This is an old school drive in with the young high school girls taking your order from your vehicle and they bring it back to you. I was not expecting much when I ordered the cheeseburger from a drive in because the reviews don't really tell anything about the burgers. OMG before I even opened up the burger wrapper my first thought was dam that smells like fresh beef. My second thought was dam that's not bad looking and it's a half pounder so I opened it up. My third thought was that looks like a course ground hand formed patty, fresh beef and no frozen hockey pucks here. I kept it simple with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and ketchup. My first bite was like that's not dry at all and the beef has a nice beef flavor. The bun was a perfect bun because it was a softer style and not the dry dense kind but hearty enough not to fall fall apart from all that beef. I didn't even bother asking for rare with the young cooks but it was cooked about medium with some pink left in the middle. The toppings were fresh but the onions were super thin sliced and soft, I would have asked for extra had I have known. I'm impressed that a small drive in takes the burgers seriously and uses top quality ingredients. I definitely would recommend getting a burger here and I'm going to post some good pictures to show my great experience.

Both my older son and I thought this sounded amazing so we stopped in on a Friday night to try it. We both got fries for our side. The burger was great as expected. Breading and deep frying the lasagna helped prevent it from being a mess and they added enough marinara to give it flavor without overpowering anything. The fries were lightly salted, but were otherwise just boring, plain potato. Apparently 6pm on a Friday is a horrible time to visit Brazen Head Pub if you want to be seated in a reasonable timeframe. My son and I stood there for at least 20 minutes watching a table that was done eating and the gentleman and his credit card in hand, ready to pay if someone would ever stop and give him his bill. While this was going on, another couple at the bar finished their food and sat there for at least 10 minutes waiting for their check. It's almost as if the employees had no desire to turnover tables even with a line at the door including and behind us. There were three people bartending/waiting tables so they had plenty of coverage given the smaller size of the place. At one point, closer to the end of our meal, one of the bartenders looked at my son and I and asked "are you guys good?" as he was literally walking away from us and I was holding up an empty soda glass to show him I'd like a refill.
