The sandwich was pretty standard, but the honey mustard added the perfect sweet and tangy kick. The portion looked small, but it was surprisingly filling. My only disappointment is that they forgot the pickle. The Famous Tea was the highlight! Fresh brewed, refreshing, I'm obsessed!! Came back because of another great T-Mobile Tuesday offer. This time I got the McAlister Club Sandwich with a potato salad. I also tried the peach ice tea, but I still love their Arnold Palmer. Everything was so tasty! Originally I thought this reminded me of Panera. But this is much better. Their service is excellent here. So welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Their food tastes and looks great. They really make sure it not only tastes great but makes sure it looks great on the plate. I'll definitely back for their Giant Potatoes. The difference between my last visit to this one was last time I ordered to go and today i ate in the restaurant. Wow, the food tasted so much better today. I got the half n half special: Buffalo chicken salad (added cucumber, roasted peppers, black olives and jalapeno peppers). Loved it. It is easy to order online, many choices from box lunches that you can customize to bundles; hot potato bars, nacho bars, macaroni and cheese bars, salads and more. It is great and easy for Groups. They bring it and set it all up at your desired time. Everything is fresh and tasty. The delivery staff is fantastic. They also have drinks you can order for your group as well. This stop was a happy accident. We were driving down to the stadium when we received an important phone call and had to stop. By a stroke of luck we ended up at McAlister's Deli desired to go in for a quick lunch and they did not disappoint. The menu was a tad confusing and they had the soups and sides in signs to the side of the menu. Nonetheless our experience was wonderful, fast and friendly service, good food at a good price, the cleanliness was outstanding for how busy it was and over all a really nice lunch date. I like this location better than the one across from International plaza. My first time at this location was a couple weeks ago. I chose a catering sandwich platter, build your own mac n cheese and salad for food for my daughter's bday party. It was perfect cus the party location was right across the street. All our guests enjoyed the food too. My favorite sandwich is the chicken salad on a croissant. My first time dining in this location was today. The girls working their provided great service and one even gave my daughter a little cookie. Very sweet of her!! I also appreciated that both times I was in this location no one bothered me about not having a mask. This is a great little deli. I have not had pastrami since moving to Tampa so I was happy to find them You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. No good story ever started with a salad until now. The Savannah Chopped Salad is a new item on the McAlister's Deli menu and it's a good thing they added it. It is probably one of the best salads I've ever had! This salad has grilled chicken, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola, honey roasted almonds, tomatoes and cucumbers. It's so yummy I don't even use the dressing! The portion size is on the larger side so you'll definitely stay full. I'd highly recommend trying this salad if you go! One thing to note is if you need to head north on Dale Mabry from their parking lot, it will take awhile to turn out of there due to all the traffic. read more

I walked in to McAlister's at 1030am which is when they first open. My daughters and I were greeted with friendly faces and they were immediately offered stickers. I came specifically for soup. Their prices are about a dollar cheaper than Panera for the smallest cup. They have two cup sizes, small and medium. You can also get a quart which is $9.99. I got a quart of the baked potato soup, which is comparable to a baked potato soup. Since I was taking it to go they asked if I wanted the toppings on the side. Toppings for this soup includes scallions, shredded cheese, and bacon. I also added a side of sour cream. The baked potato soup is delicious! This experience was one of my lesser ones with McAlister's, which was disappointing because I know what they're capable of with quality. I ordered a BLT + avocado and a cup of broccoli cheddar soup for lunch, opting for the sandwich over a club solely for the avocado (as I can't do tomatoes). I got my food in a timely manner, and everything was the right temperature. I removed the tomatoes, they looked old as they were becoming almost transparent from age and mostly end pieces. I found a lot of spring mix, but very little bacon and thought nothing of it before taking a bite. Was there any avocado? I deconstructed my sandwich and realized in addition to very little bacon that I had no avocado. I opted to eat the sandwich as the bacon, Mayo, spring mix disappointment that it was because well, it was that or nothing. The spring mix had a strong flavor that was unpleasant and I was unsure if the produce had been washed prior, it didn't taste natural. The soup was good, reminded me of their former broccoli cheese baked potatoes and wish they'd bring them back. Overall not a terrible experience but definitely lacking the quality I've come to expect from McAlisters. read more

Consistently good! They are known for their very large portions of salads and large delicious sandwiches. I enjoy their salads and for the price, I usually get two meals out of one salad. Unfortunately, I thought they had carrot cake and other desserts because there is a sign on the wall that says so.
