10/10. Mustard Burger? More like BUSTARD BURGER cause it was bussin'. SO YUMMY. It's served on a pretzel bun, and we should all know by now that the bun can make or break a burg. Not only was the bun great, BUT THEY ALSO TOAST THE BOTTOM so it's nice and crispy . These guys know how to make a burger. Also, I couldn't decide between fries or onion rings I ended up going with fries (they were great, nicely seasoned), but the best part was the guy put a couple onion rings in my order anyway. I have tried quite a few burger spots around the tampa area and this is definitely top 3 and not #3. First it is fairly close to my house and offers a nice ambiance whether you are looking to pick-up or dine in. I would probably say come later when it's not so hot out and just starting to get dark. There was a nice guy working the truck who was ready for anyone to come up and not distracted by his phone. I got the specialty street burger and it had great flavor with some nice ingredient choices. It tasted like a homey burger and not just one that was made mindless. So first of all the culture is now located at the corner of Lake Magdalene Boulevard outside the smoke shop threw me for a loop because I went to the old location. But apparently the sign was missing. Oh, by the way we moved There was nothing there so I texted the guy he's like oh yeah I moved. I drove up and down to try and find them. He could've told me where it was, it would've been easier to find. He's still a good guy. I went here and ordered a cheese burger with just the patty and cheese and blue cheese cuz im allergic to tomatoes and don't eat pickles and when I get my food, it's a cheeseburger with no blue cheese and lettuce tomatoes and pickles.We bring it back to the front after checking it not 1 min after getting it. We are literally still in the parking lot. The guy at the front says he can't refund it or make a new one cuz we touched the burger, not ate, TOUCHED IT. He specifically said he watched us open the box in the car and touch the burger to check it out and that's why he can't refund it. Won't be back. 2 people two specials. I had to clean my own table outside. Placed order and when paying I used Apple Pay. Which charged 1.20 and then I did not select a tip but it added one. In total 40$ for lunch. The burgers were salty and greasy So much salt. When they were ready the guy yelled from the truck for us to get the food. Definitely not service that is worthy of a $7 tip. We tried 3 different burgers...all were great. My son had the Arepa Burger. He was expecting the sweet corn arepa, but these were more savory. Made sense. He loved it (and he is picky). He also said the fries are 10/10. My husband had the Kicker Burger. He loved it. The egg was perfect. I had the Street Burger with the gluten-free bun. I'm always skeptical about gluten-free bun swaps and usually get a lettuce wrap..BUT THIS BUN WAS AMAZING. The burger was so full of flavor. All of the seating is outside, but there is some shade area. Service was good. I do wish they had iced drinks...but maybe that will come in the future. Super cute and for anyone expecting table service this is a food truck with picnic tables to eat at. Set your expectations correctly lol. Tons of options to choose from on the menu. It was hard to pick just one. Not cheap but these are far from basic cheeseburgers. The gentleman inside the food truck was super personable and very friendly. We went on a cooler night so we ate inside but on a warmer night there is a ton of outdoor seating with games like giant connect 4 and cornhole. No beer or wine yet but they are working on it.
