Poor quality! Ordered a medium meal and they had no lettuce available (again). They are always out of something or don't give you what you order! My medium french fries are the size of a small, cold and old. This store has more issues than quality! Have given numerous tries but fails every single time. Save your money and go somewhere else! This is a nice and clean Burger King right off of Highway 151. It is spacious, well laid out and with plenty of room for mobility challenged guests, too. I heard they have hot dogs on the menu and being a lover of meat in tube form, had to stop in for a quick bite. For less than five dollars, I had a classic hotdog with all the fixings, small drink and small fry. Surprisingly, the hot dig was pretty good, grilled and not boiled. The bun was fresh; onions, too. My only criticism is that the hotdog could be a little larger. The sausage to bun ratio is on the bun side. The quality of the french fries also surprised me. Perfectly golden, hot and salted. One thing that is true of Burger Kings across the land is the fact that the food is either awesome, or just complete crap. This bodes true of the Columbus, WI location, "Crap" sums up today's visit. Since my last trip to BK's local fast food competitor left me running for the toilet, I decided to try the King for breakfast. As I pulled up to the drive-thru mic, I was greeted by a nice friendly voice. I ordered my Crosandwich (sp) value meal. "Value?" How is $5.69 a value? The nice lady took my money and I waited. And waited. And waited. I thought I was going to see the second coming of the King of Kings before Burger King gave me my friggin meal. When it finally arrived, I opened the bag to find enough grease to lube a 57 Pontiac Star Chief. I made the mistake of trying to eat my sandwich and drive at the same time. I will never have to Armor-All my steering wheel again, thanks to grease king. The tater-tots were as cold as a Ho-Chunk slot machine. Seriously, how can the food be cold after a 20 minute wait. My morning cup of "coffee" (Coca Cola) was flatter than quarter ran over by a train and had the consistency of water with black food coloring. As I choked down this poor excuse of a meal, all I could see in my mind was that goofy, borderline psychotic, King mascot grinning profusely at me. 15 minutes later I saw him again as I was hovering over the toilet. No wonder I see more BK's closed and abandoned around the state than ones open for business. If you must visit the Columbus Burger King, bring a roll of Tums, or a bottle of Pepto-Bismol and an iron stomach. Bon Appitite. read more

3/9/11 7:22pm Myself and my gf went to BK and had 2 whopper value meals. Needless to say they were THE WORST burgers ive ever had. I thought it was because they didnt have any seasoning in them but after I left I realized that I think the burger wasnt done or the meat was bad! We were the ONLY ones there and about 4-5 cars went through the drive thru while we were eating. The staff were yelling "midnight" ....and im guessing one worked till midnight. another staff member was complaining about drinking the lemon juice there to see what it tasted like. The floor was filthy, the tables were dirty, the windows were dirty, the ketchup dispenser didnt work, the condiment center area was dirty. It was horrible to say the least. I counted 5 staff members there and only one swept up while we were there and she didnt even sweep up the fries that were laying on the floor 2 tables away! Id honestly shut this place down and fire the staff.................clean it up and hire some people who actually care. Ill NEVER go to this BK again. Oh and after I left I got sick...........saturday thru tuesday, almost the entire Labor Day weekend! Yeah thats how BAD this place is! If you value your LIFE please DO NOT go to this Burger King!! Worst service ever! We stopped for a late supper and waited over 20 minutes for our food! First we stood at counter and no one came to take our order, A young man in a hooded sweatshirt appeared, said he was off work, but came & took our order. We thanked him for that, but then waited and waited while one cook in back was really backed up with lots of orders flashing on the screen. Two men with headsets on were walking around slowly,carelessly, aimlessly. Saw our food be put up in slide, lots of orders sitting there, but no one packing them nor sending them out! Then an employee, one of the men with headset, put our sandwiches & fries on tray & then sat them down again while he went & took care of drive thru. There our food sat, he was just steps away from handing it to us! Other customers behind us waiting a long time as well & everyone very angry. Finally got our cold tray of food, no "thank you", no "sorry for the wait", No expressions, nor enthusiasm from employees whatsoever!Extremely disappointed. read more

Food was cold, cheese burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese - cheese was cold. Fries were warmer that the cheese hamburger. Whopper was only warm and not a really good tasting none. November 24 2015 @ 5:30 pm. Brand new drive up... only customer in line... after paying $5.28 for 2 Big Kings. A vehicle pulled up behind me. I was asked to pull ahead. After waiting a moment, I went inside. I asked , "How come you have a drive up, if I have to come inside to get my order. I was told..
