I found this location through a Yelp search as it was closest to my work and could run over at lunch time. Once you arrive it is located in a busy shopping center so plan on finding your first space and walking. Once inside they need to buzz you in I am sure for safety reasons of the high value inventory inside. Two things I needed a repair of my wedding band as one of the stones fell out. Actually my band was sawed off my hand as I am allergic to bees. The band has never been right since. Also my husband needed a new watch band. I got a quote on the ring and was told it would be ready by the next week Wednesday. My husband's band would be longer as what I wanted was not in stock. Well I called first on Wednesday and the order was not ready but told to come Thursday. I went Thursday and after paying realized I didn't get the loops that the watch band tucks into. So they tell me they will try and get for tomorrow as they will be closed between Christmas and New Year's. So the next day I call first but watch still not ready. So I get a call later that day to come in. Both the watch and ring look great. My only issue is the back and forth. I truly wished when I paid for it the first time that it was actually done. What would have happened if I gave it to my husband that way with the missing loops? On the fence if I will go back as the final, final work was ok. read more

In once instance, I noticed 3 of my rings were tight. The best place to go is Latif's. Jay Latif, the owner, checked my ring size and turned out, 2 of the rings didn't need sizing. My Seiko Solar watch started stopping and losing time. I brought it in and Eli thought it might need a part. But, before ordering a part, he checked my watch and determined it is running ok and there's nothing wrong with it.. My guess is most places would just do unnecessary repairs. The Latifs are very honest. Eli Latif does excellent repairs. Initially, I went in to sell some gold jewelry I no longer wear and found their prices are excellent. When I went in today to pick up my watch, which they didn't charge me for checking, I couldn't resist a small pair of gold hoop earrings. And they are wonderful people and a pleasure to deal with.
