Poor customer service. I went in excited to shop and I was not greeted or helped. The two staff avoided eye contact and stayed busy in the back half of the store. It was very disappointing. I saw several articles of clothing I wanted to try on and was commenting on them for 10 minutes with my partner. At that point the staff moved farther away and were joking and laughing while customers walked out. I'll just buy my pieces online. read more

Had an interesting experience here. Lucy/Manager: 1 Star Delma: 5 Stars Started off great! A kind woman named Delma helped us and was so helpful! Interested in the clearance rings, Delma helped us figure out which ring was which size, since to the tiny sticker tags had all fallen off. Even so, it ended up that the ring we wanted didn't have a tag at all, so Delma just typed in the item's number to ring us up! Here's where it goes south. Soon after leaving, we realized the rings were actually probably NOT the right size, noticing how swollen our fingers were based on me not being able to take my every day rings off easily. We then figured since we just left the store less than 15 mins ago we could come back and do an easy exchange for the smaller size. WRONG. Manager, Lucy, was immediately rude when we asked for help in an exchange. She talked in a condescending tone, listing policies for why she couldn't do an exchange on jewelry. She claimed she couldn't exchange it due to hygiene purposes, even though it was encouraged we try them on before purchasing- hmmm. We then proved it was bought minutes ago, to which she just asked to see the ring tag. (As mentioned before, it didn't have one.) So, she then pointed out how the size listed on the receipt was a small, yet we had brought back a large. THEN instead of just saying there was an error and she could exchange them due to a mistake in checkout, she and started blaming Delma for the whole thing and said now she HAD to grant us the exchange. First of all, it's not Delma's fault your tags suck. Most retail employees also just type in the code of the item if they dont have the tag. But Lucy accused her of making mistakes during checkout and talked to her in a rude way. She then reminded us twice that we would not get the privilege of an Allsaints jewelry exchange again. As if she has the authority. So yeah, she gave us the exchange, but she absolutely should have, and she had NO reason or right to *belittle* her employee, especially in front of customers. I also said i would just buy the smaller size after her first rude words, since they were marked down so much, and yet she continued on her high horse. Cherry on top, I later went to the AllSaints website and the only jewelry items it states I cannot exchange/return are pierced earrings. This two story All Saints store is massive! Men's first floor and women's second floor. It has an escalator which is very thoughtful. It gets so tiring to walk and shop around. Let alone to climb high stairs. I love this store cause it has more styles and sizes. There is another one at the cosmopolitan hotel where we stayed. But it's a tiny store with very limited inventory on sizes. Hubby got a very stylish leather jacket and I got a sexy cutout dress. I liked some of the men's jewelry. Our sales lady brought out the smallest sizes to me but still too big cause they were meant for men. I just like men's styles at times I don't know why. Overall it's a great store to shop at! Pieces are so stylish and chic. Also the prices aren't too high end and the qualities are great! read more

I love the AllSaints brand and style so I was already starting off on a good foot. This store is separated into women's on the ground floor and men's up a set of escalators (elevators are available as well). I started looking through their newer items which were at the front of the store and made my way to the back which is where sales section was with discounts up to 60% off. I found a really pretty pink jacket that I wanted to try on. The sales associate noticed that and started a fitting room for me with the item. After I went into change, she actually brought over 3 other jackets for me to try on without prompting. I expressed concerns about not being sure which size I was so she brought another few in the size I was straddling. In the end I stuck with my original pick but it was helpful that I tried on the other jackets for sizing and style concerns. read more

This location might just have the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. I walked in with a friend to browse and see if maybe they had some items I'd be interested in and I was immediately greeted. I went to the men's section first to check out some tops and wasn't able to find the sizes I needed so I went upstairs to the women's section. As soon as I hit the women's second floor I was again immediately greeted by a very nice and friendly gentlemen who told me about their sale and the additional 20% off the were having. They definitely had some beautiful items, but unfortunately they did not carry the type of black leather skirt I was looking for. I can't wait to check out their fall collection and hopefully they'll carry some leather pencil skirts. I only walked into AllSaints to get directions. They were SO accommodating and helpful. Once I was inside, the beauty of the shop (awesome and very unique industrial look) really struck me. Despite not looking like the typical customer, the staff were incredibly friendly, and I made my way up the escalator to the women's section. This is def a size 0-10 type of store, so I browsed too appreciate the unique lines and angles of the clothing, not to buy. I fell in love with a couple of sweaters and, unlike other high end retailers, I wasn't met with, "we don't do your size", but rather, "you should try it on, you'd be surprised". I'll not going to suggest this store is plus sized friendly, but I certainly walked out with a gorgeous sweater and a new favorite store. They also told me where locations near me were and what lines to look for that would be most welcoming to my shape. Couldn't be happier. read more

I'm a big fan of All Saints' goth-rocker aesthetic which comes across as cool yet still accessible if you are not an angst-ridden teen. I was psyched to visit this location as it's quite large and seemed to have a wide selection of styles which are often lacking at the store-within-a store locations I've visited at Bloomingdales. I was immediately greeted by an attentive salesgirl who helped pick out colors and styles I was interested in. She continued to cycle back and forth between dressing room and back room in an effort to get me to try in a particular item that was not in stock in my size on the floor. Though she was helpful at first, it soon became clear that she was looking to maximize her commission by pushing multiple items on me and/or suggesting I try on a bunch of things I had no interest in. I have noticed this about All Saints' salespeople at all locations so I'm assuming they have some kind of sales quota to meet. In any case, I would personally prefer to be left alone after the initial contact, but that's just me. read more

I visited AllSaints a couple of days ago to try on specific jackets and other tops I saw online. I immediately was greeted by stylists, Jackie and Cheyenne. They were so informative and so accommodating by having me try similar items that I saw on the website but were unavailable in the store. This also happens to be one of three stores that have an exclusive selection in the states. They also understood the unique product names I was explaining to them and more than willingly got to searching these garments with ease. I ended up making my finals decisions and purchases online and am more than excited to actually know what I've purchased based off of this fantastic customer service I've experienced here! read more

As usual this store has no selection in men's. Missing many things they show online. Just the same items in 10 different places to try to fill the store up. Not carrying your own products seems like a great way to miss revenue and waste your customers time. read more
