The food was above par with other Burger Kings. The sausage, egg & cheese breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh but promised at 08:30 and received at 08:52. The staff was friendly and polite, but harried. It appeared they were not using the order system to assemble orders. However, the cook seemed to be using the system since the food was readily available when pointed out as missing. The parking lot and drive-thru were clean. Normally, I wouldn't even waste my time with a review like this, but I felt like I needed to send out a warning to fellow people who might be in need of this place at some point in your journey. My best advice and only advice is to stay away or find some roadkill, or just run your car into the wall because this place is that bad. When you pay eight dollars for breakfast you assume, if anything, it will be today's breakfast. But apparently no. My hash round potatoes were ice cold as if they've been in the bag since yesterday, my ham and cheese and egg croissant could've been for any day, because part of it was warm and part of it was cold. But the one constant I think it's difficult to mess up would be the cup of coffee, which was clearly new coffee on top of old coffee From yesterday. I can drink coffee, I'm not a coffee snob, I can't drink this coffee because I'm not looking for a death wish. Yes this coffee was just that bad. Come on Burger King do better, there might be a reason why there's many of you closing today and it could be because Your food, it is going downhill. Get back to the basics and keep your coffee, hot and fresh. Stop microwaving your breakfast sandwiches, and for goodness sake how long does it take to fry some potatoes? I ordered 4 cheesy tots (only reason why I went here) got couple other food items, but after I had paid I was told to pull up to the front where they would bring me my order. Not even 30 sec go by and they hand it to me. I was in a hurry cause I was on my lunch break and after I have driven away, I saw they only gave me 2 orders of cheesy tots. I don't understand why the employees can't simply communicate to just make 1 order right. There were no other customers to be seen so obviously they weren't busy. We stopped in for some lunch. The food was served to us super fast and was very hot. After we were done eating we got up and left. What I didn't realize is that I walked out of the restaurant without my purse! The young gentleman working chased us down (we were actually getting ready to pull out on the highway) and brought my purse to me! Let's talk about amazing customer service! This is your typical gas-station burger king with the same food you would expect from any other burger king. I am simply not a fan of their french fries. We walked into the lobby where it said open, and enter, we wouldn't have mind going through the drive through at all, our truck wouldn't fit so we had to walk through. We walked into the lobby and this laddie comes out of no where yelling at us to get out of her store. She said get out, no you can't be in here, and in the middle of us talking she slammed the door in our face, looked at us, and locked the door. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. The last time we were here she yelled at her employee and called him stupid in front of us for leaving the door unlocked. She was very rude, and when she gave us our food she gave us a disgusted look, rolled her eyes and slammed the door. This is the SECOND time this has happened to us.
