This place is horrible!!! Management is never on site then workers do whatever they want. They are always running out of items, i.e. no tomatoes, no lettuce, no onions, no patties...etc. This the worse fastfood I have ever been in my entire life! As well as burgers, also the employees wont refill condiments inside dining , and they screw up simple orders such as adding pickles to a chicken sandwich . Or if you ask for condiments behind the counter or for napkins they will literally give you 2 ketchup packets. And two napkins... perhaps they were about to run out of those as well. This is the single worst Fast Food restaurant ive ever experienced in the world . And I have visited 9 countries. We were driving through Artesia and made the mistake of stopping at this location this past Sunday. The manager was holding a staff meeting. She was dressed in a tacky pink translucent spaghetti string top that was much too small for her. From the moment we walked in she was screaming at the top of her lungs at the employees, asking questions but not giving them a chance to respond before she continued to ridicule them, not caring that there were customers hearing how she was treating them. It really seemed to be an incapable manager issue rather than a staff issue? We left without ordering as did other patrons. Maybe a new trained manager would be more helpful. One that doesn't scream at her employees about having to leave her family to come in to work. We will not stop at this location when driving through again. That isn't what I want my family to see and learn. read more
