The employees at this location are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. We've never had an issue with our order -- everything is always in the bag and on time. The shakes are amazing, too! While it can be a bit pricey (we typically spend around $100 for my husband, myself, and our three kids), the quality and taste of the food make it totally worth it. The burgers are very good and tasty but the fries are absolutely the bomb. Freshly cut and fried perfectly I think. But be warned that the place is not cheap by any means. So we need to get one thing on the table first -- the cost -- this place can be pricey depending on your total order. But that being said -- the taste of the fries and burgers are pretty dang good. One way to extend your Food budget here is to share the fries -- which are enormous size portions. The service is good, and orders are cooked after you select your specific made to order entree. The service was typical of that of any fast food chain but not too bad as I was there when it opened. The rating doesn't reflect service as that's hard to rate effectively when there were three of us in there. The stars come for value. Burger, fries and coke for $26.... A $12 hotdog ? I know the prices are posted when you order so I expected that a $12 hotdog would blow me away- nope- it was a hotdog and not even a good one because it was cold inside. If I'm $12 for a hotdog, at least earn the $ by actually cooking it so it's a "hot" dog. The hamburger was underwhelming. It was a "hamburger", not great-not bad- just a hamburger. I was so happy to see Five Guys come to our neighborhood. Counter staff was a little bit cocky and acted like there was a long line out the door. There wasn't. Read the energy in the room. :) But the food we are used to enjoying at this chain didn't disappoint. I can agree that depending on how you order your burger that you can find potentially better, but the fries are worth the price of admission every time. The kids who served us were friendly and the food was good. It's hard to stand out in Burger world and for that reason I give 5 Guys a solid 3 stars. It's a good, solid burger. If it was a pizza, Dave Portenoy would be throwing it a 7.5 which is no bad thing. Is 5 Guys as good as Shake Shack, Bad Daddy's or In and Out? No. But is it a good Burger? Definitely. The fries are very good and it's a smart move to basically throw as many as they can at you. If you have a family or four (including 2 teenagers), a single order of large fries is enough and for $7, that's pretty impressive. Plus they are good fries. Feels like a fast food place so if you're looking for atmosphere, probably go to Red Robin. All in all, I like it and I'll go back. read more

We drove from Columbia Tn to Springhill for the fries specifically. We got to the register and ordered small burgers and fries. Not even a min later, a lady who works here yelled out " don't sell anymore fries." Confused... while we watched a man proceed to put an entire crate of fries into the grease. I would not recommend coming here until you call and ask if they are serving fries. There was clearly no shortage. read more

Delicious food, great service but holy moly, it's expensive! I stopped in yesterday for a quick bite to eat. When I was rung up and was told it would be $22 for a burger, fries and a soda, I thought maybe they charged me for 2. Nope! I was willingly to pay $12 for the burger. That's somewhat reasonable, but $10 for a small fry and a regular sized drink?! Seems a bit excessive but fortunately the fries were delicious. I'll definitely come back again, but will be prepared to spend an arm and a leg. read more

Extremely disappointed. Unfortunately a restaurant's level of service is dependent on the quality of employee they hire and the character of those employees. This Five Guys has one female employee that favors one type of customer over others. She likes to serve customers first that look like her over customers that don't look like her. I ordered a simple or of fries online and checked in prior to my arrival. Normally, I walk right in and pick them up. They were cooking and came up in less than a minute and I thought I was going to be on my way however, another order that clearly came in after mine because it was still cooking was given the fries and the excuse I was given was that one was placed before your order and when I challenged that with I ordered it online and checked in quite a while ago, the excuse I was given, was our system is down so I didn't see your check in. I find that quite interesting given the fact that you received my online order. So if the system is down, how did you receive my order? read more

It's 5 guys right.... You know what you're going to get, a quality burger, ton of toppings and a crap load of fries. Ordered a burgers and 1 regular order of fries.... $15 before tip. The punchline to the joke is that I looked back at another 5 guys review from 2010, I commented that burger, fries and soda was $10. Granted it's a decade ago but I hope they are paying their team 50% more and not just charging 50% more to fatten the bottom line. read more

Had the hot dog with cheese. It was delicious. Staff super nice and great communication. Store was clean.

My brothers really enjoy five guys, but both times I've had five guys had in different cities, it's like eating a hamburger that ran through a sprinkler. So wet and gooey. Like how? I just ordered it. Why is the bread soggy? My brothers love it, but I just cannot. On that note, the staff was great. We (my mom and I) have gone to this Five Guys a couple of times. The food is always great but the last three times the order has been wrong the burger specifically.Either lacking the correct condiments or patty. The people are friendly enough, but I find them lacking in the details department. I'm not sure we will come back to this particular location. I believe the loud music coupled with the grill and having to speak through masks prevent good communication. But with effort we get over this hurdle. Firstly, let me say that the burger I purchased was a nice burger. For a $12. dollar burger. The fries were another $4. The service was fine. The atmosphere was fine. My problem lies with the exorbitant prices. For me to have lunch by myself wrecked a twenty dollar bill...... for a burger, fries and beverage. What really rubs me is that Sonic has a burger that is every bit as tasty, or even more so, for half the price. Everything I ate at Five Guys I could have had at Sonic for half the cost. So, my review here is based on overpriced food and really nothing else. If you don't care about the money, then go to Five Guys and spend like you just won the lottery !! read more
