We waited 45 minutes for our food, only to never receive it at all. No explanation, no refund offered, nothing. The employee with blue hair who seemed to be running the front looked visibly hostile and erratic, and the overall atmosphere was tense and unsettling. Fast food is supposed to be quick and basic -- not something that makes you feel threatened. This location needs serious management intervention and better staff training. The kid's meal wasn't significantly smaller than an adult meal but still worth it. Anyway I got the butterburger with cheese + lettuce + mayo + ketchup (honestly delicious and exactly what I needed), cheese curds (though not the best cheese curds I've had and I actually prefer the fries so I would pick that next time), fountain drink, and then custard (chocolate I've cream with Oreos). All the Chick-fil-A's near us no longer have people that are attentive and taking care of the guests out there. The ladies here were wonderful! I also worked at a Chick-fil-A in management six or so years ago. I noticed that the chicken had been filleted really well on both of the sandwiches we had. The menu pictures don't look like a smash burger, but that is exactly what we were given, overcooked, all the way through. I am not sure why people claim the Mooyah sauce is great, as there was barely any sauce on it, and you could barely taste it. The lettuce was wilted, and was scant. Where's the tomato? It was very thinly sliced. The shareable fries were like a party for four, we should have ordered the personal fries, as we brought over half of them home. They were extremely loaded with salt, so much that we were thirsty for the rest of the evening. We won't be back there again.

We had already eaten dinner many hours earlier so this was just a late night snack or what we call "second dinner". The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived, just a few other late night diners; that didn't last long, about 10 minutes after arriving, the place filled up with a bunch of students. They were having a great time (while being very respectful of the restaurant, staff and closing time) and they were fun to watch. Our meal was delicious, as always... freshly made and piping hot.
