I was in the drive thru line yesterday for almost an hour appreciating that I had AC in the car. I love the protein burgers and, because it was my birthday week, I wanted a Dbl Dbl with grilled onions protein style along with fries, that I normally don't get, AND a vanilla shake. I went home and thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Yummy! No pics this time. With the unusual 100 degree days in March, I'm glad no one was outside taking orders in the heat. While waiting in line, I finished an entire podcast. It's good to go with the flow and I'm glad my time allowed me to be patience. After placing my order, I noticed all of the employees worked well together and appeared to be enjoying their shift. It made me smile. I also observed the best line to be in when the no one is outside taking orders but I'm not telling. lol read more

The restaurant now is ubiquitous . . . . . .they're freaking everywhere and while the food is good, it's not special anymore. The service is great, and the lines are not as bad as they used to be. This location is always a little less busy. Not that it isn't BUSY just less. The food is always done perfectly, never any issues with my double double cheese and lettuce only burger. The restaurant is always clean which is always shocking considering the amount of people that flow through in a day. The stuff is always smiling and having fun. Great drive thru & customer service as usual, and as I come to expect at all In-N-Outs. Drive thru and window clerks were very friendly and nice. Got my usual today and it was as delicious as always. A full meal for $10.35. I ordered a regular chocolate shake, a fry, and a cheeseburger with whole grilled onion in their holiday bag and cup. I ordered from an outdoor server about 10 cars back since the line was long and started as two lines, and was directed to merge into one line behind the car indicated by the server. Very organized. There's an outdoor patio with shade as well as indoor seating and restrooms. Small parking lot for parking. Easy to exit onto Cactus after receiving order to turn right and have close access to 303 Loop. read more

The burgers and fries from In n Out taste really good. They use fresh ingredients and make your order when you place it. They don't have product waiting in steamer bins like other fast food chains. They are incredibly efficient and the prices are very reasonable. Their shakes are good as well. read more

When I first moved to Surprise in 2014, fast food and "good restaurants" were non existent. Praise Jesus for expansion and new builds. Now I have an In N Out one exit from my house. That could become dangerous! I took the kids down here the other day (It's their favorite spot, by far) to get some lunch. Typical great In N Out experience. Friendly cashiers, extremely reasonably priced food for a family, fresh, hot and delicious! Can't say much else. I went with a 3x3 with meat cheese, grilled and regular onions only. It's my usual order and it always hits the spot. Fries were good (if you eat them within 10 minutes) and the kids enjoyed their food too. Glad to have this in the neighborhood and I will be stopping by, often. read more

Good, but as an East Coast Guy, I'm not sure I fully get it. The restaurant is well run, the staff friendly, the service was not as quick as I had anticipated. But, the real challenge for me was the taste of the food. I did not find a strong beef flavor from the burgers and that surprised me. They were well cooked but simply OK in my mind. Said no one lol this in n out is hands down the fastest and cleanest in n out also they have of course ample staff food quality is great and so far they have ample space for the drive thru and parking unlike other locations in the valley they look as if they really did set out to make it more efficient. Love coming to this location. The line always moves very quick and the staff is super friendly. The location is very convenient and easy to get in / out of without fighting traffic. We love how much food you get for the price you pay. We typically get a double-double with fries and a drink (x2), and a single with fries and a drink and pay about $32. We've only ever utilized the drive through here, so can't vouch for the indoor seating service / ambiance unfortunately. read more

Who'd of thought I'd happily wait in a drive thru line of over twenty cars? I've been eating In N Out for decades and love it just as much as the first time. Service is always fast, efficient and friendly. This newest addition to Surprise is much needed. Conveniently right off the 303 and Cactus exit this location offers a double lane drive thru, good size parking and your typical patio and such. While there were many cars ahead of us with the 4-5 employees taking orders it went quickly. Food was perfect as always and fulfilled our cravings! Great start to this newest location. read more

As a longtime In-N-Out fan originally from California, I know exactly how a proper Double-Double should taste. Unfortunately, this location consistently misses the mark. I've now found hair in my food twice, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the team clearly struggles with basic requests--when I asked for extra lettuce, I got barely any. Fries? Drenched in salt. Cleanliness and food handling? Clearly not a priority here. It's disappointing, because I hold In-N-Out to a much higher standard. I won't be returning to this location. This IN-N-OUT Burger gets drive-thru service right. I find most locations a bit slow, but this one runs like clockwork. Even when the lot is crowded, the line moves quickly and efficiently. On rainy days, when there are no order takers outside, the speaker system still keeps things moving at a good pace. The location just off the 303 is very convenient if you use that route often. It is easy to pop in, grab a meal, and be back on the road in minutes. The staff are organized and friendly, and the food is exactly what you expect from IN-N-OUT: fresh, tasty, and consistent. Overall, this location sets the standard for fast, reliable service. For me it is the gold standard that other IN-N-OUTs should follow. I will definitely be back. read more

In-N-Out as a whole, I love. The simple menu allows the food to be made quick and fresh. My only problem was that the meal I had today was so much saltier than usual. Like I almost couldn't eat it. They also messed up my order (just a little). I've never had this happen before and I'm hoping it was just a fluke. The service itself was still good. We went Saturday 10/25 after a concert so around midnight... our bill was $46.98 we handed them a $50 was told they can't take anything over $20 after a certain time... first off you can't deny any type or currency second we were getting less then $5 in change, but whatever. They started handing us our drinks and then handed us one burger that's when we realized it wasn't our order so we got a free soda and a free milkshake because once it's in the car, they can't take it back per health department rules. Oh, and they didn't have the sauce packets they had these ramekins instead, and only gave us ONE! for five burgers and an order of fries. Not trying to bash them but do better. I know that they are new but I'd rather wait in line at the Bell Road one then go to this one again until they have everything situated. read more

But at this specific location I have had my order messed up twice now in the past three weeks. It's fast food, but piping hot. Because everything is made fresh, a slight wait is not uncommon. Have never had an order filled that was warm or cold . Every order is always hot! Right off the hot grill hot burgers and right out of the deep fryer hot. read more

It's still a relatively new restaurant, but it's been consistently great since it opened. The employees have been very courteous and helpful. Lucas, for instance, has helped us at our table on more than a few occasions, bringing us things to help out with our baby while we eat - things like refills, more ketchup, or a fun paper hat. Truly this new build has been the most impressive in our area. Most of the new restaurants at Prasada have AWFUL service and subpar food.
