I was given the opportunity to try this location and I had a wonderful experience! It is a bit out of the way if you don't live in the area and you might have to pay for parking, but the burgers make the trip well worth it. I was given excellent service from the moment I walked in. The menu items are a bit pricey, but when you see these burgers come out, you'll understand why. They're HUGE and really filling. It was a bit quiet on a Monday evening, but I could definitely see this place becoming a great weekend hangout spot if they become known more for their drinks and music. Nice burger, NO service. First time going there. People were sitting at several tables outside but inside was dark and empty. I ordered inside at the counter and sat at a table outside waiting for the food to be delivered to my table. During the waiting time, and until I finished my food and left, no one came to ask me if I needed anything or gave me even some water. I noticed that all the other tables got water and the waitress asking if they were doing OK. It was just me sitting there like AIR. I paid 15% tip at the counter, I don't know what that money was for. Update: the owner replied me saying that I ordered at the counter and sat at the patio, since they are full-service restaurant the counter is only for take out so that's why I got no service. So you mean I ordered and/or sat at the wrong place? Then why did the person who took my order at the counter asked me "it's for here or to go?", and I did say "FOR HERE". And she told me to sit anywhere I like including the patio. If your counter is only for takeout, why didn't the staff let me know BEFORE I ordered, or simply greet and say:" Hi, is it for here or to go? If for here take a seat first, we'll be with you right now!" Isn't that reasonable? I need to make it clear that it's not like I went to order at the takeout counter and take my takeout food and sat at the table to eat, OK? My burger was in a plate, not a plastic box, I sat at the patio, no matter where your client ordered- she might ordered at the "wrong" place because she is a foreigner-, hey a client is sitting there! and your staff just pretended they didn't see me? Burgers are good. The owner reached out and handled the bad check issue and removed the employee who was tipping himself.

I ordered the BD signature burger on a gluten free bun. A few bites in, I noticed that I legitimately could not distinguish the burger patty from the bread. The patty basically had no flavor. All I could "taste" was texture. Under all the condiments, pickles and lettuce, I saw the patty looked as though it may have been oven broiled?? If you don't mind your beef patty having no char, you might enjoy this. Personally, I prefer a grill flavor. I'm giving this two stars because the potato wedges were pretty good. read more

Came here to try their vegan burger and it did not disappoint! Service was quick, there weren't too many people in here and they have a great happy hour. Pretty cheap for the area. There was an issue with our check at the end and the owner ended up giving us our whole meal and drinks free of charge. Would definitely come back for happy hour or trivia sometime! read more

Had a great lunch here today. Service was good. My wife had the bacon cheeseburger and skinny fries. I had the blackened blue burger with steak fries. The skinny fries were better. With her fountain soda, the total was $51 after tax and tip. All in all worth it in light of the weakened dollar. read more

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and it was excellent. The sweet potato fries are the best we have ever had! They were super fresh cut, thick, thick and crispy - fried to literal perfection. The turkey burger was incredible. Perfectly seasoned and cooked in a way that retained moisture and flavor. Also ordered the crispy fish sandwich, which, even though it was delivered, arrived crispy easily exceeded my high expectations! I can't recommend any of these menu items enough. I'm excited to go back and order another sandwich, sweet potato fries (the literal stuff dreams are made of), and a try out a shake! First yelp review, but necessary after coming here! I recently moved nearby and have been to the restaurant twice in the past week! While initially worried about it being a near-empty restaurant, I was confused as to why more people were not there because of the delicious food! The first time I ordered the chicken sandwich (fried) and it was huge and delicious. My boyfriend tried mine after getting the Jalapeño Jax burger, and the second time we went he also ordered the chicken sandwich (buffalo sauce). The food is filling, and I would recommend getting only one side of fries for two people (instead of both getting fries). While expensive, we've had great experiences. Staff is friendly, courteous, quick, and maintains social distancing guidelines. Can't wait to come back! read more

The food here is AMAZING! I ordered the au poivre burger and it was so yummy!! For my side I ordered the curly fries which were really good and not super curly, but they were so good, I didn't care that the curly was missing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I believe either the manager or owner checked on us a few times as well. The restroom and restaurant overall were very clean. They have some great happy hour deals too. This place gets busy for lunchtime on a weekday. I ordered the royal smoked burger and it has an egg inside. It was fantastic! It's good burgers with good fries and milkshakes. I think the 2-person tables are arranged awkwardly close to each other. The only thing I wished was better is getting the check sooner because my friend and I were in a rush to get to a work meeting. Discovered Burger District through an event they catered this weekend. The food was exceptionally delicious. Had a burger craving, so the girlfriend and I went on the yelp hunt for something good and saw this was close by. I got their signature burger and added bacon, gf had a normal cheeseburger. These burgers are BIG. 1/2 lb of meat, and a good sized bun to contain it with your normal toppings. Both of us really enjoyed our burgers and we also got an order of shoe string fries which tasted pretty close to McDonald's fries, so can't complain there because you know McDonald's got the best fries. Came in on a sunday afternoon, place was pretty empty. I got a regular burger with fries and wife got turkey burger with chips. It's nice they're doing a free beer/wine/soda promo right now. However the food was less than desirable. I mean nothing terrible, just a very average burger. It tasted bland. Fries were the type you'd get at ski lodges, where it is crispy because of some coating not from the actual fries. Think burger king fries. I personally preferred the thinner crispier Basic Burger fries (like McDonalds). The chips were "homemade" but they were cold. Also it took a long time for food to come out which was odd since we were like the only ppl there. Staff was friendly but they have to improve their food. read more

This place has very high quality burgers. It is what you call a "true gourmet burger." I had the "Big George Challenge" and the "Bacon Cheeseburger", on separate days. The bacon burger was a tangy and savory treat. I don't normally do tangy but sometimes you try something new and are rewarded. This was one of those times. The Big George Challenge barely defeated me. Next time, I shall be victorious. The staff is very friendly. They are what made me give this place a 5th star. Very personable and warm.
