The chicken was crispy and seasoned well, the steak was tender, and the shrimp paired perfectly with the sweet bourbon glaze. The garlic aioli brought everything together perfectly, and the fries underneath soaked up all the flavor. The last time I visited, I ordered the Surf and Turf, which was really good, but the Kratewalker easily became my favorite. I love coming here whenever I visit KRATE at Westley Chapel. The Kratewalker was a combination of savory, sweet, and salty with a variety of textures that come together in a flavorful bite. A recent search of BOB yielded Flip n' Fries Factory. I live in the neighborhood and thought I'd try it. I ordered the surf n' turf without the carne asada (I don't eat red meat). For me, the flavors weren't a good combo. I wouldn't have known the sauce was "honey garlic" had I not looked at the menu. For a restaurant where fries are the focal point of your menu you should make your own. They taste like frozen fries, and this was also confirmed by the cashier. The frozen shrimp weren't seasoned well. It was a miss for me. Check them out for yourself and form your own opinion. If it were good I would have been ok with the price. Everyone needs to head over to The Krate and go directly to Flipn Fries Factory. I was one of the first people to try Jamila's newest invention, Bachi Fries. She surprised us with a VIP table, Sake, and a Flipn Fries t-shirt. The Bachi fries are drizzled with her Dragon Drip plus we received a small container of chili peppers and yummy-yummy sauce. Baby, these Bachi shrimp and steak fries were the best!! Her Asian family influence, really came through in this dish. Jamila is one of the most personable restaurant owners I have ever met. You can tell she's passionate about her business and invites her patron's feedback. Even though Krate businesses are small, she made us feel special with the VIP table set up. This is probably top 5 best places at the Krate. The staff is super nice and the food is really good! Upon visiting this place, I didn't plan on actually buying anything but I'm sooo happy I tried the bacon and cheese fries. They were absolutely delicious and they use real bacon (many business tend to cheap out these days and use the measly bacon bits).
