Not exactly sure what people's problem is with this place. I have lived in this area 2 and a 1/2 years and have been to this location probly 20 to 30 times and never had a single problem. I am very much appreciating the precautions they have been taking since this damned virus has taken the hold of this country though. That is the main reason for my review. My son and I go through many drive thrus even without the virus being a pandemic, we are pretty solitary peeps, so drive-thrus are our savior! Of the 20 or so drive-thrus we have been through since this virus has taken over, this is the only one of any fast food chain locations that has taken extra precautions. They where gloves, I've seen some wear masks, they use a plastic tray for you to put your money or credit card in and give it back to the same way. They never use their hands to hand you anything or take anything. Right across the street at the Taco Bell, they wear disposable gloves, yet don't replace the gloves after they touch everything, which makes disposable gloves completely useless, and they go out of their way to touch your hands when you are handing them money, a credit card, or they're giving you the food. Went to grab dinner for myself tonite. Besides not having the special advertised burger combo that I wanted the whopper jr with cheese I ordered was out of the fridge cold. Patty cold to the touch, cheese couldn't even melt. Frys were hot but seriously think they must be cooking burgers ahead and refrigerated them till someone orders it. read more

i would rate it 0 if i could service here is terrible and theres only one bathroom which is extremely dirty the sinks clogged and they make drive thru orders first we waited at least half an hour for a little order i had a terrible experience i recommend dont come here and use the bathroom at the gas station next to the burger king. they should remake this whole store until then it should be closed, the ceiling is nearly gone on one part of the area. read more

It was literally disgusting. The girl who took our order was filthy, dirty clothes, dirty nails. Makes me sick just thinking about it. Food was gross and the of course left out part of our order. read more

After going multiple separate occasions at night to get a milkshake or ice cream and them always saying their milkshake machine isn't up and running, we finally started calling ahead of time to check. They finally told us they shut their machine off every night at 10:30. So don't go there for ice cream or cones after then. Heads up for other customers! Update: 2nd review. Went at 9:30 tonight to get shakes and they said they shut their machine down already. When we explained that we called yesterday and they told us 10:30, the girl in the drive thru preceded to ignore us and not respond. Great customer service BK. Not. read more

Wow!!! Service was terrible! There wasn't anyone even in front of us at drive thru, nobody inside either, and it still took the worker 10 min just to come to the window! To top that off, she was very unfriendly. Geez, I hope she didn't do something to our food, she looked mad that we even came to her window! Yuck. Took over 20 minutes to get through the drive through, with only 2 cars in front of us. Ordered "A-1 ultimate bacon cheeseburger"--plain. When it finally arrived, it was wrong. And we were already down the road, proving Joe Pesci was correct. Burger had no taste except nasty A-1 sauce, bun weird looking and tasting, fries tasteless and lousy. Overall, could not have been worse. Unlikely I will be going to any Burger King ever again. Definitely NEVER back to this one. Yuck. read more

Worst fast food drive thru ever. Waited in line with only 4 cars and took 20 minutes. Got out of my car to use rest room and came back to car being in the same spot. Absolutely horrible. Then drive thru worker was incredibly rude. read more

Burger King in Corning, CA has been a go-to for us since it opened. Never had a problem before today. I had a coupon for 2 breakfasts with coffees for $5.00. I placed my order saying that I wanted a large dr. pepper instead of the 2 coffees. I have done this many times before and the price ranges from coupon + tax, coupon +difference between coffee and soda price + tax, to coupon + full price of soda + tax. I am good with any of these. But today, I get to the window and Savannah says $16. & change! I was astounded and said that can't be right. She said that ordering the soda and refusing the coffees cancelled out the coupon. This has never happened before. I made her total my order again with coupon price + the soda. I asked why she handled it so poorly and she said that the other people were not doing it right. I should have made her give me the coffees that I paid for and then poured them in their window!!!! read more

This is the worst drivethru I've been to. Food is always bad. Barely warm, fried items are dry, dark. Overcooked in bad oil. Service is shit. There's a gal that works there, last time I pulled up to the speaker she just said "can you wait"? Who the hell is teaching these people to do their jobs? Clearly nobody. Always slow. Always went threw the drive threw the employees seemed friendly. But decided to eat in because that is where my five year old wanted to eat for her birthday dinner. Ugghh let me tell you the a/c was broke it was really dirty and too many flies and really hot every time I would shoo a fly off of me like 3 more would land on me did I mention it was really hot. Not to mention the lights were flickering and you could see from the dinning area water just pouring from the ceiling into the kitchen poor workers they should of just closed it down until the a/c was fixed let me tell you in the middle of August with no a/c felt like a 1000 degrees. This isn't great but it is fast food in a small town. I like self serve drinks. The fries were terrible. The burger was partly good but patties with no lubrication stuck out of the bun. Staff was nice which helps. Staff left completed order under warming lights five minute which doesn't help. If we need lunch here again I suppose we will stop again. read more

I ordered a Bacon King...no sauces add tomato lettuce and pickles. I got a plain burger no sauces, no tomato, no pickles, no lettuce. Since they are not allowed to have sharp knives I had to cut it in half myself. I bit into the VERY DRY PLAIN BURGER and the center was cold...not cool but ICE COLD...the edges were warm...even tho it was cooked all thru...bad microwaving? I got the slip to call the Burger King...only number listed was an 866 number...so I went on home. Today I looked up the number and called that Burger King. I talked to the manager, Roxanne, she wanted to know why I didn't call last night...the only number provided was the 866 number...she wanted to know what they said? She finally offered a replacement sandwich today...I said no thanks I am 50 miles away. She took my name for a free sandwich on another day. She also said they don't use a microwave and SHE was not working last night. Boggles the mind that a fully cooked hamburger patty could be warm on the edges but ice cold in the center unless it was microwaved. Further one patty was the large patty usually used on a Bacon King...the other was a much smaller patty...whats that about on a $6.00+ burger...also I was charged for tomato and lettuce...really cheap thing to do. read more
