Parking is decent, inside is spacious and had plenty of seating. They were very busy when we got there but service and food were both quick! I guess I didn't realize that the had a whole section of toppings so I missed out on adding grilled onions and other fun stuff to my buttery burger but that's alright. My family and I visited this location on Friday night, December 19, around 8:00 PM. The dining room closes at 10:00 PM and the drive-thru at 11:00 PM, so we had plenty of time to place our order, dine inside, and enjoy a freshly made meal. The restaurant was not busy at all when we arrived. We placed our order at the front cashier and requested an itemized receipt. Please note: if you do not specifically ask for an itemized receipt at the time of payment, you will only receive a basic printout showing the total--not the individual items. After placing our order, we waited about 10 minutes for our food. Once it arrived, several issues immediately stood out: * I ordered a club chicken sandwich, but was given a regular chicken sandwich. * We ordered onion rings, and three of them were overcooked. * We requested double fries instead of coleslaw with the combo dinner, but only received a regular portion of fries. I went back to the counter to have my sandwich corrected. Initially, the staff planned to simply add cheese and bacon to the incorrect sandwich, but I requested a freshly made sandwich, as the cheese needed to be melted properly. They took the incorrect sandwich back and discarded it. I then had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the new sandwich to be remade. By that time, my fries were cold, so I had to request fresh fries as well. Unfortunately, during this delay, my husband and daughter had already started and nearly finished their meals. This was disappointing for us, as we prefer to eat together as a family. While waiting, we also observed multiple customers returning to the counter due to missing or incorrect items. One customer even reported finding a hair in their food, which was extremely concerning and unpleasant to witness. Overall, this experience was very surprising and disappointing. It appears there may be issues with staff training, food accuracy, and quality control during this shift. Management should consider additional training to ensure orders are prepared correctly, food is handled properly, and customers receive a better dining experience. read more

As a new resident of Arizona, I'm always on the lookout for new places to eat. I stumbled upon Culver's and was eager to try it out since the pictures make the food look delicious. I ordered through the drive-thru, but as I drove off, I realized the burgers were left out of my order. I had to turn around and go back to get them, which was a bit inconvenient. The strawberry Field salad was not good. The chicken pieces were cold and rubbery and there were 2 strawberry halves on top. The burger was ok prepared as ordered but the fries were cold. We love Culver's as a whole. However this location always gives us cold burgers. The cheese is never melted and the buns are cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. The food is good but the service has much to be improved upon. Ordered on line for a specific time and get there and it's not ready then the person walks away. It's know ten minutes past the pick up time and I have to wait to even ask about an order that should have been ready. This is ridiculous. Culver's was the first and last stop of our year end road trip. We discovered Culver's during our 2021 summer road trip as we drove through Wisconsin. As soon as I left my house, I knew that this Culver's would be our first stop in Arizona. They are located on Verrado Way in Buckeye in a nicely developed part of town. My daughter likes their mushroom swiss butter burger, my wife likes their cod filet sandwich, and I like their deluxe butter burger. Ordering was a breeze with their friendly employees behind their counter. After ordering, they give you a number. When your order is ready, they have an employee look for you to personally deliver the food. Thanks to the snow in the Flagstaff area, my GPS made me take the long way home forcing me drive past this Culver's where I had to stop where the general manager, Liz(?) delivered my food to me. She was so nice! All the employees I interacted with were nice. The burgers were very good and cooked just like their locations in the midwest. With no locations in California, I can't wait until I can drive by this location again. read more

The buns were grilled on the inside but it tasted like it had been done hours before and then made the burger when I ordered it. The burger was good but a little thin but not bad. The lettuce was shredded and did not make a good crisp crunch. The burger was sub par. I really enjoy their custard but when I was eating my custard at the button of it I found an ice piece. I got the kids meal because it had everything I wanted: full size cheese burger, small fries and a drink that was probably 12 ounces. I paid extra for the cheese sauce to dip. No complaints on the burger and sides. The cashier, Odell, was great. He also delivered the food when it was ready. I did return to the counter for a fork and a condiment and noticed something very strange. ​It seems gravity does not work behind the registers because it took the combined strength of 7 other crew members to hold the back counter down from floating away. This is my only go to fast food restaurant. Have been a loyal customer for years. Burgers are juicy and rolls are soft. Great French fries. Comfortable seating with many booths and tables. Decorated in a theme of the local Luke Air Force Base. If your want sundaes or mixers, this is the place. Usually long lines for drive through but not to eat inside. I had a big order they missed one of my mixers and I waited about 10 min for them to give me the one they forgot by that time the rest of my order was melted went in manager gave me a card to come back another day as he goes to the back a employee in the front is laughing staring at me I ask her what's so funny and she says she's not laughing at me and that's fine I told the manager to talk to his employee as she was laughing the whole time and continued laughing as I'm telling him to talk to her I walked away she asked if she was going to get in trouble he said no To me that's a manager who doesn't care neither about the store or his employees or customers I know there's kids there too what example are u setting for them if you never correct there behavior they go through life thinking everything is a game and it's not as for the manager a grown ass man who cannot control his employees or behavior if I was the manager I would've told her hey go to the back until you can control yourself and that's it I'm not asking her to be fired or anything but just hey when there's a customer upset it doesn't help your laughing in front of them looking at them simple You want a manager who cares and who will actually teach these kids ! It has only a couple of flaws. The food is a little on the greasy side, and the wait time if you're going in the drive through is annoying! It's like the line never moves. But I like the background of the inside. It has nice photos, and I think there's some awards on display when you first walk in! But also, the custard that they have is remarkable! I don't often come to Culver's, but the few times that I have come to this location, I have noticed that while the food is delicious, the customer service is hit or miss and it is extremely slow to get through the drive-through. I came to pick up some food for lunch before work and it took nearly 20 minutes to get through the drive-through to order and get my food. I understand this is the only Culvers within miles because we are in Buckeye; however, the point of the drive-through is for it to be efficient and it took a little longer than I feel is necessary. read more
