Not open year round. A great place to get a cheap meal and ice cream. Forego to fries and try the chips! Outdoor or in your car seating.

Today, my son and I had lunch here after finding a troll and golden rabbit statue in the woods…read more They were out of Elk Burgers, and they no longer have the Wild Burger with the t-shirt. We sat outside, as there was a nice view of the lake. Put your elbows on a menu, or you'll burn your arms on the metal table. Ordered maple syrup burger and subbed salad for fries. There wasn't much maple syrup and a tiny bit of bacon. I removed the lower bun also. Beef Burgers are fresh and are 1/3#. Bison and Elk are smaller at 1/4 # and frozen. Service was a little spotty. No check-in after we ate or refills of water. Needed to go inside to pay. They do charge 3% to use a credit card, which is not disclosed anywhere. I paid in cash anyway. There is much better food and value compared to Sandbar. Better views, too.

We ordered different burgers and wings, and they were excellent. The burgers were cooked to order, wings were good, and the fries were excellent. Shout out to Abby, our server, who was professional, attentive, and kind. The place has a great "Up North" vibe with an awesome view of the lake. Prices were fair, and bathrooms were clean and updated. BONUS: several gluten-free options including pizza and buns.

Love it! Our table did a mashup of everything - wings, burgers, pizza, and even a grilled cheese. Again - all simple, but all tasty. I'd call this place Perham's top wing/pizza place in town. I split the grilled cheese and then had the buffalo wings. The buffalo sauce was on point from a flavor a heat perspective. And the homemade ranch - heck yeah! Perfect combo! Well done 1894 - we will be back! (PS - we recommend getting some cool signage outside for us out-of-towners)

My son ordered the Belltower Burger which was bacon, mushroom, cheese and sauce which was like a strogenoff sauce. I mopped some of my slider in it. We also shared the cheese curds as a side for $5. We were charged $1.50 for ranch, even though it was free with order of curds as an app. Also ordered Busch Non Alcohol beer for $5.00. It was really nice inside as this was an older church in its past life. The Burgers are 1/2 # and I enjoyed a bite of my son's burger. The burgers are fresh and not frozen and worth ordering. I did suggest hot honey with the cheese curds and turn the peanut butter grilled cheese and bacon sandwich into a burger. I'd return again.
