Do not eat at Burger Burger. My husband bought 2 burgers with the meal upgrade at $5.50 each. When he went to retrieve the drinks, he noticed there weren't any lids for our takeout order. He asked for lids and they said sorry there aren't any. They didn't offer to return the drink charge of the $11.00 meal upcharge and sent him on his way. Not only is this rude but it's rotten customer service. They should have returned the 2 meal upcharges and charged us for 2 small fries instead....but NO....it wasn't offered!! I want the $4 tip and drinks refunded. This is ROBBERY!! I have the name of the server, check number, and time stamp on the receipt. Management needs to contact us. BTW, the fries were burnt and inedible. Crappy $5.50 small fries x 2. *EDIT: My husband went back and they refunded $5.50 and the manager said they're having problems ordering lids. And this is a customer's problem? Our receipt clearly said TAKEOUT. If you know you don't have lids, don't sell the drinks when it's a takeout order! I had some time to kill so decided to make a lap around mall to check out what was new and ended up at Burger Burger for lunch. They are located in restaurants row on third floor. They are offering "healthy" burgers as a result of the way the beef is raised and processed (grass-fed, free-range etc.). The menu also features a bunch of chicken sandwiches but I opted for the B.A.M.F. Burger featuring a large burger, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and a special sauce. Order at the counter and grab a number-they will bring your food out to you when it is ready. You can also get a double but I have no idea how you'd even eat it because this one was already really big. The burger was on the well done side so a bit over cooked (didn't really give you an option on temperature) but it was still flavorful and plenty of food for lunch. Overall a decent burger. Love a great burger and stopped in to see what Burger Burger was working with. For $11 and change I got the below. Keep in mind I got the cheapest burger, so if you're looking for a full meal you could be spending more. - Basic Burger (single patty). Added lettuce and pickles which were both free. There are other items that can be added for free like mayo and tomato as well as those which will cost you $.75 like grilled onions, bbq sauce. Although the patty was thick, the burger just seemed small. The flavor was okay, but somehow the seasoning (which wasn't excessive) still managed to overpower the natural flavor of the beef. -Fries were okay, but I probably wouldn't get them again. The seasoning added was just way to distinct (garlic something????). I wish they would have just had regular non-seasoned fries (and perhaps even onion rings). For the fries, I got to choose a dipping sauce and I opted for bacon ketchup which was good (on the fries and burger). The regular size fries is more than filling and would even satisfy two normal sized people who aren't starving. - Soda (yes I'm about to review the soda)....first not a fan of this machine. While I liked the many flavor options (like strawberry flavored Pepsi), its messy. Got to "unpress" the touchscreen to let the froth settle before continuing to fill one to many times. OMG delicious juicy burgers! I must say that there still needs to be training on staff since it's fairly new, because the service is not great. When you finally get your food, the server gives you your burger but forgets to grab your number on the table. This makes it more confusing for the servers when they have to bring food to other customers. The interior: very cool! Everything looks green, fresh, and cool. I love how simple it looks and that there is a bar section to the right with TVs. They are advertising that they are a healthier, more conscious burger with no GMOs and always fresh daily. It kind of reminds me of a Chipotle for burgers. Not a bad idea! The taste: I tried the BAMF burger which had onions, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, mayo, French fry ends and bacon. Burger Burger is probably one of my favorite places to eat in MOA and probably one of the more underrated places you'll find in the food court. I love the variety of the burgers (yes they have a vegetarian option), sides, sauces, beers and mixed drinks. They also have a killer happy hour that goes until 6PM for both food and drinks. It's order at the window and there is a dining area and a bar. I like sitting at the bar because that's where you get the happy hour prices :). Burgers are large, flavorful, and have awesome toppings. Fries are a must and are always crisp and salty. They have a few beers on tap and during happy hour it's 2 for 1. I've never had a long wait and service is always fast and friendly. It will continue to be my staple for MOA food and I hope other are willing to give it a try because this place has amazing burgers for a great price. read more

For a burger joint it's good. For mall food, it's excellent! Think five guys has a long lost stronger, sexier, drunker older brother. We have been here a few times. The bar is a fun place to pony up to and get a few (not very exciting, but not overpriced) cocktails, wine or beers. If you'd rather have the full blown, mall style foodie experience you can walk up to order and sit in the standard cafeteria style area. The entire restaurant has always been clean. I had such an awesome first experience here. I was at MOA and starving with my friend, and came here on a whim just to try it out. I was so impressed they had a totally veg friendly menu with more than just one veggie burger option. I chose the California burger (?) the one that included the veg bacon. I saw that the price was shockingly low compared to all of these new restaurants popping up with the impossible burger being priced no lower than $16. OMG- the food came out so quick, the burger was to die for, i'm currently starving while typing this craving another. My friend got the John Wayne, and she could not stop talking about how amazing it was. I was determined to go back to the MOA and try that John Wayne. And I definitely did. The John Wayne burger is one of the best burgers I've had in my life. Not only was it juicy and seasoned well, the crispy brown sugar bacon, onion rings, bourbon bbq sauce, special burger burger sauce, pickles, and sharp cheddar worked together so well that I nearly cried when I took my last bite. Their house cut fries are seasoned very well, and finger-lickin' good. I consider a French fry good if there is no need for ketchup or any other condiment; after eating these fries, I forgot ketchup even existed. This place is definitely worth the stop. The pros: BB offers a limited menu, but the meat is fresh ground and fries are cooked consistently. The atmosphere is casual and fun. Green turf acts as a wall paper on one side of the diner. The soda machines offer something like 500 options for Pepsi brand drinks, which is also fun. The happy hour deal of $2 off burgers and $1 off shakes is pretty solid. The cons: Worst. Service. Ever. Although there are two lines, the cashiers are slow and prone to entering orders incorrectly. Expect to wait upwards of a half an hour for a burger and fries. At a take-out/ fast food model establishment, this is just way too long. The workers are not professional and we watched as they ignored customers to dance to a song together behind the counter for several minutes. Perhaps the reason so many reviews have had similar experiences is due to staffing problems? Overall, I would recommend you keep walking when you visit the MOA. Rude bartender. Weak dry rub wings. Nothing was a stand out. Burger Burger is a casual burger joint at MOA. It looked like it had potential from the outside, and I didn't have high expectations going into it since I figured it would be like any other burger place. A group of us sat at the bar and got food and drinks. The dry rub wings ($5.70 for a regular order) were okay. The dry rub on them was oddly very sweet and the side of ranch was gross. You could tell they don't make their ranch in-house. The wings weren't even the worst part. The bartender who served us had a huge attitude problem. She had a tendency to roll her eyes, and showed us no hospitality. Before we left, we thanked her for serving us, and she did not even bother to turn around to acknowledge that we were leaving. She couldn't even flash a single smile the entire time and honestly looked like she hated her job. I will not be back to Burger Burger. On a recent trip to the MOA we shopped until we were hungry (common problem) and a burger sounded really good. This place looks trendy and a hefty step above average food court vendors and also featured a bar and seating area which was quiet and separate from the mall so we stopped. I tried the Classic burger, which came out with just white cheddar and mayo, missing it's lettuce and tomato that's standard. I took it back and they added it but I was disappointed for the extra delay after waiting what seemed like a long time for the first burger. My friend asked about a favorite and the serves ordered up the John Wayne, a loaded burger featuring, among other things, onion rings on top. It was really good! The food came out promptly, its not an issue for me to wait unless if it takes forever for the food to come along. A gentleman had handed me my food and wa-la. There it was... This burger... (It had been a while since I had had a burger.) Which.... I felt like I was in Bob's Burgers. The burger looked so good, and tasted even better. I could honestly say, I looked like I was Homer Simpson munching down on a Krusty Burger. The meat was delicious but the overall composition of the the food is really what turned me on the most. The various flavors and hint of spice was really appetizing but the dipping sauce as well added a mellow tone to the burger. You've got a lot of options at MOA. Go elsewhere. 4pm on a Saturday, moderately busy restaurant. Honestly decent facilities - like they've got a good look. Modern feel, good lighting - good curb appeal. It's what brought me in, so credit to them. So I ordered an order of wings and a burger with onion rings. Right off the bat, small problem with their menu in that you can't sub fries for onion rings. You have to add onion rings at an additional cost. Also, charging $.75 for extra sauces makes you look like a skin flint. Seriously. Other than that, ordering process went smoothly ...and I should hope so, because they had six people behind the register, with no lines at all. Far be it from me to comment on their staffing model, but I did think it was weird. As part of the combo meal I got a drink as well, and noticed they have a Pepsi freestyle machine. Which is great! Super excited. Problem was, the ice was empty and the Pepsi freestyle machine was out of Pepsi. I go to look for a table, and though they're at about half capacity, it was hard to find a table that wasn't super dirty. Most had food remnants and the others were sticky. I soon found the culprit - only once in my 25 or so minutes there did I see someone come out to tend to the tables. They didn't bring any spray or a bucket of sanitizer, just a wet rag. The attendant spent roughly .05 seconds at each table, and went through about 10 tables with that same damp rag. Currently hoping I don't catch something just by sitting down. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time, but the order was incomplete! If I have to pay extra to get onion rings you better damn well make sure I get the fries that I had to pay for as well. That didn't happen, and I caught it right away, and to the credit of the food runner he apologized and said he'd be right back. I guess he forgot though, because another 20 minutes went by and still nothing. Eventually went back up to the counter asked him about it and then just had it to go because I had already finished my meal. Now for the food: They must have used baby chickens for the wings because they were the smallest wings I've ever had in my life. They were very over sauced, but at least they were edible. The onion rings on the other hand were undercooked and completely inedible (unless you like raw onions in wet breading, in which case this place is for you). The burger was also sort of over sauced and not very appetizing. It's clear that this place was started with the right intentions. The owner put money into good signage, machinery, and facilities. The problem is the execution. Management clearly asleep at the wheel, no staff training or standards to speak of. No one seems to be paying attention to anything. It's pretty good a little pricey kind of falls between myburger and Red Cow. the burgers are closer to the quality of Red Cow but smaller yet there's no servers and waiters/waitresses to tip so it's cheaper in that respect but the burger is a differently smaller also cheaper price wise. but they are thick. more expensive than myburger but a little better ingredients and Quality. Eating there the walls and decor are kind of drab. not really impressed with the look of it. I think myburger is a much better looking store. Red Cowis much more upscale. burger burger is also cold and very noisy. The burger was pretty good pretty tasty nice and juicy like I said they're smaller look at the pictures we've posted that's my wife's hands she does not have big hands and that burger looks small in her hands. But they are thick. The shakes look really good and big but they're also very expensive. I posted the menu on the photos. You get your own soda from a touchscreen soda dispenser over on the side and your own refills which is nice. The fries are good but I think myburgers fries are better. At my burger you get fries with your burger for about six bucks. Also go for the large fries even if you were going to share on because it's only a dollar more and with that dollar more you also get a side sauce choice for free they charge you $0.75 for each flavor side sauce. When you go to myburger they have all kinds of sauces and mayonnaise and stuff like that for free.
