I stopped into Burger Heaven for lunch, and found it to be so much better than fast food burgers. They also sell more than just burgers, but we both decided to ordered quarter pound burgers.They are served on a delicious grilled Martin's potato roll, and there are plenty of toppings, and add-ons to choose from. My wife's burger came with their house made potato chips. OMG they were so good. For only a $1.00 I chose to substitute my chips for fries. They gave a huge portion, and were some of the best fries I ever had. The restaurant was clean, there was ample seating, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We went in several months ago, and the fryers are no longer only GF and the allergen protocol is lacking. If you don't have allergies, a great place, otherwise, I'd try something else! read more

This place is absolutely worth stopping in! Their burgers are always freshly made and nice and juicy. You can order one from their list of different specialty burger or chicken sandwiches, or you can "build-your-own" as well. I like to change out the house- made chips, which are really good, for onion rings when I get the meal. Both are super crunchy and satisfying to bite into. I spent a good part of a rainy afternoon watching tv shows about creative burgers around the country and got me craving a different kind of burger. I googled and found Burger Heaven. There are a lot of positives to this place. First the burger patties are huge likely a full half pound and cooked to perfection. Second is the varied choice of toppings including the hell's bacon. Bacon brined in jalapeno juice prior to cooking. Great bacon. The guacamole was full flavor as was their aioli. The fries were amazing. Large and perfectly fried and seasoned. Last is the very friendly and quick service. With all these positives why not a 5? I would have gone for a 4.5 if possible. I have a hard time paying $19.00 for a burger and fries and 3.50 for bottled water. Yes it was a great burger and I know that raw goods prices are going up and it must be hard for restaurants. The ground beef appeared and tasted like a frozen, overworked, machine-made burger. Although cooked pink to order, the patty was dry and flavorless. This was my first time here. The service was good. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and answer any questions I had. The restaurant itself as a sit in or take out. You order at the register and you can settle in they'll bring the food to you. I ordered the Shishito Pepper Burger and unfortunately I don't recall with my friend ordered. The food was delicious. Burger was nice and juicy. It definitely need extra napkins which is great. The kettle chips awesome. Nice and crisp. The menu has something for everyone hamburgers, hotdogs, fish, and chips even corn beef and steak & cheese. Needed a quick stop for dinner but didn't want the same old fast food so I finally decided to finally try this place out. It's basically high-end fast food. You order at a counter off a quite extensive menu of burgers, sandwiches and other platters. Service was quick a d pleasant. Ambiance was just fine. Points for having combo booth/stool seating. Nice to have options. My daughter ordered a fish and fries platter. It was a generous portion (which she rather amazingly wolfed down). I had a patty melt with the standard house made potato chips and a fountain drink. Total came to about $40. So, it's not cheap. Everything is expensive these days. The quality of the food was EXCELLENT. The chips were served with this house sauce, almost like thinned out guacamole? It was delicious. So skip DQ across the street and show Burger Heaven some love. Located in the old Dairy Queen strip-mall spot, after they relocated across the street, Burger Haven brings a breath of freshness to the Portland area... and I mean fresh. Their ingredients are some of the freshest I've had with a burger. Really good stuff!! Burger Haven prices are on the higher side, and can add up pretty quick depending on the order size, and no. of people. However, you do get what you pay for... quality and fleshier ingredients, that comes together to make a fantastic burger. The menu is quite ample and offers anything from burgers and sandwiches (chicken & fish) to signature menu items, salads, fruit and oatmeal bowls, smoothies, milk shakes etc... First impressions after walking in are very positive. The restaurant is well decorated and clean. The sit-in area is segregated from the entrance & ordering counter. You can devour your burger in peace without being awkwardly judged by others coming in and out of the store on how big your month needs to open to bite down on the burger. After pondering for a while I finally decided on the breakfast burger with two 1/4 pound patties on a potato bun. The egg was ordered sunny side up, which was fried to perfection. When I bit into it, it oozed everywhere making a mess. I LOVED IT!!! I did manage to keep it off my shirt, but my hands were covered. But DANG that was a good bite! Everything was juicy and fresh. I cannot emphasize freshness. Side order, it does come with homemade chips, but I choose the signature fries instead, which for my own taste turned out to be a mistake. They were too thick and lacking that extra crispness and integrity. I had a few and threw the rest out. Just to be clear, they were not bad fries. They just were not up my alley. I also had a side order of the kale/brussels sprouts slaw which was really good. I don't like Kale, but I do like to be adventurous sometimes, and that was a good choice. Fresh and lightly coated. Not bitter at all. The remote ordering stations adds a nice touch as it Is beneficial to those undecided, or still familiarizing themselves with the menu, like myself. They can take their time and not hold the line. You can also order online for in store pickup or delivery. Burger Haven definitely hit the ground running. Although the whole French fries experience wasn't all that great, the overall experience and quality of everything else more than makes up for it. Burger Haven is definitely a heavy hitter in the burger scene, and in my book a solid 5 stars. I will return to expand a bit more on their choices and try out more sides. read more

I exclaim this because it's so difficult to find yummy fruits and vegetables prepared in the Middletown area. I will be trying more items from this restaurant in the future. This was my first time trying Burger Heaven. I'm going to say that it was good. Not great, but good. The burgers were presented beautifully. I asked for my burger medium well, and it came out well done. While I can overlook that, I can't rationalize the price. For 2 burgers, we spent $50. I ordered the Mac & Cheese in place of the chips. The serving size was smaller than what you get from Chick-fil-A, but at twice the price. The Mac & cheese was better than Chick-fil-A, but not twice as much as Chick-fil-A good. I'm not against paying more for better quality, but the quality wasn't $50 worth. I did enjoy the aioli sauce. Pros- food quality was good. Definitely worth a try for anyone Cons- price. Not sure how I found out about this wonderful place, but I'm so glad I did. Their menu has so many good choices it was hard to decide. My son and I decided to keep it simple, we each got a cheeseburger and fries. I added an egg, pickles and red onions to mine, my son just added the pickles... we both gave it a 10 out of 10, best burger we've ever had around here. We liked the fries but both agreed on an 8.5, not used to wedge type. The employees were all very friendly and accommodating, everything looked very clean as well. Can't wait to go back! read more

Worst item here is their home made standard potato chips - pass on them for the upgrade to traditional french fries. phenomenal find! We moved from this area over a year ago and happened to be back there and spotted this restaurant in place of another establishment we used to go to. Husband was in the mood for a good burger, so we decided to take a chance. We're both so glad that we did. My husband tends to be a bit picky about his hamburgers, and he was speechless, honestly.
