worse. He told us that because his store printer failed to print a receipt for our purchase, we would need to either pay again or return the item. We showed him the bank transaction clearly proving that we had already been charged, but he refused to accept it. I asked to speak with the manager and explained everything, but she was not helpful at all. The assistant store manager (Gracie Cancino) claimed that if their store didn't print a receipt, then as far as they were concerned, the transaction didn't happen--even though the money had already been withdrawn from our account. She told us we would have to wait two days for a refund for a transaction that she insisted never went through. So now we are left with money taken from our account and no item from Balenciaga. I am extremely disappointed by this experience. I will never shop at Balenciaga again and strongly advise others to avoid this store. The entire situation felt like a scam. read more

I was excited to see their collaboration with Adidas. Mae was professional and kind. She was extremely well spoken about her brand, their niche, and their fit / silhouette. Although Balenciaga was not suited for my personal shape and style, Mae spent 10 minutes showing me different options and looks that may be closer to my taste. She made me feel welcome and relevant. I'm not a big fan of designer labels but I have always loved the style of Balenciaga handbags. I'm sort of a handbag snob I guess because I've watched my collection grow to nearly a dozen Bal bags. Each one has a different look and feel, all the leather has a different grain. That's why it's super important to me to physically shop at a boutique so I can carefully examine every bag before I buy. I've bought at both this location as well as the one at Crystals, and I prefer the Forum location simply because their stock is much larger. The sales associates are pretty much the same at both locations; watch out if you aren't decked out in designer gear -- you'll most likely get the snoot and snob treatment or, even worse, you'll get ignored. Nevermind that I was shopping last week at this store with my $2,800 Balenciaga handbag: I was wearing jeans, Chucks and a t-shirt so it took a while for anyone (well, anyone besides the security guard) to greet me. Look, I know boutiques get lots of looky-lous but I'm obviously a serious buyer and customer. I'm overlooking that because dang it, I love these bags! read more

Growing up I always had a thing for designer bags (Gucci, Prada, Givenchy, YSL, Balenciaga, Fendi etc.) and I would not hesitate to buy my own. Back then, I would use my moms bags and some of them are vintage. As of last year, I started my own collection. Beginning of 2018, I bought my first Chloe and one day the storefront Balenciaga Classic City Graffiti suddenly caught my eye at the Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. Luckily, I bought the Classic City Graffiti in dark grey at Neiman Marcus towards the ending of 2018 and I absolutely LOVE IT. Many people would give me compliments on my bag. Some people would even ask me if I did the graffiti myself, LOL! Sometime in May, I went to Balenciaga in The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace and one of the sales associates (Lesley McGann, who I highly recommend) showed me the Graffiti Wallet On the Chain and the Small Black Graffiti Ville, which both caught my eye but I ended up choosing the Wallet On The Chain over the Ville since I never had a chain bag and wanted to add another graffiti bag to my collection. Since then, it has been my go-to brand for bags, but I don't mind adding others to my collection. Overall, Balenciaga totally stepped up the game with their graffiti collection and up till now I still love it. (Getting a graffiti or a solid color Ville could be possible, but lets see) read more

Balenciaga is one of my favorite handbag designers and I have been buying them for years so I have amassed quite a collection; however, women can never have enough handbags so I stopped in to have a look and potentially add to my collection because what is a trip to Vegas without dropping some money on handbags?!?! This is an extremely high end store so if you walk in dressed less than high end don't expect a welcoming customer service experience. I have mixed thoughts about this especially in Vegas where day shopping doesn't dictate expensive high end dress to achieve your purpose. The one star missing is because I watched a few people get ignored for a while because of this. Since I already know this about shopping in Vegas and since I appreciate quick, friendly and attentive customer service, I came prepared in the proper dress. The selection of handbags here is large and they are displayed well on clean, organized and well lit shelving. In my opinion the quality of the bags from the leather to the styles and the stitching is top notch and that's why I don't mind the price tags associated with them. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product line as well as suggestions on how to match and wear the bags for appropriate outfits. I enjoy sales professionals that also have style sense and knowledge. My vast handbag collection grew by two more after shopping here and I can't wait to come back in June. read more

Worst customer service. Took me a while to write this review because I am just so appalled. Was trying to get the men's B Belt, already knew that I was trying to pick that up before I even came. Nobody bothered to ask me if I needed help as I walked in, just a bunch of cold stares from 4 different people that were working there and no one else shopping. I was looking around for maybe a purse for myself since I was already there, but just the fact that I had been in there for a good few minutes with no attention just made me come up to one of them for the belt already. Got here about 10 minutes before Midnight with my wife. This place has a great selection of colors, styles and limited addition pieces you can't find at any mall like Barneys, NMarcus, etc... It was a bit small but how much space do you really need to display purses? My wife has been eying this one lambskin purse for the rose toned hardware anthracite classic purse for a while now. She was tricky enough to bring me here after a great LV dinner at MMinas. The service was great. The guys knew the history of the owner, product production, its limited and popularity of the products. We actually stayed after 12am and I felt bad for the guys. But they said once we came in before the 12am mark, we were VIPs and they would have stayed open for us until we were completely done. They had a huge array of colors and different styles my wife loved!!! She was finally able to decide on one after looking at it for such a long time by herself on the couch, debating about the style, color, hardware tone colors, strap length, material and price. It was so funny just watching her so focused on trying to make a decision. We were gonna come back the next day, Mazin was nice enough to put a hold of the purse for us for 24 hours. I visit this boutique while I was on business to LV. Store was small but when asked to see different bag models and colors, sales associate happily pulled out all the bags in stock to show me. It was very helpful. I didn't decide then, but did call/text them when I returned home regarding possibly placing an order and getting it delivered. The Sales Associate emailed me regarding a sale that they had. I was so excited and placed an order for 2 bags. 1. I was not notified that the bags were going to be shipped 2 weeks after till weeks later and I called to see where my shipment was. 2. After the date that they were supposed to ship out the bags, no info, so I call again and sales associate says that they dont actually have the bag and they are working on locating one. this is about a MONTH AFTER they charged my credit card. 3. When I finally got the bag, there was cash in an envelope with the receipt. I asked about what this was for and was told that it was for the difference in transaction - a) Errors in transactions should not happen in the first place and b) who includes CASH in an envelope and sends it out? I would certainly think NOT high end stores like BALENCIAGA??? In my opinion, the store associates are unprofessional, very ignorant, and just.. not helpful at all every time I call them. The boutique is small, but I like how the service here isn't too pushy. It makes a huge difference and I appreciate it. I feel in love with this bag; but with the price tag attached to it, made me hesitate. I felt comfortable to browse to look over the bags and feel it, plus the service is was very very friendly, but not friendly comfortable. I ended up putting the bag down to think about, but they told me they had a few in stock and to take my time in making the decision. So I loved that very much. Olu brought out a few other styles and colors for me to test out... I agree with Jackie M. their customer service is implacable. I placed an order over the phone for the City in gold hardware bag because retailers like Nemian and Barneys doesn't carry anymore. Disappointed and was told they stopped production. I was "WHAT? No, it cant be true!" I was desperate enough to call the Las Vegas store to see if they still have the bag in stock or if it even exist! Mina at the store answered my prayers and told me I can order through the store but had to fill out a phone order form, scan id and credit card. Even thing went smoothly -- i filled out the form, scan my Id/cc and sent it off through email. And 3 days later my bag arrived in a beautiful white box and dust bag. I was not physically at the boutique for this shopping experience, but I know the staff here are wonderful. My mother and sister came here a while ago to get me a purse. I had to work, so I could not accompany them to Vegas. Thus, buying me the purse was very difficult since I was not physically there to select the one I want. So, my mother and sister had to shop for me and they said the staff there were very nice, patient, and understanding of my dilemma. My mother and sister went to the boutique a total of 3 times before I was able to select the perfect one. My sister literally took and sent me dozens of pictures of my mother modeling the purses so that I can have a precise image of how big the purses are and how they looked. The staff were so nice about that, especially since most designer stores do not allow you to take pictures. I ended up buying their anniversary purse with the lizzard embossed print in black. I love it, It is absolutely beautiful and I get so many compliments from it. The purse itself is so casual yet classy, its just goes with everything. read more

I saved my money, I paid off my credit cards and I got my tax return back. Since a trip to Vegas was already in the cards, I decided to take advantage of the lower sales tax and splurge with the money I would have spent gambling. The store is tiny and only carries bags and wallets. Although it's right in the middle of the mall, it is pretty easy to miss - the sign is fairly understated. The sales staff was very helpful, explaining the different shoulder straps between the Twiggy and the City, and pulled out the newest hardware (rosegold) and leathers (perforated anthracite). I am beyond thrilled with my purchase, and can't wait to see the new store at Crystals. read more

My BEST experience purchasing a bbag. I'm so glad I did an online/phone order through Ashley. She's just super friendly, helpful, and kind! The other staff are very professional, nice, and helpful as well. First off, their inventory is amazing... They have just about everything other boutiques/dept stores do not have (especially from my area- they only seem to have black + few colors and the rest is pretty much sold out).
