The only reason I'm giving this place a star is becauseshe place was clean and the Pepsi machine is way better than ANY coke freestyle machine I've ever used. The burger is serviceable at best, but is in no way worth the price they charge. The animal fries were borderline inedible. The combination of burger sauce, cheese sauce, and the worst sautéed onions I've ever had ruined what I think was actually a pretty decent fry. If you ever end up being forced to eat here, order the chicken and fries with nothing on them. And good luck. read more

Burger Burger is Pricey Pricey and Greasy Greasy for Mediocre Mediocre. We ordered a kids meal for $6.95 which consisted of...one regular sized grilled cheese sandwich. That's it. Fries were $1.95 extra. So we're taking almost $9 at this point for a regular kids meal. Burgers start at $5.95 and are tasty, although quite greasy and come without a side. My husband's tall beer was $7.95. Sides are $3.95. These are prices I would feel better paying at a nice, sit-down restaurant. Glad to say there are many other choices at MOA to pick from for our dinner during our stay. read more

Dropped by at 1:20 for a quick burger while shopping. Let's list the top 8 features of the experience, in no particular order. 1) slow, befuddled cashiers 2) 25 minute wait for an unmodified, basic burger. (My wait appeared to be representative, so at least I had company to go with my minor, boredom-related misery.) 3) a near room-temperature burger after the aforementioned 25 minute wait 4) on a scale of rare to well-done, burger was pretty much charcoal (note: I was never asked how I would like it prepared) 5) no other distinguishing features or attractions to this burger, which would probably get beaten out by whatever results from throwing darts at a Wendy's menu 6) the dinner theater of an employee dragging fully loaded bins of trash directly into my shopping bag, leaving behind a trail of condiment sludge and melted milkshake 7) cost of 8.40 for the privilege (approx. 5.80 for burger, remainder for regular fountain drink; only Pepsi products, to boot, and Diet Pepsi was the only diet option) 8) didn't opt for a beer, but I can still say that this is THE PLACE if you want pints of Nordeast for a mere FIVE AMERICAN DOLLARS. (Why pay full price when a you can soak in the calming salve of a 200% markup?) Burger Burger is now one of my most favorite places to eat at in the Mall of America, probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. It was very interesting to see how they got their beef, and how they produced it fresh every day, it was very beneficial to watch my burger patty get freshly pressed and made, so I knew my burger patty wasn't frozen. Burger Burger also understands the concept of quality over quantity. Their burgers were not massive like some other places, yet it tasted amazing. The vegetable on my burger were fresh, and crisp. They were not greasy or soggy like other places. If you like burgers, and you are looking for a quick, easy, delicious, healthy, and fresh place to eat, I would recommend Burger Burger. read more

The name got me, since I a sucker for a Good burger. I got the BAMF burger, and it was nothing remarkable. Although these are cooked to order, everything was just above room temperature. The bacon on my burger was actually cold as was the burnt fry ends. Over all made for a very salty, non juicy, room temperature burger. read more

I ordered the classy cluck, which is a crispy chicken sandwich and it was delicious! I first asked for the chicken tenders but they said they were all out. In comparison to other new burger places at the mall like Shake Shack, I would say Burger Burger is better and a little less expensive. Fries cost extra just like Shake Shack but I enjoyed the chicken sandwich and the fact that they say their products are locally produced. read more

I stopped in on Saturday the 18th around 3:30 Line seemed to be moving quick. As I was waiting, I noticed the bar area to my right. I thought that was kind of a nice touch. How ever upon watching the bartender interact with the customers I wouldn't go to the bar here. Very rude. I almost left at that, but the food looked so good. Only one person working the register when line was going out the door?! The poor girl was getting frustrated, she pressed on though. The manager (I assume) came out seemed surprised she was the only one ringing. Jumped on and got the line going. I got the B.A.M.F. burger. It was good not great. Fries where good, dipping sauces were good, however not enough for an order of fries. I got an inside out turtle sundae shake. Don't waste your time with a straw, dive in with the spoon. The lady working the shake station was awesome. She was training a new person, she was personal and interacted with the guests well. It just wasn't worth what I paid. Granted I got a double burger, shake and fries, it was not worth the almost 20.00 I spent. read more

I went to Burger Burger for lunch today with my wife as we have on many occasions. I have a limited amount of time for lunch. It took almost 10 minutes just to get a table cleared for us to sit. Yes, they were busy. However after "40 minutes" of waiting, we still had not received even our salads that go with the daily special. This place is too small not to notice customers sitting there as long as we did. We were sitting at the table directly adjacent to the cash register (with the owner, I believe, taking the money) and she didn't notice anything either. When we saw others who ordered at the same time or after us, we asked what the issue was. We were told our ticket was lost. I wonder how much longer we would have had to sit there if we had not brought our issue to the waitresses attention. When the owner found out, she appeared irritated at this fact, but barely extended an apology, much less an invite back or a discount on our next meal. I was really looking forward to those delicious red beans and rice, but I guess our business isn't important. read more

This was my first time entering a Burger Burger and I was appall. The gentleman who greeted me wore a Do-Rag, please do not tell me that was part of his religious garment. A professional business needs to be professional. Anyone can wear within reason what they like, but there are rules and standards that need to be followed when conducting a business in the public sector. The restaurant was nearly empty, which usually indicts a bad sign especially since Chipotle had a significant line a couple of doors down. I tried their vegan burger option, since that was really the only choice I had. There was no vegan cheese and no available vegan sauce options; other than the standard buffalo or mustard sauce, which was not offered...I had to ask. The vegan burger had a horrible after taste. It tasted worst than the Impossible Burger from White Castle. The French Fries were under seasoned and the large French Fries from Burger Burger order would have only been a small French Fries order at McDonald's. I would recommend eating here if you want to pay premium and enjoy eating food that taste like baby vomit. There is a saying that "You get what you paid for"...I did not get quality, taste or satisfaction. I paid the price and Burger Burger took my money and gave me dog crap in return. I would follow the same advice, that was given in the movie the Lion King, that Scar told Simba...run away and never return. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER. I've never written a review before and usually do not bother, however this was necessary. Do not waste your time at this place. Everything was busy and my Bf and I were starving and from the outside the place looks alright. We waited in a short line for about 15 minutes. We almost left but decided to just wait it out since we had waited so long already. We ordered and took our seats. We noticed another couple who apparently had been waiting for their food and never received it. The manager came out and we overheard them ask the couple if they had been waiting long and that they were sorry. They gave the couple two coupons for a free meal for the next time. That should've been a bad sign already. We sat and waited and noticed people that walked in behind us had already gotten their food before us. After about 20 minutes of waiting again, my boyfriend asked someone where are good was. The guy said he would be back and didn't come out for another ten minutes saying that they had accidentally put our food in someone's to go bag. They were going to remake our food but didn't even apologize. Pissed off, we just asked for our money back and they gave us two coupons for free meals for the next time. The next day we came back to use our coupons. The girl didn't believe us when we said it was for a whole meal each. It says on the coupon card, burger, Fries and a drink...but apparently she couldn't read. They got our order wrong again. We asked for it to go and they brought it out on trays. They couldn't even get the fry sauce order right. We waited a good 15 minutes. The food was mediocre. Definitely not worth $25. Good thing we had gotten it free. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The staff is horribly rude and don't know what they're doing. Wish we would've known there's a shake shack just a few minutes away. read more

This place has amazing burgers, great fries and sauces to choose from and alcoholic milkshakes need I say more? Unfortunately the service is where they need work. They only had one cashier causing the line to go out the door, while there were many other people working. Adding one cashier could have really helped make things go faster. I asked how long the burger would take and she told me 5-10 minutes, okay great! Waited 26 minutes for my burger which came out room temperature so I don't know if it took long to cook or nobody brought my burger out when it was done. They were out of ketchup, I asked one girl who was cleaning tables for ketchup and she pointed to the empty ketchup bottle and said its right there as if I was the stupidest person alive and I told her it's empty. She went to tell somebody else... Still no ketchup. Asked another girl about ketchup and again "it's right there" and I explained yes I see the ketchup but the bottle is empty. Finally I see a nicer dressed guy, who was maybe the manager and said again need ketchup.. He POINTED AT THE KETCHUP as well I almost lost it at this point, so he goes to get ketchup and still 10 minutes later no ketchup. He gets out from the back room with ketchup and my burger has been eaten by this point. I don't think asking for ketchup at a fry and burger joint should be such a huge deal.
