My husband ordered and picked up our orders. He asked for a small amount of mayo on my chicken sandwich. My sandwich was dripping in mayonnaise on both buns plus between the chicken and tomato. I scrapped off at least 2 Tbs. It was also very salty. My husband's hamburger was a soggy mess. There are plenty of other places in town and we won't visit here again. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I am NOT picky at all!!! But the fries were ice COLD & the burger wasn't char-grilled, it was CHAR BURNT!!! It tasted like toast that burnt in the toaster. And to top it off, I went thru the drive-thru and ask if there was any way to exchange our cold fries for slightly warm at least and was told by the Manager, Esperanza, to go home and warm them in the microwave!! Seriously!!! I just spent over $50 on food at your place and NONE of it was edible. Took 15 minutes in the drive-thru, and I was only the second car in line. Ordered with cheese, got charged, and left with no cheese. Ordered cut in half, left no cut in half. Went today for breakfast croissant $4 special, they handed us 2 croissant sandwiches only. Went into store and they said they do not do the app specials or any specials unless you have a paper coupon. Asked where do you get these coupons, and they did not know. I really wanted to see this place succeed as it is the only restaurant on the far west corner of Corsicana. To say the service is the worst is an understatement. I have tried more than a few times to go in and give this place a chance. The first experience involved waiting 45 minutes for a number one and number 3 combo. Place was extremely dirty even though brand new. The 'manager' stood near the fryer the whole time and stared into space. There was only one couple in front of us ordering so I thought it would a quick trip. The cashier seemed to not know how to work the register and the cooks stood around and stared as well, as though waiting for someone to tell them to go to work. Food was hot, but wait was horrible. Seconde trip: Still second in line to order, 38 minute wait this time. Table were covered in trash and employees standing around waiting to be told what to do. Food was hot, wait time is unfathomable. Third trip: Breakfast order. I walk up to the counter, behind one gentleman. The cashier is having trouble making change for a bill of $1.08. The man had given her $1.10. She had to call the manager to sort it out as it was too much math I guess. I asked for whatever sandwich they had on the hot bar as I didn't care really; they had two or three to choose from. The cashier grabbed a sandwich and I went to pay. I tried to pay with credit card and she said she didn't think the register worked so she called over another employee who tapped on the register a couple of times and said I would have to wait for a manager. I tried to offer exact change and was told the manager was busy and I would have to wait to pay for it. I can't talk myself into going back. I have talked to others who say the breakfast service is now adequate, but avoid lunch as it is always a bad experience. read more

This is the worst place in town to get food. The service is atrocious. I've been there many times as it is the closest to my home. Three times in a month I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Each time I got the spicy chicken which is too hot for me. The last two times I reminded them to NOT give me spicy. Once you get home you don't want to drive back. Other times I would get Dr Pepper when I ordered coke, I would ask for a mustard whopper and still get one with ketchup sauce. We came to this BK a little before 11pm as google AND the BK website stated it closed at midnight. We pull up and an employee states that they were closed bc they close at 11pm. We told them it wasn't 11pm yet but the man just kept stating they were closed. We pull up to the window where the car before us was getting their food. The lady at the window closed the window and refused to open it. We told her we only wanted the managers name but she shook her head no and walked away. We pulled into the drive through line behind 3 other cars and ended up waiting literally 35+ minutes before recieving our food. The employees that we saw through the drive through window didn't display any sort of urgency to help us or the guests at the counter and the lady who served us did not acknowledge or apologize for our lengthy wait. I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and waited at least half an hour and never received my order. The employees were walking around like zombies and had no urgency for my simple order or anyone else behind me in line. Other family's were getting their food and no employees bothered to ask if I needed anything. I ended up just leaving without my food because I was just too mad to care about the nuggets anymore.
