Terrible. The service is mediocre. the lettuce i asked for was the length and width of a toothpick and the tomato was the length of one slice of a cherry tomato(the tiny ones). I ordered a milkshake it was a little under 3/4s full and my cherry was at the bottom of my shake. who does that?. Not expecting perfection but i'm not expecting filth and garbage and straight up laziness. Shame on the managing team for allowing this. You could get better service at a soup kitchen and the best part about that is im not paying to eat something that came off the ground. read more

Ordered 3 chicken tenders n fries through the drive through... asked for extra bbq sauce. When I got my order, no extra bbq sauce and no catsup for the fries. I'm pretty sure that this drive through not only took no time but actually gave me time back. They were so fast that they somehow added time to my life. Seriously, we entered the drivethru behind a long line of cars. I sighed, huffed, and pouted for a whole 30 seconds before I realized that the 4 cars in front of us had moved up and I was already ready to order. The person taking our order was kind and super accurate, even with all of our confusing requests. We quickly got to the window and were at the window for a total of about 15 seconds, the time it took for the card to run through. Everything was accurate, hot, and delicious! It has been about a year since I've been to zaxbys and I will admit last time I went to one it wasn't great but this time was just perfect the chicken was great the fries were good the service was amazing and I felt really well treated. The tenders tasted like rubbery, over processed low quality "meat". The French fries were soggy and very undesirable and to top it off the coke tasted like tea with lemon, or pine sol. I love zaxby's food but their hours are not the best and the service is sub par. Their online hours say they close at 10pm. When I pulled into drive through at 9pm, they said that they were already closed. Please fix this online. Your staff is also not very friendly and they always seem rushed. Overpriced zalads but the Black and Blue is to die for so I pay for it anyway. I did order a salad at the drive thru the other night and at the window the gal asked if I needed any ketchup. Told her I didn't use ketchup on my salad. Got home and somehow there were 3 french fries in my salad. Guess I did need ketchup after all. I'll just chock that up to a mistake during the 1st week of business. Can't wait for the newness to die down though because at dinner it takes around 30 min to get out of the drive thru. my fiancé and i just got food to go and we checked it in the car before leaving. he ordered (and paid for) extra fries with his order. i had more fries in my box and i didn't order extra fries. okay, that's totally fine, things happen. that's why we checked. so we go back inside to just get more fries. the guy at the front (wesley, i think?) was super nice and turned to the guy in the kitchen and said "hey they didn't get extra fries, can you give me some please?" and the guy in the kitchen (didn't catch his name) says "uh yes they did." and gives us an ugly look??? so my fiancé says "uh no we have the same amount of fries" and the guy in the kitchen angrily grabs about 6 fries and stuffs them into a bag for us(they're crushed, so that's nice!). giving three stars because we've always had good service and pretty much everyone else was nice and the food is good, just the guy in the kitchen was very rude! read more

We had been waiting in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes, despite only having 3 cars ahead of us. When we got to the window, my husband jokingly asked the cashier if she was the only one working because service was so slow. She explained that the delay was because they had needed to fix the drink machine. She handed one drink to us, but before she could give us the other, she said the drink she had just given us was incorrect. My husband said, "Come on, this is getting ridiculous." He kept a civil tone and did not swear or raise his voice at all. He asked if he could speak to a manager, so the cashier had Wes come over. My husband told him that we'd been waiting for 15 minutes, to which Wes scoffed, "15 minutes?" My husband said, yes, 15 minutes. Wes said, with absolutely no sincerity or warmth whatsoever, "Sorry. What do you expect me to do about it?" Then I got involved and said, "Are you kidding me? We 'expect' you to apologize." He said rudely, "I said sorry." I said "no, you didn't" and then repeated back what he had said using the same tone he had used. He just rolled his eyes so I said, "What's your name?" He said, "My name's Wes." I said well, I'll be calling your manager. He said, "yeah, call her. Do it." Then he said, "Make sure you call her" and walked away. My husband and I were FUMING. My husband asked whether there was another manager we could speak to. Then I pointed to a woman and said, "She's got the same kind of shirt Wes had. Maybe she's a manager." Wes saw that I had pointed to her, and he said to her, "Will you talk to these people?" and pointed to us. That manager, Veronica, came over immediately and asked what was going on. We told her the entire story and she apologized profusely. She said, "I know you guys come here all time." I told her I really appreciated her apology and that she was not the problem. She asked if we would mind pulling forward and she would bring us something out. My husband said, "No, we've been here long enough, so we're going to go." She asked if we would reconsider and that she really wanted an opportunity to "make it right for you guys." My husband went inside to speak to her. He said she told him that she would sit down with Wes and talk to him about what happened. And she even offered us coupons. She seemed sincerely bothered that we'd had such a bad experience. And she is the reason we will be giving the store a second chance. She said EXACTLY what I was expecting from a manager. She was warm and sincere, everything that Wes was not. I can't imagine how someone with such a poor attitude could become a manager, but Veronica is exemplary. read more
