The website states that the store opens at 6am. We placed 2 orders at around 6:10am. Usually, if the store isn't open the app won't let you place an order. Since we were able to place the orders, we thought the store was open. We get to the store about 6:20am, lights are on inside and out, except over the counter. We get to the front door and it's locked, store is still closed. We go through the drive through, and no one is there. I look around and see a few cars in the parking lot and realize that it's the people who work there. Obviously waiting to get in. Someone could have said that they were still closed but nothing. So, we try and cancel the orders, but they only allowed us to cancel one and they said they would contact us to cancel the other. WHAT???? This not the first time that this exact same thing has happened. No wonder the place is usually empty. read more

Got my food it didn't take that long, but when I ordered in the drive-thru they forgot my fries, and also they gave us the wrong sandwich type my dad asked for a spicy sandwich not a regular. Also I aks for no ice in drink. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would! Went in because I was having trouble with a promo code, they said they could help me at all! Ok cool whatever I'll pay for a meal, gave me the wrong food (starting to think it was on purpose) went back with my food in hand and was ignored for almost 10 minutes. Yesterday, 08/08/24 after my son had Bible school he wanted to go to Burger King for dinner so we walked over there. We ordered our food and sat down to eat. My son was playing games, as a child does and said he wanted to finish his fries and then decided to take his fries home. He was not listening to me when I was telling him to put his fries in the bag with mine. A man with long brown hair that was braided and a blue shirt on included himself in my discipling my child. He was telling me that I had a potty mouth. I told the man to mind his own business I was not speaking to him and I was talking to my son. He wouldn't stop. Meanwhile there were several workers behind the counter hearing this man not minding his own business and they did NOTHING. The man would not shut up and would not stop putting himself into my conversation with MY son so I called the police. I am 7 months pregnant and not having an easy pregnancy. There is no reason for ANYONE to include themselves in any parents conversation with their child. If its not your child MYFB. The police came and spoke to the man first because he was outside. The officer told me that they told the man that he needed to mind his own business and he shouldn't have included himself into my discipling my child. I started crying while speaking with the officers outside because I am extremely emotional and hormonal. The officers agreed with me that the man should not have included himself and should have just minded his own business. I will never visit this Burger King again and I may call corporate so they are aware that the workers did NOTHING to stop the dispute. read more

Horrible. Reminds me of the one that USED to be on Rt. 70 in Lakehurst. Old tasting bread products. Although it has been recently remodeled unfortunately it is still the same horrible customer service! I ordered the chicken sandwich meal large (#9) I asked for no ice and chocolate chip cookies. when I got home , I only live one click away, the sandwich was already cold the soda had ice no cookies and the French fries container was half full oh and no receip. I paid $14 for something that wasn't worth five dollars. oh and the ketchup had a funky smell and taste to it so I tossed it out. It was similar experience last time I was there before they remodeled so I figured I would give them another chanc. Lesson learned Never again will I buy there. I've been to my share of bad fast food establishments, but this one tops it. After placing my order, I sat there for 20 minutes. That's not really my issue. My issue was after I returned home, opened the bag, to find that my whole order was incorrect. $16 down the drain. I order 4 piece mozzarella stick and I was given chicken sticks to rotten cheese instead. I also ordered a large number one and that was the only right thing about my order. I ordered an eight piece jalapeño bites and I only got six and they were so old that the cheese had been absorbed into the bread and the jalapeños were like rocks. Why does this BK have 2 stars? Because it's unorganized and looks like you stepped back into the 90s. We'll see how the food goes. Mobile orders are worthless. This place and the one in pemberton have both every day for the last week been closing anywhere from 15-30 mins early and I have not been able to get anything and I get off of work at 11pm both say they are open till 12am. I love the convenience of where this is located but this is NOT fast food. The service takes forever.

Has been a wondetful experience the last 2 times. Very friendly staff unlike othet locations and that makes all the difference.

The food is average...sometimes less than average. They are usually pretty slow and the people who work there aren't very cleanly.

This is by far the worst Burger King I have ever been to. The staff are useless and it takes forever to get your "fast food". And even when you get it, it's wrong and they won't remake anything. They will just take off or put on what ever they messed up. For example, I ordered a bbq bacon chicken tendercrisp and I waited about 15 minutes for one sandwich and then I got it and it had no bacon or bbq sauce on it. Just cheese wiz. I took back and all they did was squeeze bbq sauce on it. Still forgot the bacon so I threw it away and went to McDonald's. read more
