We like their food fine, but last time we came, we ordered a egg, potato and cheese breakfast burrito and got a meat burrito instead. We realized it only after coming home. It felt like a waste of money, as one of us is vegetarian. read more

The inside is very clean and the staff were super nice and the horchata is delicious! However our food was a little disappointing, the quesadillas are very oily they didn't hold much shape and were soggy. The ends did have some crisp to it which was nice but it didn't save it and overall tasted like an average quesadilla. The Mexican screen corn looked and sounded really good but all they do is give you a cup of corn halfway filled with water and scoops of mayo, cheese and chili on top and you have to do the mixing which i wouldn't mind but it was really hard to mix in the cup and the water ended up turning it into a really thin sauce that barely held onto the corn and didn't taste very well read more

Hands down my favorite Mexican food. Everything we have ever had is soooo good! I'm obsessed with the street taco pastor ones!! My daughter absolutely loves the carne asada fries and my husband gets those too but sometimes gets a burrito smothered in queso and he said it's amazing. We have gone here over 10 times since it's been open. We went on a Monday night and it jam packed in there, but the service was great nonetheless. I got the shrimp bowl here, and was pleasantly surprised! The shrimp was perfectly cooked, and very plentiful! The bowl had everything including rice, beans, lettuce, salsa, guac, and sour cream! It was so filling, I couldn't even finish it. I also tried a few bites of the steak and egg breakfast burrito, and it was delicious. Tons of meat, well-seasoned. It's a small, unassuming casual spot, amongst some nicer sit-down restaurants on the same street, but don't sleep on this one! Great food! read more

This place is a HARD NO for me! After waiting over a year for them to finally open, I'm guessing the anticipation may have weighed heavy on my expectations. We first tried a breakfast burrito ...it was small, greasy and had little flavor. I waited 6 months until trying to them again hoping my first experience at have been due to them just opening. I could eat tacos every day if I could, just not from here! Prior to ordering I asked if the hard taco shells were made in house and to-order. She told me that the shells are made in house, BUT the ground beef hard taco shells are made in batches earlier in the days and the shredded beef tacos shells are made to order. First of all let me just say selling a ground beef taco was a red flag. Needless to say take a look a the pics. What is going on here?!?!? The ground beef taco shell is clearly a pre-manufactured from a third party provider (Ex. Sold in a box) and the other was in fact made to order. Look at the toppings. Where is the cheese? My wife and I frequent this place for breakfast. Yuri is awesome! She always makes sure we get exactly what we want and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Our orders are remembered. The food itself is actually quite good as well. The burritos are fat, flavorful, and the salsa is bomb. My dogs feces has more seasonings than the whole kitchen combined. Too overpriced for mid food that never fails to leave me unsatisfied and my wallet $15 lighter. Every single time I go I always hope it's better, I'll say they're consistent! Staffs nice, but I'm not going to a restaurant for the welcoming aura. I would love to see improvements just in the menu, Taco Chilangos down the road has always been AMAZING and I wish I could say the same about Rosie's. They've had more than enough time to improve and I see no change. I genuinely do not understand how people enjoy this food. I see people complain about the kids going in there. I used work at the bashas and they do the samething. They aren't doing anything wrong really, they're just 12-13 year olds. This is like they're first time having this type of freedom. Red sauce is hot and delicious The interior eating area is small. So we order and everything is all good. Few more customers roll in on 8/6/2023 for dinner. Well 7 kids come in and two have no shirts on. They but nothing and get free water glasses and hit the drink machines. Take up two large tables and then a eighth teen joins them. Honestly the food was fantastic and my wife and I thought we found our new local favorite. So the kids who were obviously associated with the staff, leaving the gym bags and basketball in the walk way, could care less about the restaurant, how it makes money and it's patrons. All 4 of its paying customers / parties of two or more each, were looking at the staff and the kids like are they going to make them leave? So I won't be back as this establishment is more interested in giving free water to a bunch of realities or friends than it's paying customers. Good luck with this type of attitude. Wow we have now been there twice since moving out to new home. My wife loves the bean burrito says up in her top 5 and she travels a lot around the state of AZ and surrding states for business so to me that says a lot. The staff are friendly the food is fresh and not greasy like the other tacos I tried near the Frys grocery. Look forward to trying their breakfast some time soon. Food is good, but it's become an afterschool hangout for teens. Loud, disruptive, cursing, etc. Bad energy. Ruins other diners' experience. Not much seating and the management/ counter employees do nothing about it, so good luck finding a seat as the after school gang just remains at the tables forever, oblivious of their negative affect on the other diners. Best Taco's in Arizona... maybe the best in all the world! First of all super fresh. Incredibly tasty, healthy, and great prices and service. I love the Chicken Tacos and the Shrimp and fish tacos. I don't eat beef or porch but my buddy does and he says this is his new best taco place! Lots of meat and the tacos are double shelled to help keep all the toppings in. Tried this restaurant for the first time and ordered a fish taco & a shrimp taco. The fish taco only contained one small piece of fish it had more salad then fish, and the shrimp taco tasted and looked like farm raised. The tacos were OK, but I really enjoyed the horchata, which was delicious and not overly sweet. Hopefully in the future I'm going to try the rest of the menu. read more

I'm going to give this place 4 stars. Their food is average but they're very clean and very, very nice. They go above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying your meal. I also love their desserts! The desserts are the things I love the most on their menu. I also enjoy their rolled tacos. Like another reviewer mentioned, their breakfast burritos are pretty meh but at the price they charge? Hmmm this is a tough one. I have been really excited for this place to open. The week it opened, I came in and ordered a chicken taco. I was there while no one was there .. the owner was running out, passed me multiple times without a simple hello or thank you for coming in. Things like that stay with me. The chicken taco was awful .. I can't even explain how they cook the chicken. Their guac is yummy as are their salsas. My friend ordered the shrimp taco and loved it. I met some friends for breakfast and ordered some eggs with chicken and cheese in a tortilla .. again the chicken was terrible, so dry, the eggs was scrambled hard and there was no traces of cheese. I do not eat red meat or pork so I keep trying. Today, I was asked again by a friend to go there and had the chicken salad. It was huge! Why I keep torturing myself with the chicken in beyond me. This will be the last time I go there. My friend who also ordered the chicken salad said "I'm going to give the leftover chicken to my dog" when I say it's bad, I'm not kidding. Hubby also liked the shrimp taco on our first visit, I brought him home a couple of shrimp tacos and he said "we don't have to go back there. These aren't great" For a small local place that was very much needed I am truly disappointed read more

I have been a fan and loyal customer since Rosie's opened in Verrado. I ordered two fish tacos for takeout today....a common order for me. I got home and opened up the WORST fish tacos ever! There was a tiny piece of charred fish about the size of my pinky in each taco. See photos. Without taking a bite I returned them for a refund. They didn't seem overly shocked or apologetic. The tacos have always come with a nice portion of white fish and I can't believe they would even send something like this out. Very disappointing!! read more
