This location always gets it right! They are so nice, and the customer service is always top notch with a smile. We love getting our burgers here and they are always super delicious! We love knowing that our order will be right, fresh, and we will have a nice interaction in the drive thru. I LOVE the staff here. Of course we love the food!! It's so nice to have this in the area. This location is what it looks like when your management team is getting it right. Thank you!! read more

The person who help me was pleasant, however the food quality of the whopper was bland. It's Burger King! I also ordered the apple pie because I hadn't had one in a very long time and that was a mistake. It was just bad. I will go to Popeyes in the future for this sweet treat because it's full of filling and it's fresher than this one. Restaurant was ok but didn't eat there. read more

Well...much like the rest of these comments, my order was also wrong. Hate to say it but based on previous reviews, this is probably pointless cuz the restaurant doesn't seem to care about their mess ups but I too want to share my disappointing experience. Ordered a kids meal (nothing else) and my daughter's order was wrong. We asked for the ice cream instead of the toy (an option on the app) and fries instead of the apple sauce since my daughter is allergic to apples. Ended up getting home and saw the incorrect order but didn't have time to go back. Called the restaurant and got hung up on. BK - when will you take accountability for your mistakes? Thanks for making half my daughter's meal inedible to her. read more

Went today, was given the wrong receipt and was missing half of my order. I tried calling twice and got hung up on. Horrible!

Why can't they get an order correct everytime something is missing !!! This time my fries!!!!!!! What's next time gonna be !!! Hate this place so much read more

First of all this is the nicest Burger Long I have ever been to. They have touch screens to place your order which I don't mind, they have the new automated soda machine which is great ( more diet choices like Sprite Zero, Fanta zero etc would be great). The reason for 3 stars is the condition of the restaurant. As nice as it is, it was filthy inside. The counter by the soda and condiment station had trash all over it. It was dirty, finger prints all over the displays. The ketchup dispenser was completely empty. Not a drop came out. Note to fast food restaurants, nobody wants packet ketchup. It takes 10 packets just to get enough for your fries. The door was covered in finger prints as well. The chicken sandwich were good, hot. The cheeseburger was dry and the bun did not taste fresh. This place if cleaned would be a nice place to eat. Come on, it won't take much. read more

I love BK but this location is a hit or miss but usually a miss. Unfresh fries and fried products and a Super apathetic crew, yet it hardly looks like anyone is really workin hard back there besides the one cashier. Plus the soda machine has not been working up to standard for over a month. You can feel the lack of management, I hope they can get this fixed read more

I made a mobile order and went to the drive through and didn't get my order taken for at least 5 minutes, then I left the drive through and went inside and waited some more and when I said excuse me TWICE to an employee 3 feet from me I was still ignored, then I proceeded to get back in my car and go to the drive through and still never got my order taken and was told to wait a moment. I come here a lot and this has never happened. read more

Terrible service my order sat on the screen for at least 8 min before they even came out of the back and both were just playing with their own hair the male with long hair and the female it's gross and now i are very late read more

I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt I needed to after my recent visit. The service here was extremely slow, even though there were only two people in the entire restaurant (myself included). With an empty dining room and hardly anyone in line, there's really no reason for orders to take that long. What makes it frustrating is that when a restaurant isn't busy, you expect the opposite--quick, attentive service. Instead, I was left waiting far longer than should be acceptable. It gives the impression that the staff simply weren't paying attention, rather than being overwhelmed. Fast food should be just that--fast. When the restaurant is practically empty, delays like this don't make sense and make the experience disappointing. Hopefully, management takes this seriously and improves the level of service, because customers shouldn't feel like they're being ignored when the place is nearly empty. read more

I went late at night and it was perfect. Food hot service was great and accurate. Customer service was good as well. Shout out to the night shift. read more

Let's just say I if Cartman is working you are going to have a blessed day. Shes so nice and makes sure to get your food out quickly!

If I could rate it a zero I would. Worst Burger King ever. Spent $20 for one sandwich and one meal. Food comes and it's cold and dried out. I go to Culver's get two meals for the same money and it's always fresh and hot. Poor management here. Place needs to be closed down. read more

This was the worst place to go get something to eat. I asked for a hot off the grill. I got cold out the freezer. I would never come back to this Burger King again again have a lazy manager there five thumbs down. read more

I pull up at 2155 and the diner closes at 2200, I walk up to get a soda for some caffeine because I've been working late and have almost a two hour drive and this person walks up and locks the door turns around and acted like they didn't see me walking to the door. I will never go to Burger King again. Thanks for being an ass. read more

Once again a bad experience. Ordered a whopper and a whopper jr, got 2 whopper jrs. Had to go back up and get the correct thing. Credit where credit is due. Out of desperation, tried this place for lunch last week via drive thru. Surprisingly, taking the order was prompt, minimum wait. Food was fresh and tasted as expected. The person working the window didn't have a BK shirt on, but seemed to work for the franchisee. She was friendly and seemed to keep the workers moving along. Hoping the owners have taken notice of the negative feedback and are on their way to turning things around. Will give them another opportunity... read more

After a long and hot morning at football for one of my kids we stopped by before breakfast ended. We decided to go through the drive thru. Service was pretty quick to the intercom a s after we ordered and pulled ahead we only waited a few minutes before getting to the window to pay. Definitely down hill from here. Service at the window was nearly non existent and when we got our food that included pancakes and such we were missing silverware, syrup and napkins. My son had to go inside and when he asked for these things he was given a major attitude from the same person. Parking lot and area are clean, but customer service is definitely not here. read more

All right, I was waiting to comment but that was my fourth trip to Burger King and never once have they got it right this time they made me sit in line for 10 minutes and as soon as somebody pulled up to the next window, they took their order and let them go ahead nobody has any idea what they're doing here and I would literally go to any of the other options in Verrado before picking this place again read more

This is the worst Burger King ever. We orderd our food on the mobile app and when I wen to the counter to pick up the order I stated to the employee that I am here to pick up my order. The employee stated let me see my phone to show him my order. All he does is walk back and forth from the front counter to the office but never speaking to me again. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes until a female employee put a bag of food on the counter and staed here is your order. No explanation or apology, so I stated to the employee that it is the employees responsiblity to communicate to their customers on what happened to my order and the employee rolled her eyes and walked away. So I had tried to call her back and she just continued walking away from me, so I had to call another employee to ask for the manager on duty. The manager came to the counter and she was useless and I explained to her on what happened to my order and she stated that she didn't know what was going on. So I told her your the managert and you don't know what is happening in your own store. I stated to her that she is just incompetent and should be fired along with the entire staff at this location except for the cook. I did ask her for the phone number for the district office and she refused to give me that, because she wanted my phone number instead to give to her boss. That I will not do. Never go to this restaurant due to the customer service and complete disregard for their customers read more

This place is terrible. This is the third time we've been here and every time the service is terrible. This time, the microphone wasn't working on the drive thru. So we pulled up and waited in line for 10 minutes. When we arrived at the employee window, the order wasn't take and rushed. Instead we were asked to pull forward and wait 20 minutes, while all the other cars in line were served. This establishment is simply garbage and I do not recommend it to anyone. It's a shame. read more

Just went to this BK at 4:50pm on a Thursday. We waited where they take your orders. The guy finally said "please hold on" after waiting another 10min we left, along with 2 other cars in line. The parking lot was almost empty so they weren't busy. We rarely do fast food so maybe this is the new normal??? They won't be in business much longer with all the bad reviews and those lazy employees! read more

The $1 taco needed to be tried. The meat inside tasted exactly like the meat in the Jack in the Box taco. The shell itself was crispy and they cooked it fresh for me because I had to pull over to the front and wait 3 minutes. It's probably my obsession with trying anything new, but once or twice should be enough for this taco in the future. read more

They advertise the 2 for 5 whopper junior with bacon and I was charged for bacon when I ordered the two for 5. Personally, Burger King is not the best in general but this specific Burger King is just meh! The drive thru is almost always packed with cars so it usually is a 20 min wait just after ordering, the staff has always been friendly towards me so no complaints there :) The food is just not good! Yes, it is Fast food which is typically wherever you go is not the best but for some reason any other place or Burger King is better than this one. The food comes out Luke warm half the time and veggies just don't look fresh at all! Just seems not a lot of care or thought is put into it sadly. read more

Disgusting never again! Place is filthy. Food was horrible and it tasted old and not fresh at all.
