Then as I'm waiting 10 minutes to do my order they were taking orders from the other window until I said I'm sorry I'm sitting here I'm next and finally somebody answered. The worst Burger King in the world . I'm laughing at these reviews they could not be any more accurate . The lettuce and tomatoes taste dirty , the drive thru takes forever , the quality has gone down so much over the last couple of years . The workers are litterly idiots . The worst service ever. If I could give this place a zero I would. It took 15 minutes in the drive thru with one car before me. When I made my order the lady was already being nasty on the speaker. Once I finally got to the window I had to correct my order three times. Once she read it back correctly I paid cash. When giving back my change she dropped it out the window, didn't say sorry and said oh well and slammed the window. Then I get my drink, not right, she rolled her eyes. Thankfully my order of onions rings was not messed up. But I had to check at this point because I figured they would screw that up as well. When she gave me my order I asked for a receipt specifically to complain about the service. The receipt read Joshua, which I knew was not her. She had braids.. definitely not a Joshua. In all my years of living here I have never had a good experience at this Burger King. First of all it shouldn't take them 20 minutes to fulfill the drive-through orders of four customers. Secondly they should be alternating lanes when they take orders not taking everyone in one lane first and then the other. To top it off they are just downright rude and nasty when you question them . This has to be the absolute worst drive thru Burger King in all of Florida! They are majorly slow even though they have 2 lines. This last trip we were in line 27 minutes! This problem is NOT being addressed at all. If you read other people's reviews, it is the same ole story over & over again. Slow service, mis management and rude customer service. We are DONE with this Burger King restaurant in Lakewood Ranch on US 70. I got in one line a while back & was 2nd in line. I waited 7 minutes and neither line moved. I pulled out, went down to Culver's, placed my order and still managed to be on the road before, the car that was previously ahead of me, got their order! SHAMEFUL! What's really heartbreaking is, no one (the owner or manager) seem to care about this problem. They need some lessons from McDonalds & Chick Fil A! Our business will go elsewhere! read more

Employees can't handle a lunch rush. Took 15 minutes for a junior whopper and fries. Soda machine down, ketchup and ice were out. Had customers wait in line and were not taking orders. Backed up about 6 customers upon arrival. Food was not even warm when we got it. Their systems could have been down because Sosa machine was out of order and there was only one available. Looks like they might have been reading tickets instead of using their system. They should have at least informed customers in line that they were having issues instead of having people getting ticked off. Overheard customers complain that they are repeatedly out of stock in many items. Hope you guys sharpen up. read more

Worst service I have ever seen. I asked for zesty sauce when I ordered. I get to the window to pick up my food at they are so damn worried about people not stopping at the window until they call you up. I get called up, point blank ask the lady if my sauce was in the bag. She looks at me and says " I just put some in the bag". I leave and get back to work and guess what?? NO frickin sauce!! I went back to this location after boycotting them for months due to previous bad service. I had hoped they had fixed the issues. When I pulled into the drive through I was politely asked to wait, although there were no other vehicle waiting to order. I waited and waited and waited...when I asked if anyone was going to take my order the voice on the speaker apologized and explained that there were only two people working and she was responsible for the counter and two lanes (which except for me were devoid of people ordering). Had she taken that time to take my order instead of complaining we'd have come to a different conclusion. Instead I drove away to seek my breakfast at a properly staffed fast-food establishment down the road. I will not return to this waste of time and space business. Staffing failures are not the problem of the staff but they have permanently lost my business. read more

This is newer restaurant and very clean and friendly staff, (while most Burger King employees are not clean or friendly) If I do choose to get Burger King I will drive out of my way to go to this restaurant. I wouldn't normally post a review for a fast food joint but I have to tell you I was SO impressed with this place. I haven't been to Burger King in YEARS but due to running out of time on my lunch today I had to. I was so impressed! The drive through window servers were SO incredibly polite and friendly. As someone else said...they did forget to give me napkins as well..maybe they don't do that? lol The burger was bigger and fresher than any of the other fast food places around. I couldn't even eat my fries because I was too full with the Whopper (next time I better get Whopper JR.)! Either way... I'd definitely go back again if I'm in need of something quick! read more
