The location of this establishment is great. They took over the previous KFC restaurant. Easy to locate and parking is already established. You can't miss it. With that said, I wanted to state that I had studied the menu before we went there and even when standing in line to wait my turn to order, I looked over the menu several times. Maybe I said my order too quickly? When I received my order, it was wrong. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Tender sandwich. I told the gentleman who took my order that I wanted to make sure the order came with lettuce and a slice of tomato. He focused on punching the order in than what I was saying, it seems. When I got my order, it was the Rockin' Chicken Tender sandwich. Annoyed that I repeated my order several times but the cashier didn't understand. I just ate the food and went with my day. The chicken was tender and juicy. The breading did not overpower the flavor. The bun was lightly toasted, which I appreciated. The chicken was not overly greasy and seasoned well. You'll have to put mayo in the sandwich because it came out plain. It was also served with a mayo-based side sauce as well. It paired well with the chicken. Reminded me of the KFC finger-licking sauce. Contrary to what the pictures looked like online, the Nashville Hot Chicken Tender sandwich did not come with coleslaw. If you order the combo, you can choose a side. Coleslaw being one of them. We selected the Mac n cheese as our side. It was delightful. The flavor was cheesy, melty, and the macaroni was cooked thoroughly. It was the best thing we ate at this establishment. The dining area was very clean. They played music not too loud so you can still carry a conversation. A very good place to eat other than the overpriced, mediocre, tourist trap restaurants in the area. Don't waste your time. Cashier can't hardly speak or understand English and the chicken was gross. The first clue was the place was empty right at peak dinner time on a Friday. We spent $120 for 5 people and they forgot one chicken sandwich. When we mentioned this, the lady couldn't hardly understand and then just shrugged and walked off. Yes it's in an old KFC. It's very clean which is nice. We came in around 6:45 and were the only ones there. Shortly after a big rush happened. We ordered a bunch of tender baskets and a Mac and cheese. At first it seemed like it was taking a little while but I didn't see any chicken just sitting in warming baskets so big plus. Everything came out hot and smelled great. For the baskets you get 3 nice sized tenders, about a medium sized order of fries in the baskets, 3 pickle slices, and a piece of bread. The fries were crinkle cut and very good. The tenders are juicy, flavored well, and tender. The only knock if you're an obsessive tender eater is I like ones that break apart cleanly and easily and these have a tear to them, not stringy, but not a clean cut. My wife said the fries pickles were very thick cut and delicious. If you like fried pickles anywhere these are a must order. Lastly for cost, this is the dells so you can't expect cheap. We had 3 tenders basket, a side of fried pickles, and a Mac and cheese. The total was $57 read more

As a self professed "Cainiac", it is safe to say they've been dethroned! Man was that chicken "Rockin"! We had a mixture of the regular and Nashville chicken strips, the smoked chicken mac-n-cheese, smoked chicken Sammy, fries, biscuits with honey butter... everything was delicious! The chicken is perfectly breaded, light enough to not overpower, but thick enough for a good crunch. The Nashville hot was perfectly sauced with the breading absorbing the sauce while still maintaining the crunch. I only wished we lived closer! Bring one to Springfield, IL, please! read more

Stopped here after a weekend in the Dells. Wow! The Nashville hot sandwich was great, the tenders were excellent, and the biscuits and mac and cheese? Let's just say we needed to order another batch to take home but the food didn't make it home. We live in the Twin Cities and have a great restaurant scene, but we don't have fast(ish) food this good. Easily beats Cane's. We will be back on our next trip through the Dells. read more

I had the chicken tenders with a side of Mac and cheese. The chicken was amazing and obviously fresh because you could see them making it. Tenders we're juicy and tender and we're great when dipped in the house sauce which was also so good. The Mac and cheese was made with real cheese with no food coloring or bad additives, penne noodles with a white cheddar creamy sauce, so good! The service was incredible I have been in the restaurant and drive thru, while the drive thru took a little long it was still great,fresh, and piping hot. The ambiance is great inside with it being very clean and the kitchen being organized well and clean. Overall this place is by far one of my favorite chicken places I've ever experienced. read more
