Our family visited on Saturday, July 25, after 7:00 PM for a special ice cream treat. We decided to dine inside so we wouldn't have to worry about our ice cream melting before we could enjoy it. We ordered three medium Concrete Mixers, but unfortunately, we were a little disappointed. By the time the mixers were brought to our table, they were already starting to melt. We also noticed that none of the cups seemed to be filled all the way to the top. One of our mixers was made with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. While we could taste the chocolate pieces and knew there was some peanut butter mixed in, it didn't have the rich peanut butter flavor we expected. It seemed like it was missing some of the peanut butter, which made the flavor less enjoyable. We know ice cream prices have increased over the years, so we were grateful to use our rewards and coupons, which brought our total to $12 for all three mixers. That definitely made the visit more affordable. We're not sure if the ice cream recipe has changed or if this was just an off day, but the mixers didn't seem as thick or creamy as we remember. They also melted much faster than they have during previous visits, which was disappointing since this was meant to be a special family treat. Overall, we'll be back because we've enjoyed this location in the past, but we hope future visits are more consistent. We'd love to see the Concrete Mixers served a little thicker, filled to the top, and with the mix-ins blended more generously so every bite has the great flavor Culver's is known for. read more

This Culver's is about half a mile from our house so this is the one we come to. My wife was out of town for work , I didn't feel like driving anywhere so I chose Culver's. The service was excellent, so I will give them that. The issue was with the food. I ordered the pot roast dinner with a soda which came out to around 14.00 with my military discount. The value for what I paid for and what I received was huge. I may have paid 7.00 for this. There was barely any beef on the bread, and the gravy was lacking. The restaurant was almost empty which is unusual for this location right off the highway. I guess with lots of choices in the area now, Culver's may want to step up their game. Really wish we had one out here in LA lol. We decided to last minute pick some buttery burgers and frozen custard for the road/drive back to CA. Parking is decent, inside is spacious and had plenty of seating. They were very busy when we got there but service and food were both quick! I guess I didn't realize that the had a whole section of toppings so I missed out on adding grilled onions and other fun stuff to my buttery burger but that's alright. As a new resident of Arizona, I'm always on the lookout for new places to eat. I stumbled upon Culver's and was eager to try it out since the pictures make the food look delicious. I ordered through the drive-thru, but as I drove off, I realized the burgers were left out of my order. I had to turn around and go back to get them, which was a bit inconvenient. The food was actually good. I tried the Culver's Deluxe Burger and the Chicken Cashew Salad, both of which were tasty and satisfying. Tried Culver's for the first time and enjoyed my ButterBurger and Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp. The ButterBurger has a backyard homemade taste and vibe to it. The shrimp was crispy and well seasoned/cooked. Fries were just okay but the Boom Boom Sauce was delish! read more

Wow!! Love this place. Sooo good for fast food. It reminds me of In & Out only more choices. Fish and chips were really done to perfection. The manager noticed the fish was not right (too much batter, she was right) so she had them remake it. Glad she did! You have to try the frozen custard and concrete!Yummy! Very rich. We love Culver's as a whole. However this location always gives us cold burgers. The cheese is never melted and the buns are cold like they just came out of the refrigerator. Culver's was the first and last stop of our year end road trip. We discovered Culver's during our 2021 summer road trip as we drove through Wisconsin. As soon as I left my house, I knew that this Culver's would be our first stop in Arizona. They are located on Verrado Way in Buckeye in a nicely developed part of town. My daughter likes their mushroom swiss butter burger, my wife likes their cod filet sandwich, and I like their deluxe butter burger. Ordering was a breeze with their friendly employees behind their counter. After ordering, they give you a number. When your order is ready, they have an employee look for you to personally deliver the food. Thanks to the snow in the Flagstaff area, my GPS made me take the long way home forcing me drive past this Culver's where I had to stop where the general manager, Liz(?) delivered my food to me. She was so nice! All the employees I interacted with were nice. The burgers were very good and cooked just like their locations in the midwest. The food is good but the service has much to be improved upon. Ordered on line for a specific time and get there and it's not ready then the person walks away. It's know ten minutes past the pick up time and I have to wait to even ask about an order that should have been ready. This is ridiculous. Don't offer online pickup and have the patron announce when they're there when the food isn't even ready at that time. The buns were grilled on the inside but it tasted like it had been done hours before and then made the burger when I ordered it. The burger was good but a little thin but not bad. This is my only go to fast food restaurant. Have been a loyal customer for years. Burgers are juicy and rolls are soft. Great French fries. Comfortable seating with many booths and tables. Decorated in a theme of the local Luke Air Force Base. If your want sundaes or mixers, this is the place. Usually long lines for drive through but not to eat inside. Staff is great and will help with any issue, like having a gluten free bun. read more

No complaints on the burger and sides. The cashier, Odell, was great. He also delivered the food when it was ready. I did return to the counter for a fork and a condiment and noticed something very strange. ​It seems gravity does not work behind the registers because it took the combined strength of 7 other crew members to hold the back counter down from floating away. The only person working the counter, yup, Odell. After he finished taking another order he was able to help me allowing his team mates to keep that counter in place. read more
