The frustrating part was navigating the screen so that it would proceed to the cart/check out. One star rating today. No complaints about food but as driving down South for three hours to get to appointment we stopped off at Burger King for breakfast on the go. Ten minutes into drive we noticed a meal was missing. We did not have time to go back and get it. Meal was paid for on receipt. One person was without a meal. I was heading north up the 5 and saw there was a Burger King here in Corning right off the freeway. I love using my coupons I get in the mail for Burger King . Great deal like 2 Jr. Whoppers and 2 small orders of fries for just $3.99! Can't beat that when you compare the regular menu prices! Pulled in and ordered with the coupon, no prob using the coupon. THe fries were hot and a small is still a decent portion of fries, The Jr. Whopper is really not anything like a real whopper, but whatta ya want for about a buck for a burger! Ordered 8 nuggets, chicken fries, and jalapeño poppers. Asked what sauces we wanted and we told them ranch and honey mustard. Only gave one of each, when I asked for 1 more for the nuggets they told me they would have to charge me even though all three of thousand should have come with 1. Which causes a problem when you have three kids who each ordered one item that requires one dipping sauce. Also ordered three spicy ch'king sandwiches. The tiniest drop of spicy sauce was on them, I don't know if you can even see it in the pic. We ordered this a couple days ago from a different Burger King and the red spicy sauce was dripping off those. Couldn't even taste it on these. Ladies restroom had no hand soap. I love the Corning, Ca Burger King and staff. It's such a cheerful and courteous team. Once I had a question and the employee didn't know the answer so she asked her supervisor ( Hope Velazquez ) It was such a wonderful thing to witness, watching a person in leadership help another employee learn how to ring up something in such a professional way, it was not something you see every day. Went in, stood for 15 minutes in line, nobody even glanced over at the counters other than once when I first walked in to say the screens were down. I was paying cash so I couldn't use the machines anyways. There were other customers before me who gave up after waiting 20 minutes with not even a glance. Would leave a 0-star review if possible. Shondra was working the front counter on our trip, and she is unapologetically racist. An Asian family was ordering before us and she treated them horribly. When it was our turn to order, I asked Shondra how her day was going and she said, "Great now that I'm talking to people I can actually understand." I waited about 3-5 minutes to put in my order cause the 2 front counter people were having a conversation amongst themselves about something inappropriate from the night before. Once ordering the person taking my order made so many mistakes with my order (I ordered a #10 with a coffee and she charged me for a coffee). The music playing in the place is the best part. Wife and I had been staying at a hotel for work here in Corning and decided we wanted some Bk, well the staff their was very nice and helpful, the young man named I think was Brandon was extremely helpful with my order and trying to deal with the app. The burgers were very wet aka Juicy and much better than the ones we got lately at home which were kinds dry, wife kept having to add mayo to hers. We are going to be staying in Corning again for another week and will most definitely come back to this BK for dinner again. Stopped in during a road trip to use the restroom and grab some shakes. The restroom was absolutely disgusting, like it hasn't been cleaned in a couple weeks. The toilet was all stained and there was a liquid (which I hope was water) all over the floor. The dining area was disgusting also and their were flies all over people's food. Only reason I gave two stars instead of one was because my chocolate shake was quite good. I'd go to the Taco Bell across the street or the Starbucks next door, better prices and much better quality. Their establishments are quite clean also. Don't come here if you are looking for a nice, clean, biohazard-free experience because you definitely won't get that here at this Burger King establishment. Last week my husband and I used the drive up window to order two Whoppers and French fries. We drove home, about 1.5 miles) to eat our food and the Whoppers were almost cold. We could tell they had been in a warming area once we opened their wrappers. I called and spoke to the manager and she was very cooperative and willing to replace our cold burgers. This evening I went back to Burger King to order our replacement burgers. The staff was friendly and very cooperative. They made our burgers while I waited and included French fries which was not necessary. It smelled like Chinese Food, which is strange seeing as it serves burgers and fries, and the floors were so sticky you could walk out of your shoes.
