This is pretty good food, I ordered a burger with cheddar cheese, caramelized onions, mayo, pickles, and mushrooms, along with an order of onion rings and a bottle of rootbeer. Overall, it was good- just very very greasy. Sometimes you just need greasy takeout, and this is the spot for that. I wish it was a bit cheaper, such as grilled mushrooms costing extra- which they shouldn't in my opinion. Other than that, the joint was clean, including the bathrooms, and the service was fine. We were in the area and we wanted a dinner to grab and bring back to our hotel. We did a pickup order and when we got there the owner was so kind and welcoming! These were probably some of the best onion rings we have ever had. They were perfectly crispy and the right amount of onion/breading ratio. Great portion sizes for the prices on the fries and onion rings! While the quality was great, our burgers were mixed up. My boyfriend got a cheeseburger and I got a bacon cheeseburger but he got my bacon and our toppings were switched up. However, we didn't mind as much because they were still delicious. I have nothing against fancy burgers with all the crazy toppings but sometimes you just want a classic cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles and Burger Bros consistently delivers. It comes out juicy and flavorful and when combined with their killer fries, *chefs kiss*. But really, it's all good here - their wings are a decent size and always crispy. (Note: their traditional sauce has got a kick to it.) And the onion rings are tasty too - good crust and thick enough rings that you can bite through it without the entire onion coming out. Burger Bros was the go to spot for my family for burgers. They were consistently good. We would tell friends they would try it and agree. Sadly that era is gone. Seems like the business was sold but Im not sure, but I do know the cooks are not the same, and you can taste it in your food. I always get the bacon cheeseburger with blue cheese, Jalapeños and caramelized onion. The patties would always tasted good, definitely didn't taste like the frozen stuff. Last night was different even though my order was the same. You can taste the patty was once frozen and you can taste the grease and the oil from the grill in the burger. The burger tasted very generic and not worth the $12+ tag. It tasted like how I remembered burger king whoppers used to taste. Not good. The service is quite good. The cashier was nice but seemed a bit dull. The food is cooked to order, so it took about 20 minutes for us to receive our food. We didn't mind because we know that greatness takes time, haha. I honestly don't know how to describe how amazing the burger tasted, but I will try. It was cooked medium, seasoned beautifully, nice sear, the toppings were, it was juicy....it was perfect. The caramelized onions were the truth - definitely one of the best toppings. The fries were fried perfectly and they are not shy with how much they give. It was more than enough to fill both me and hubby. We added some of their old bay seasoning to it and really gave it a nice bang. The price is a bit high, but you get your money's worth for the quality of food. After a full day out in Baltimore and in need of some sustenance I pulled up my handy Yelp app and looked for a burger place nearby. After choosing a place I went on a wild ride and ended up here. I am happy I did, this is a fantastic place to grab some grub. I think I had missed the dinner rush and was able to walk in right in and order what I wanted. Although I had never been here before I wasn't hurried to make a selection. I was encouraged to look the menu over before making a hasty decision. I decided on a bacon cheeseburger with a side of hand cut fries. I hate how people are trying to compare this place to that national chain (which I hate and literally would die if I walked in there). Although it is on the lines of the same concept, what you get here is way better service and excellently cooked food. I am a potato person. I will eat potatoes any way they are cooked. When I get a chance to have fresh cut, fresh cooked fries, I will never balked at that. There is nothing better than a potato freshly cooked in that hot grease filling your belly. Especially with a coating of salt. The cup overflowed into the bag and I wasn't angry in the least. The burger...OMG! Really dug the burgers here and the options to grab other things besides Burgers! For a place named burger bros I feel like some people may not know they have other options on the menu as well. I liked the old school feel of a burger joint inside the restaurant and the fact that your burgers and toppings are all prepared fresh. It may take a little big longer to get your food but you are getting quality so I am always a fan of that, even for a quick burger.
