The chicken parmesana was good but very small portioned compared to the $16 cost (the menu stated it is $13). The cheesesteak had horrible quality steak, soggy, & burnt bread. The amount of steak was so little we attempted to just cut off one half of the bread and pile the steak onto the other half. We ended up not eating it because of the taste. She has been here a few times and the young lady server working tonight recognized her immediately and gave her a warm greeting and hug. Our server Andrew was so professional and knowledgeable about the menu, he took excellent care of us, didn't mind us visiting, and had wonderful timing as we lingered over the menu and took awhile to decide. Mom and hubs both ordered the Filet, as it's listed it came with Bleu Cheese, neither of them are a fan, so they both asked to remove it, mom traded her asparagus for green beans, and hubs kept his as the chef had created it. My steak was cooked a little past medium, closer to medium well, but it had no ill effect whatsoever, it was tender enough I believe I could have cut it with my fork, the mashed potatoes were silky and so flavorful, perfectly seasoned, and topped with melted butter. The green beans were cooked perfectly, fresh, but also tender, exactly how I like them. 10/10 Will visit again when I'm in Corsicana. This would be an amazing place for a special date night, or to impress clients you might be doing business with, I'd even recommend this Bistro for a rehearsal dinner, or special anniversary.
