Terrible terrible terrible. We hadn't been to this particular BK in over a year because it was so bad. But, since Fry's opened a few months ago we though maybe they'd gotten better. More traffic. Just waited 30 minutes for a Whopper and 2 kids meals. Employees were unmasked and messing around in the kitchen. Dining room closed "for staffing issues". Kids fell asleep in the car, missed lunchtime altogether. Manager was neither sympathetic nor gracious -- "you only had to wait 15 minutes at the window" she said. Was craving a spicy Ch'King sandwich with that BOMB sauce they put on it so I rolled into the drive thru and requested EXTRA SAUCE on my Sandwich to which the person taking by order acknowledged. When I pulled up to the window I double checked and asked the lady if she has the extra sauce added on there and she said "no would you like to add it" and of course I said yes. Absolutely the worst burger King I have ever been to today was the final straw. I stopped in this morning to get a quick bite with my daughter before shopping and I confirmed my order at the window to have no cheese and he said yes but once I left and took a bit it was loaded with cheese now normally wouldn't be that mad but this was the 3rd order they messed up in less than 2 weeks if my orders have been that screwed up every time I go I can only imagine the countless others they do everyday. Just heard an employee call in to his manager and tell him he had covid. Manager actually asked him to still come in!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Our order is typically wrong. Employees don't even act like they care, excessive wait times and while the employees aren't doing anything they just talk with their friends hanging out in the restaurant. It's run very poorly and needs someone to come in and crack the whip a little. read more

If you need something quick and easy, don't stop here. It's a newer location and there's not much in the area. Pizza Hut which sucks, Cafe Rio, Mod Pizza, and something else are opening so I would expect people will start taking their business elsewhere. I've actually only eaten at this BK twice. Tonight and the last 2 times I backed out of the drive thru because after waiting for 20 minutes, it's time to go. Young kids are running the place and they don't give a shit so you get poor service. I would bet the place will shut down when other options are open. What we need is a Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers in this neighborhood. The employee at the drive through did have a mask on and this was not the first time this has occurred. I canceled my order. I called the manager just to address my concerns. He rudely told me that I should come down and work to see how it feels. I was told a bad review would not impact bussiness hung up and we will keep making money. Drive thru at lunch time, ordered 2 spicy chicken nuggets (their spicy chicken fries) and a small fry as a side. Total was $12 something. I stop at that Burg King to buy Whooper. As soon I got Whooper the girl gave me to told that had eat Whooper some where else because they do not service my kind there. I wish I would have checked the reviews 1st. Two stars is overly generous. Alexander sereved us and it was bad. We stopped and ordered chicken and fish sandwiches and asked to have everything fresh. We were more than happy to wait. When we got our food the chicken was nice and fresh, the fish was not. The fish was so old it was rubbery and couldn't even be torn apart. We had already left the drive through so we tried to go in to the lobby and the door was locked. Alexander gave me a blank stare pretending I wasn't even there. I then went back through the drive through and told them they gave me old fish. They didn't even challenge it. I had also realized he never gave me my receipt. When I finally got to the window I asked for my receipt. He lied to me and told me he had "just" taken the trash out. I told him I would wait for his manager to reprint it. He then went and got his manager and they both went digging through the trash and pulled out my receipt. When I asked why he lied to me he told me he didn't remember when the trash was taken out but it must have been earlier. I feel he didn't want me to contact the owner of the store. How many people behind me did this kid serve food to without washing his hands after digging through the trash? How healthy is it to hand a customer a soiled receipt from a trash can. This total experience took over 20 mins after sitting in a lengthy drive through line twice. If you decide to try this place, good luck! We are hoping we don't get sick. read more

They are horrible and it's shocking becayse they only just opened. They take forever to acknowledge you in the drive-thru and when they do its to ask you to wait AND THEN take your order. I was using my App, there was an issue, they closed the drive-thru window on me, left me sitting there wondering what was going on, only to rudely tell me to move out of the drive-thru for their other customers, like garbage. Oh no, they just did not say that to a Customer!? They need new Management or need to hire or teach their employees the humility and gracefulness of what it means to work in a Customer-Service field. I wish I could give zero stars as a rating. This is the worst BK in the valley! Everything takes a minimum of 20 mins, no matter what you order. The early morning staff is better, but I highly recommend never going after 11am. The late afternoon/evening staff seems like they're high all the time and can barely even focus on a task. I've seen a ton of negative reviews for this particular location. While I understand that people haven't had the best experiences I just want to shed light on the fact that they have not had the staff they need mostly due to Covid. In this area there are two high schools nearby and multiple housing communities. Typically, you would see at 5-10 other options for drive thru/fast food closer to the city. So give these guys a break! They are the only drive thru within some considerable miles and don't exactly have people lined up at the door to apply seeing as how far out of the city it is. Next time you want to flip out because it took 20 minutes to get your whopper that you probably could have made at home.... Try to remember these are real human beings do the best they can with the circumstances they have been given. Yes I have waited a long time in the line before, but I still said thank you and smiled and got the same treatment back. HEAT the BUNS!!! WTF? I live nearby, so like a glutton for punishment, I have been there a few times. The buns are always COLD and HARD. Hellooooo- does management care at all? I've been here quite a few times and sometimes it's OK, but most times it's just annoying. They won't swap out the impossible patty if I have a coupon for the whopper they say it's an entirely different sandwich. This is absolutely a No Star review, as it was that bad! 30 minutes in the drive thru, and the food still wasn't prepared, according to staff. They claim it was shift change, so everything stopped. I realize 2020 has altered some people's work ethic, but this is totally unacceptable. The owner of this property should have their franchise pulled, as he/she has no idea what a staggered shift change looks like in fast food. This is franchise 101 people, and not a very difficult concept to grasp. Time to clean house, and get some competent employees who can actually run a store. read more

Came to eat around 9:40pm on may 20th and the girl said none of the Burger King coupons worked, after ordering and paying they had us pull up and it took 12 minutes to get the "fresh" food they were waiting on, when it got to the car it was cold, after the girl tossing the brown bag in the window and not going over the order we realized they forgot our drinks, we go back through the drive thru and the girl quickly says that they are now closed, we let her know they'd forgotten our drinks and she asks what kind of drink it was, we told her and she goes oh okay.
